The Caroldene - Blackpool

Situated ideally close to the beach front between the Pleasure Beach and the Centreal Pier. A typical B & B family room (with seperate room for kids) ideal for 1 or 2 nights stay, tv's in both rooms, the beds were comfy, the shower was hot in the morning and a choice of breakfast in the morning from cerial to full english with tea coffee or juice. I stayed for one night, the decor is basic and dated. My room a single en suite was clean, lots of retro fit electrics all wall mounted in conduit, not exactly attractive. Very friendly landlady who could'nt do enough for us. The room was very old fashioned & needed updating but spotless. Our breakfast was excellent. All in all we found the Caroldene very good value for money.

Good size room for family (2 Adults & 2 Kids). Bonus of separate room with a single bed. En-suite quite small but adequate, shower nice and warm. Good to be able to make a cup of tea/coffee. Sue, one of the owners, was so nice. She provided us with more service that one would expect for the money spent. Great value. I plan to come back and would recommend it to my friends. Don't expect the best neighborhood but I did feel safe at all times. If going by rail take a cab so remember to have the address. Sue gave us complementary coffee and […] tea when we arrived. The tram is very close by and the day pass served us well. For only a few pounds we were able travel by bus by bus and tram. Loved Stanley Park and all those lovely 'nutsos' roaming the bars. We had a great time at the caroldine hotel. Ann who runs the hotel is a nice person and a pleasure to deal with.The hotel is very homely and we enjoyed the food,she has a well stocked bar at reasonable prices. Would we go back yes most definetly. The is well situated cose to beaches pleasure beach and the tower

i had read the reviews on the internet before i booked and i have to say i fully agreed with them ,they could not do enough for us ,food was good and we have booked again for a long break in june ,would definately recommend.

The hotel is in good location....very clean...welcoming...I would recommend it with friends and family....the room is just in good size...my children enjoyed d bunk bed...will definitely be back again.
