Overall is fine. Only disappointment is when request a certain needs housekeeping services is quite slow. Had requested for baby cot but not available for two days that I requested. I didn't even know there was a theme park, but this hotel is within walking distance of a huge mall and the tram to the theme park.

the crews' are nice ; her queen bed size is similar the normal double bed ; bathroom & toilet are separated ; the location is closely mrt, just go straight 7 mins & nearby santosa - 20 mins by foot ; restaurant has a nice decoration

I usually always stay at the IBIS, but decided to try the Bay hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful (very young). The room is smaller then the IBIS but comfortable. Free mini bar with beer was a nice surprise but it wasn't until I went to bed I realized why they give you beer. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Room was not ready when I went to checkin after the appropriate time, then when I eventually got a room it was a noisy smoking room when I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Expensive rates for what you get

I was very disappointed upon reaching my room as the size of the room was just a tad larger than a capsule hotel with 105 sqm. That was far from the images represented from the website. Location is fine in its just opposite vivo city.

Suprised it has a 4 star rating seems to me should be a 3 star. Really small rooms and I had a deluxe room, would be very cosy with 2 people. The pool could do with having more umbrellas and some lighting would be good. It is close to a large shopping mall and walking distance to Sentosa Island.

Pro: Great location, near shopping center, bus stations, and MRT. Great front desk services. They fill out the fridge in the rooms with soft drinks, water, and even beer. Con: rooms are too small. No room for your luggages. If you have twin beds, it will be much smaller. Some rooms are too noisy since the hotel is near a major road.

My husband and I stay here for 5 nights, mainly because it's close to vivocity and sentosa. But this is the only reason you should stay here. The room is super small, only as large as the bed. We have no place to put our luggage, sometimes no place to put our feet, and difficult to open the door! The wall is dirty, poorly maintained. Telephone is not […] working. They do refill the free minibar everyday, if free minibar is what you are going for. And one day they even forgot to give us clean towel! The staff were very attentive n provided the best service. Even though the rooms were small, the complimentary mini bar & luxurious bed compensated that . But it doesnt matter anyway because ull be out shopping and roaming around the beach at sentosa most of the time which is of walking distance.

Stayed there for 2 nights and I was satisfied with everything. The hotel room was small but very clean. Friendly staff. Free parking. It's not at the middle of the city but MRT station is within 5 minutes walk. Vivo city is right there if you just wanna do some shopping and get food. if you ask for housekeeping or maintenance, expect to wait a bit. The restaurant downstairs is very good. The only negative was that they only have liquid soap (no bar) and did not have a washcloth available. I think that they should either have bar soap or a combo of liquid soap and a washcloth. Room is extremely small and narrow, barely got space to walk. Left the "Tidy Room" lights on at 10am when we left, came back at 5pm and the room is not tidied. Called 3 times for room tidying, no effect. Had to stand outside the room to wait for a staff to walk past before getting our room tidied. The hotel was very close to Sentosa and Viva City. Not close to town its self, so depending on wher you will spend most of your time, will depend on if the loctaion is suitable. The room is small but that's pretty standard I suppose. The location is great. A minute walk away from VivoCity Mall (which has an MRT, and a monorail to Sentosa). The staff was friendly. Free wifi was a plus.

Very friendly helpful and accommodating staff. Nice hotel just a little far from the center or town and from hop on hop off bus. This makes it a bit inconvenient. Otherwise it is good, very clean hotel.

We chose this hotel as it was a brand new hotel. We were prepared for small rooms after seeing other reviews stating that the rooms were small. What we weren't expecting was for the rooms and hotel to look so tired. The walls had scuff marks all over, in the hall and in the room. The quailty of the build is not good. At first glance it looks great, […] but when you look at the detail its not great. In the pool (which is really nice) they have not taken the plastic coating off some of the pool tiles - it just shows that the hotel doesnt really care. The staff were ok, nothing special. The restautrant Rama Rasa was in its last week before it changes cuisine, but what was more concerning is that we could hear the staff arguing in the kitchen on where they could make what we ordered. We were encouraged to order from the room service menu - twice the price of the standard menu. We ordered simple meals. buger and nasi goren. As unhappy as I was with my stay here, I'll still start with some positives. The staff was very courteous and while the rest of the hotel was quite dingy, the rooms were sufficiently clean. The location isn't great because the only real potential point of interest that it is close to is Sentosa Island - having said that, the taxi ride to Chinatown is […] under 10 minutes. Now onto what made me very unsatisfied about the hotel stay... First of all, I understand that Singapore has become more expensive to stay in but the "Standard-Free Minibar" room was extremely poor value given the price that was charged. It was like a room in a hostel (it was actually worse than the hostel rooms I've ever stayed in) with no room for your luggage and as a two-person room, only one person could really move around at any given time. Maybe there are more luxurious rooms in that hotel but with this specific room type, I felt deceived by the 4-star hotel rating. We were a bit shocked to find out from taxi drivers that this hotel is only around a year old - you would not have been able to tell it was that new as you traversed the hallways and used the lifts. The lighting everywhere was always dim and depressing; the carpeting, walls and fixtures looked heavily used and like they had not been upgraded since the 90s.
