For a one star hotel this is good. Quite near by airport (15min). Free pickup from airport and breakfast. We (me, my wife and 4y child) stayed there only one night. No complains :)

Hotelli on hintaansa nähden laadukas ja palvelu on hyvää. Ainut todellinen ongelma turistille on hotellin sijainti. Se on kaukana kaikista nähtävyyksistä, joten kannattaa varautua riksan / taksin käyttöön. Liikenne Mumbaissa on aina ruuhkaista, joten matka keskustaan saattaa kestää jopa yli tunnin. Liikenteen äänet kantautuvat myös hotelliin.

Hotel was good. Lots of traffic in that area, getting to India Gateway or other places took lots of time, same getting back to hotel, almost 3 hours, but if you have nice car with nice driver and background music it's ok. The room service was goodl food at restaurant delicious, staff was kind. The neighbourhood not so good, but it depends on what you want to see, reality or bollywood type of scenery. Local people were nice though. If you plan on just doing tourism in Mumbai, this hotel is good for you.

This hotel is value for money. People describe it as a decent business hotel and that it is! It is located in the Fort area which is relatively close to all the attractions such as the gateway of India. However you will have to take a taxi everywhere. The rooms vary in size. The first room we got was very small and the bathroom even smaller. However after requesting a bigger room the manager was kind enough to show as a couple of options and let us choose the one we wanted. This was great service! The staff were very friendly indeed and always willing to help. The breakfast was adequate with fruit, toast, eggs etc. There were a couple of computers for internet use in the lobby and place had wifi. However you had to pay separately for wifi.

Great value location for airport. Walkable to domestic airport (although roads are busy and rough) and a short cheap cab ride to Interantional airport.

We stayed for 2 separate nights in March. We have stayed at quite a number of Ibis Hotels within Europe, but found this one to be the most modern, and by far the most clean we have visited so far. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but this is standard with all Ibis Hotels. Most importantly the double glazing is very good, and we were not at all […] disturbed by the outside traffic noise. The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening buffet. The drinks prices are a bit on the high side by Indian standards, but I am sure this is the case with all the decent Hotels in Mumbai. The location is within a 10 minute walk of the Domestic terminal, and a 15-20 minute Taxi ride from the International terminal. The Hotel charges around 1,100 Rupees for the trip to International, but we got a Taxi outside the Hotel and paid 400 Rupees. This is within 500 metres to the domestic airport and they provide a fre shuttle to the domestic terminal. That is the best part about the hotel and great if you land late in Mumbai and need to spend the night before connecting. Beyond that the next most positive thing about this hotel is that everything worked and there were no hassles. "Nice place near the domestic airport"
You can almost walk from the airport to this hotel if you a light luggage or a backpack. It is only 650 yards from the airport exit to the door of this hotel. Loved this hotel. Clean and very well maintained. While IBIS might be a low 3star in Europe it is positioned as an upscale 4 star in India and this location is worth it. More upmarket than European Ibis's, very modern and comfortable and just walkable (I had a large rucksack and small bag) but rickshaw should not cost too much. Very polite and helpful staff nad food good, ideal if you are wanting a place for one night before getting a flight.

Next door to Mumbai domestic airport for which the transfer is complimentary. There is a disproportionate charge to transfer to International airport. Cheaper to hail a cab yourself. Hotel has own security and xray equipment.
The hotel was clean,cozy and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Food was expensive and if you order food to your room there's a 100 INR delivery charge too.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and i was very disappointed with the service. I arrived alone by taxi and no one even offered to help with luggage, no greeting etc. Check in was slow and the staff member was not very friendly. Room was not cleaned at all during my stay despite ringing front desk twice. It's a business hotel but rooms are way Too small. The bathroom even more.good bed and good but a little boring breakfast. It's not a hotel you would like staying in india more like a European or us business hotel
