We had an extremely comfortable stay and at the end of the hot days touring the salt water pool was sensational.

Absolutely loved the Golden Temple Hotel a real little gem can thoroughly recommend a stay here. Just returned from a trip had a 3 night stay - the staff were fantastic can't do enough for you. Try it out you will not be dissapointed.

If you are looking for great facilities, luxury deco, grand reception and etc, then Golden Temple will not be your cup of tea. Golden Temple is a small but sweet hotel for a comfort stay. As it's not very big, every staff is capable to provide the best service to every guest. From the welcom drink & snacks to the pinic box (though we cannot enjoy it […] as we always miss the order time, remember need to order a day ahead) and farewell T-shirt/photos/water. The hotel may not have as many facilities as those chian hotels, but they have a lovely swimming pool and you also can enjoy their massage in a very reasonable price. I do not need to do gym everyday, so it's already good enough to me. If I wanna try other more premium spa, i can source outside, so it's also not a problem to me. The breakfast there was great. We have 3 choices everyday, we stay there 3 nights and had tried all 3 flavour. All are good, i especially love the one with pancake~ Its breakfast is big enough even for a man. My friend and I always skip the lunch as we were too full after having the big breakfast! The only negative point that we could say is... there is a female staff (usually on duty at night and wear proper suit, should be more senior) who always look tired and not really friendly whenever we met her... When we asked for her help to book the vans from SR to PP, her attitude made us felt quite uncomfortable, seems like we troubled her alot... Other staffs like those welcome us in the morning time are really great! They made our days full of cheers and also gave us lots of useful suggestions... Thank you so much! This hotel has absolutely the best, most friendly staff of anywhere I have ever stayed. They truly made me feel at home. Everyday when we returned to the hotel we were welcomed with lots of smiles and cool refreshing towels. I loved it so much I actually shed a tear when I left...We are already planning our trip back. From the minute we entered the hotel until we left the whole experience was wonderful! The best staff any where we have ever stayed in the world. Value for money, five star service and lots more. The most wonderful experience, great breakfast and excellent room. Can not imagine why you would want to stay anywhere else.

Everything was great about this hotel. However, it is a narrow hotel and all the rooms are above the ground floor & there is no elevator. The staff was exceptional.

Hotel service is good and staffs are all very nice. The only thing i don't like is design of toilet that shower place don't have door . After take shower, toilet will get wet.

The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY attentive, the massages were AWESOME and the hotel is 5min walk to the old markets, or US$1 by Tuk Tuk. Will definitely go back again. Great value for money.

This hotel was amazing! I really wanted to stay here for more than one day but booking here was difficult due to it's popularity. I found the staff very helpful and went the extra mile to help you in all aspects of our stay. They were friendly and treated you like one of the family. My husband and I went 2 days to Siem Reap and one of the major highlights in town has been the hotel! Service was cordial, attentive and willing to help. Great room, location, pool, massage, tours, .... The first day we arrived previous to Checkin time and our room was still occupied and we needed to change before going touring the temples. The staff […] was very comprehensive and gave us a different room for us to change and leave our luggages. Went back in the late afternoon all our luggages were in the room we booked and they handled the full movement. They offered tours with guides and tuk-tuk with prices in line with local market prices. The guide was really good and the tuk-tuk was a great experience and the cold water included was a lifesaver. The pool is just magnificent, the lemon-iced tea one of the best I've tasted and the room was very spacious. They also offered us a complimentary massage that was incredible!!! They even charged me twice the hotel fee and came back to me before I complain and offered me their apologies and are processing the refund. In the downside: the room we booked was on the poolside - that was great - but suffered of a little noise from the pool and the hall entry door. The shower floor is not apart from the rest of the bathroom so almost everything gets wet.. including your pants when going to the toilet afterwards. Breakfast was ok. Lisätietoja

The front desk receptionist - i think her name was Laekhana or similar - a young lady who used to sell mobile phones and is studying for her degree - her service was way excellent and should be the standard for all hotels in Siam Reap. She attended to my family in arranging everything for us, booking massage, helped us contact some of the tour operators […] like horse riding and Quad bike, all with a smile. The breakfast staff as well, were great. They had 3 set breakfasts, but all American breakfasts. Upon hearing from me that my mum doesn't eat Western food, they immediately offered her 3 different choices of Asian meals in place of their set menu. I think they go way beyond to provide hospitality. The only set back is housekeeping. When we checked in, they didn't remove the used toothbrush and toothpaste of the previous occupants. Me and my wife have spent a few nights in this hotel in May'11. Overall we had a great experience - nice hotel staff, accommodation, everything was top-notch. The only thing that was different was the laundry service provided by the hotel. It was awful and I don't recommend anyone to use it. My wife's dress had a fresh stain of canned fish (judging […] by the smell) which wasn't there before, and my L-size T-shirts became XXL so I had to dispose of them. The Golden Temple Hotel in Siem Reap was very clean and a fairly new hotel. The staff were all very helpful and kind. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drinks and complimentary massage. It is only a 5 minute walk to the old quarter part of town or only $1 ride. Overall a great place to stay.

This is not one of those soullest hotels that you try to forget about as soon as you leave. In all our travels our stay at the Golden Temple ranks as the best for service. All had good to excellent […] English and nothing was a problem. My partner arrived at the hotel unwell and the staff fussed over him for the whole of our 4 night stay. The room was large, comfortable, quiet and clean. It had 2 single beds combined to make one large bed. The clean bathroom had a walk in shower. The airconditioner was quiet. There was a balcony facing the hotel next door, this was screened by a blind. We ate in the restaurant a number of times and enjoyed all of our meals. The included breakfast was a choice of 3 cooked meals and fruit all beautifully presented on a tray. My only complaint about breakfast was there was too much food for us to finish! The reception area was to the side of the pool which gave the impression of a relaxed resort hotel. The complementary massage was fantastic. The rooms have good WI FI and there were also computers available in the reception area for guests. The hotel was a short walk to the market, restaurants and bars. On arrival at the airport we were met by the excellent Som Aul in his tuk tuk . We retained him throughout our stay as his English was good, he was friendly and considerate. Even at 5am in the morning he greeted us with a smile. The Golden Temple has 3 floors of rooms above reception and a few rooms on the ground floor. If climbing stairs is an issue for you I would suggest contacting the hotel directly add request a ground floor room. The staff is friendly and helpful, our favorite staff member was Vichard. Overall it was a nice experience and would stay there again on our next visit. One suggestion - to make it even better would be offering breakfast "to go" bags available for those that get up early and head out to the temples at sunrise.

This is as good as it can get for the amount you've paid. Don't expect too much and you'll be pleasantly surprised by the old Asian charm. Like any paradise, it'll soon vanish; experience it while it last.

This hotel is a little oasis! We stayed there for four nights in April 2011 and loved it. Everything was great. The staff were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Everyone on the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. From cool drinks as we checked in, arranging tours and guides, picnic lunch, flowers on the bed--all the touches that made Golden Temple our favorite stay on this vacation.

i felt like I was in paradise ate the hotel. All the comforts, so that you need even not leave if you are exhausted after touring the temples! Lush gorgeous gardens and ponds, impeccable customer service, massages on site, great poolside service with a beautiful pool!

Except for the Anchor Wat, Siem Reap did not have as much to offer as many other cities in the region but the stay at Golden Temple Hotel made up for the shortfall. The superb service rendered by the hotel staff made our leisurely stay truly a pleasant one.

We have never in our travels stayed in a place where we were so pampered and taken care of. Messages and breakfast are included. This room and its staff would comand $200 to $300 a night in the states. When we flew home from Bangkok we stayed at the fancy hotel at the airport and we felt robbed after staying here. I loved this hotel! It has a small 'boutique hotel' feel and their service level is 5 star. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We were met at the airport by the free tuk tuk driver who gave us free bottle water for the 10 minute ride to the hotel. There was 5 computers which were free to use and free wi fi in the room. The pool area was amazing with a lovely waterfall and many daybeds to lie on. We even had a monkey visit the pool area which was fun to watch the staff trying to convince him to leave! The massages were excellent. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every single staff member were so well trained and friendly and helpful. I have stayed at expensive 5 star hotels around the world and none of them come close to the treatment we received at this hotel. We told them our toilet wasn't flushing well and when we returned to the hotel we were given free drinks and food, free t'shirts and they did our room up with flowers and turned the aircon on to cool our room for us. This is the treatment you expect from a 5 star, but you never get it.We were greeted by name and treated like family. You will not find a better hotel to stay at in Siem Reap. It is a 10 minute walk to the markets and pub St. My daughter will be returning with her friends and I will be bringing the rest of my family here and will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know. I can't say enough about the staff and their willingness to be provide great service. They attempted to meet and exceed all of our expectations and requests. The only time there were any issues is when something was lost in translation — but these occurrences were minor and infrequent as, on the whole, the staff spoke great English. Our only quibble with it was that the shower had slight mildew/mold problem. It should also be noted that the hotel closely neighbors a youth hostel with an open deck on one side. Our room was adjacent to this, and at times it was a bit noisy (though noise died down by midnight) and the close proximity made the deck from our room unusable (didn't want to look directly into hostel rooms while relaxing). The Golden Temple Hotel was an unexpected delight. Rooms were clean, spacious and held an attractive ethnic look. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's the only hotel I'll stay at in Siem Reap.

Every morning I felt totally welcome for breakfast (included) by Sopheak who is caring so nicely for the guests in the restaurant making sure that your needs are fully met - together with the other restaurant staff. Whenever you meet staff in the hotel area you are greeted with a big smile by everyone of them - they are really absolute exceptional, they definitely over-deliver. The massages in spa are very good as well. I really liked the massage style. Small every day challenges are being solved easily with a big smile. The hotel is located just a short walk to Old Market and Pub Street with all it's nightlife, but far enough from there where not to get the noise from there. golden temple hotel 就在暹粒城中心地带，地理位置挺好，买东西吃饭都方便，整个酒店也很有特点，吃的也比较有特色，味道不错，总体来说入住后非常满意！

6泊しました。 今回はアンコール遺跡を見るためと、ホテルでゆっくりしようと思って、評価の高かったこのホテルにしました。 想像どおりのアジアンなお洒落でかわいいホテルで、私が泊まったときは日本人は私達だけで、欧米人のお客さんばかりでした。 部屋もかわいくて十分な広さでした。プール側の部屋でしたが、二階の部屋でバルコニーの前がレストランだったので、景色はいまいちでした。 スタッフの対応はフレンドリーでとてもよかったです。 観光はトゥクトゥクのプランがホテルから提示され、１日10ドルから15ドルくらいで、遺跡めぐりできました。 朝ごはんは洋風のメニューで、フランスパンか、パンケーキか、フレンチトーストの3択です。南国フルーツついていて、バナナの葉っぱらしきものに盛り付けられていて気分もりあがりました。 昼ご飯や夜もレストランでたべられます。カレーが3ドルから4ドルくらいで食べられてかなり美味しかったです。 マッサージも安くて、サービスで1回は無料でしたが、2時間のマッサージで10ドルくらいとかなり安かったので、滞在中は毎日利用しました。 観光は4日くらいして、あとはホテルでゆっくりしていましたが、プールサイドにくつろげるハンモックとかベンチとかがあって、自由に利用できました。読書などしてると、スタッフの方がお茶とピーナッツなんかをサービスでくださいました。かなりリラックスできました。 お部屋もコーヒー紅茶が好きに飲めて、液晶テレビとDVD […] プレイヤーがあるので日本から持っていったお気に入りの音楽DVDを毎晩かけてくつろげました。 バスタブはありませんでしたが、ハンドシャワーだったので、あまり不便は感じませんでした。 少し気になったのは、停電が何回かあったことと、シャワーの排水の調子が少し悪かったことです。 停電はカンボジアだからかな？ともおもいます。排水はホテルのスタッフに言ったら修理してくれて大丈夫でした。 高級ホテルにしようか最初は迷っていたけれど、このホテルにして本当によかったです。プチホテルという感じで本当にくつろげました。またこのホテルに泊まりにきたいと思いました。 Lisätietoja

部屋やホテルは綺麗でかわいく構成されており、スタッフの方は昼・夜ともにフレンドリーで親切でした。また、ホテルに待機しているトクトクドライバーの皆さんも親切で、一人で滞在するのにも安全でお勧めできます。またスパやレストランもリーズナブルに利用できて良かったです。

캄보디아의 분위기를 느낄수 있는 부티크 호텔이었습니다. 다른 모던하거나 현대적인 호텔과 달리 고전적인 장식들로 인해서 아주 좋았고 스탭들의 응대도 훌륭했습니다. 강력히 추천합니다.

オールドマーケットに近く、利便性がよい。 部屋もキレイで、無料マッサージが1hついていたのも良かった。ただ、設備が整っているのにバスタブがなく、シャワーのときにトイレがびしょ濡れになってしまうのはどうだろう、と思った。 スタッフの対応は良かったです。
