Lebiz Hotel & Library - Phnom Penh

The hotel is conveniently situated not very far from the airport. It is nice and modern, rooms have a lot of space. The receptionist provided outstanding service, but the rest of the staff is really poorly trained and just because of that I would never choose this hotel for my stay again. The staff that helps with the luggage was very rude. I was having […] a backpack on me when during checking out I just felt someone pulling it from my back without any warning. Apparently that was one of the guys from staff trying to help. At night we had dinner in the restaurant in the lobby, the food was outstanding but the service was terrible. We had one of the waiters standing 20 centimeters from us all the time and watching us eat. The main meal arrived before the appetizers (we made sure to specify what we are going to eat first when we ordered) and a lot of other small things like this just made this stay not really nice. The hotel rooms were not full of the clean fresh lines you see in the photos - they were very average, without character or a sense of comfort. The television was big. This very modern hotel in central Pnom Penh impressed us with its friendly staff, good hospitality, and design. Even though it is not exactly next to bars and restaurants, the location is still good as Psar Thmei market is within walking distance, and the riverside and other popular areas and sights are just a short tuk-tuk ride away. The design is […] much different to what one would probably expect in Pnom Penh, with very clean and very bright rooms. One small downside is the windows which are partly with milky class so don't allow much outside view, plus you cannot open them. Services such as internet, books are great, we were even given a laptop for free use. Do not miss the breakfast buffet, which is much better than in most breakfast places in town. My third stay at Lebiz was just as wonderful as my first! Such a wonderful staff. Rooms are mod and very comfortable. Wifi is free and rarely if ever (not while I've been there) has hiccups. Awesome free breakfast every morning. I'd pay the whole room fee just for the breakfast.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, but rather small. the location is not close to major tourist area " River side" but it close to central market within walking distance. Breakfast is ok too. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you look for clean and quiet hotel.

I was surprised by the hotel. It was artsy, the staff was friendly and helpful, I like the modern, light and open bathroom (with plenty of privacy). My Hotel stay was good and comfortable but there are some areas that might need improvement. Firstly the shower area has ponding problem as there is no kerb to block the water, and when it start ponding it will wet the entire bathroom floor and sometime water even overflown to the bedroom area. Modern design concept hotel quite centrally located, although definitely more pitched towards business travelers; tourists could get something a little closer to the main tourist sites, although a ride in a tuktuk is not far. Modern, clean and funky in good location close to everything. Friendly willing staff and great food.Dont expect a room with a view though,(should there have been one it would not be inspiring in this city) this is a place to crash on the run and feel clean,safe and rested. Would stay again.

The room was fine but we booked 2 rooms for 5 people and we had 2 rooms for 4 people. The breakfast was OK but there was no enough table for everyone.

Rooms were very chic. Showers were hot, there's A/C and good front desk service. Floors are oddly old and dirty laminate despite the super chic room designs, furniture, walls, art, etc. A/C blows over the bed and IN YOUR FACE all night, so i was not able to sleep. We were very happy with the Lebriz Hotel. It's a small hotel in a bit of a chaotic neighbourhood. It has a very modern design, rooms are very comfortable and clean. It's airconditioned (although in our room the airconditioner leaked a bit). If you don't like the airconditioning there's also a nice ceiling fan. The rooms have a nice big screen tv and […] hi fi system and free wireless. The hotel is very close to the central market but maybe 15-20 minutes walk to the riverside. You can take a tuk tuk for three dollars if you don't want to walk. They also have a nice western styly buffet breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice or tropical fruit juices and good coffee. We would recommend it. Very good price quality ratio. Maybe one thing to be aware of, the toilet in our room had a winding entrance so it was not possible to see the user, but there was no door! The hotel was surprisingly stylish, both the common areas and in the room. The staff was most helpful and attended to all our enquiries promptly. I really liked this hotel in the middle of Pnom Penh. It is quite a walk to the Riverside where all the bars, and restaurants are however everything else was flawless. I was particularly surprised with how good their food was (try their mini burguers). Anyway, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a small boutique hotel which we loved. The people were so friendly and the service was the best we've had on our trip so far. The rooms are gorgeous with an ultra-modern look. The library area gives it a very different chill-out area. Excellent hotel. Would go back any day!

The hotel and the staff were generally solid. There was just a little more wear on our room than I would have expected in a hotel this new. Really minor things like the varnish was worn through on some pieces of furniture just meant that it shine as much as hoped. But there was nothing major wrong and overall the stay was fine.

Lovely hotel for a short stay in Phnom Penh. Clean and spacious rooms, good bathrooms. Very good inclusive breakfast. Staff very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a contemporary boutique hotel experience.

Frühstück war gut. Schade, dass die Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind und man wegen des Milchglases nur einen 15 cm breiten Blick hinaus hat. Steinboden wirkt dreckig, ist er aber nicht.

....mitten in Phnom Penh. ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und mit der Ausstattung. Sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt allerdings der Service im Hotel. Weder war die Belegschaft in der Lage, mich zur vereinbarten Zeit noch überhaupt zu wecken noch kam das Taxi zum Flughafen zur vereinbarten Zeit, obewohl ich es 45 Minuten vorher vorbestellt hatte. 总体来说，LEBIZ HOTEL是一个性价比十分高的酒店，让我感到很温馨的是，我推开房门看见员工用毛巾在我的床上拼出一个I LUV U,房间内还算干净，网速十分快，短途商务旅行或自助游都是不错的选择。

酒店设计得比较精致，而且最重要是经济。可以看出经营者对建筑细部有一定追求，不过属于小型的商务酒店，不能指望它可以达到W hotel的水平（当然价钱也差太远了）

La habitación era satisfactoria y además parecia bastante nuevecita. El personal de recepción fue muy amable, incluso nos dejó usar sus propios ordenadores para conectarnos a Internet. 規模は大きくありませんが、こじんまりとした良いホテルだと思います。ガイドブックには乗っていませんが、空港のタクシー乗り場でホテル名を言ったらすぐわかってもらえました。チェックイン時、ウェルカムドリンクとおしぼりが差し出されましたが、おしぼりは黒い汚れがあり、ドリンクには氷が入っていたため、どちらもマイナスでした。部屋は、きれいで広く、外の騒音も気になりませんでしたが、部屋に備え付けのエアコンが効かず（たぶん故障？）暑かったです。TVは、ゴルフチャンネルが映り、こちらは評価プラス。あとは朝食で注文したレア牛肉入りクィティウがとてもおいしかったです。フロントの対応なども良かったと思います。

Es un hotel que sorprende en una ciudad como Phnom Penh. Todo nuevo, blanco y de diseño moderno. Muy limpio y muy cómodo. El único inconveniente puede ser que no está en la zona dónde están todos los hoteles y por lo tanto todo el "entorno turístico" pero eso también puede ser una ventaja para conocer otras zonas de la ciudad.

전반적으로 만족한 호텔이었다. 위치는 센트럴 마켓 근처라 리버사이드 근처는 아니었지만, 시내 구경겸 뚝뚝이를 타도 되고, 호텔 전용 녹색 이쁜 툭툭이도 있다. 데스크의 직원들은 그닥 친절하다고는 못 느꼈지만, 나의 요구사항과 질문에는 무리없이 서비스를 제공하였다. 바나 도어맨등이 캐쥬얼한 복장으로 더욱 자유롭고 유쾌하게 말도 걸고 환대해 주어 고마웠다. 전반적으로 모던하고 세련된 캄보디아에선 드문 호텔.. 만족하지만, 객실 내 나의 시트가 더러웠던것은 좀 찜찜했다. 일반 스탠다드형 룸의 경우 욕조가 없으며, 아마도 호텔 내 수영장이 없는 듯.. 어차피 가격과 시설 서비스를 100%만족시키기는 어려운 법이니 이정도면 제법 […] 만족스러운 호텔이었다. Een keurig trendy, kleinschalig hotel. Toen wij aankwamen was de avond ervoor de openingsborrel geweest. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en aandoenlijk onwennig, een beetje nerveus. De kamers zijn brandschoon.
