I was misled in regards to having two rooms connected by a shared door. After making the reservation with Hotels.com I called the hotel to confirm the two rooms would be connected by a shared door. The two rooms were prepaid and it seems to me that they should know if the rooms were connected. By prepaying, I should have received the two rooms that […] were connected. But no, upon arrival, they had already given the connecting room to a different guest. I had prepaid for that connecting room and they gave me a different room that was not connected. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely use it again. The food is home cooked and very affordable. The hotel is an easy commute to down town Houston, without the high price that comes along with a down town hotel. The staff are friendly, courteous and remembered me from my last visit, which was very welcoming. The surrounding area […] is what you would expect from a hotel near an major airport, so their are a lot of places to eat and a Wal-Mart close by. There is a courtesy shuttle bus for local trips which is nice. For longer trips then I recommend a rental car. Lisätietoja

Pros: professional front desk staff, nice bar, comfortable beds. Cons: cleanliness called into question when I found a dirty wash cloth in the bath-9room. Inexcusable to be overlooked. Taking of a $50 incidental charge to be refunded after stay. The refund takes a week to post. Until then you are liable for the interest on the charge.

It's a smaller hotel but very modern and nice. It's contemporary feel makes it snazzy. It has free internet and wifi, with free printing from their office/business area. All new equipment, wireless mouse and touchscreen hp monitor for business area/center. Bar and dining area for breakfast. Flat-screen wall mounted tv in my room, free morning paper. […] for less than $100 a night. Only downside is the location is close to the freeway with cars zooming loudly by. This hotel is a good value considering its convenient location a few miles south of Downtown Houston along the Gulf Freeway (45). The hotel has the feel of a 4-star facility but a much more down-to-earth price.

best hotel i have ever stayed in. definitely staying there again!

Nice comfy beds, quality flatscreen tv with movie channels. Bar and restaurant, with room service. Small snack shop, sodas, etc. Much nicer than the hotel next door.

The room that was promised by Hotels.com was not the room that I received. A specific room was needed to conduct business interviews. It was embarassing.

Everything was great except room allocation. The front desk guy gave me a King size bed when i booked 2 queens on hotels.com. He didn't mention that we got a King's size bed and when we found out he told us he doesn't have any rooms with 2 queen bed. I asked him to give another free room then he gave us a room with 2 queen bed which again was not clear […] until we went to the room. I am apalled by the hotel staff. Very nice hotel. The staff was very courteous. The only thing I hated was the doors were super loud when kids would slam them shut. And the area where the hotel is located is not the best. Otherwise I was extremely pleased and impressed with this hotel.

Great hotel, nice staff, clean rooms with comfortable bed. The only downside to the rooms is that there isn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room, so storing and heating up leftovers is a bit of a chore whereas I had to ask the staff to heat up my food. I loved this hotel, it was just built a few months ago, iut had a very contemporary look, the staff was exceedingly friendly. I would definitely return

This was a nice place to stay. Very clean and the staff was courteous. It was also nice to have room service at a hotel in this price point.

Close to Hobby. Good staff. But it is close to a rather loud freeway.

After arriving in Houston, I called the hotel for the airport shuttle(several times), but never got an answer. When finally I took a cab to the hotel, the front desk person casually said "the phones are probably out". No "sorry", nothing. Rest/Bar staff were very unorganized and disinterested in being there. Room was clean, but the next morning, after […] getting out of the shower, I realized, there were no large shower towels. After calling the front desk, they said it would probably be 10-15 minutes before they could get any up to me. I will never stay at this hotel again. Es un hotel que llamaría de Paso, es decir, como para pasar una noche camno a otro lugar:

1. staff들은 대체적으로 친절하였습니다.. 2. 시설등은 부족하였습니다,, (냉장고, 슬리퍼, 물끓이는포트, 등 기본적인 것이 비치되어있지 않음) 3. 하이웨이 주변이라 소음이 아주심함. (창문을 고정해서 환기안됨) 4. 주변에 레스토랑이 없으므로 식사불가함 5. 모든이동은 택시와 유료셔틀로만 가능하기에 교통편이 매우불편함.
