If you are transiting through Bangkok, as we were, or need to be near the airport, this hotel is extremely well set up to your needs. Airport pick up is automatic at Gate 4 (I think) in arrivals, check in is quick with wake up call and airport travel organised for the following day automatically, rooms are large, clean and well set up for your needs […] with complimentary water. And as part of the hotel complex there is a great little Thai restaurant, which allowed us to slip in one final lovely Thai meal and a Chang beer that evening to bid a fond farewell to Bangkok! Have stayed here before. Hotel is not posh but cosy and close to the airport, with a free shuttle service. Could not ask for better value for money. Staff are great and small restaurant very convenient.

I chose this hotel because of price and convenience to the airport. it was definitely inexpensive, and very close to the airport. It was easy to arrange shuttle transport to and from the airport. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and helped me arrange a short day trip to central Bangkok prior to my flight home. I very much appreciated the service there. Stayed for one night since i had a flight to Chiangmai the next morning. Cheap, easy transportation to airport, not really clean, or new. I guess its ok for what i payed. Shuttle was convienent, 15 mins to the airport.

The reason I gave this hotel a 2 is because they did not honor our reservation and gave us 2 single beds instead of a King. We told the guy we wanted a free breakfast because of the inconvience he was putting us thru. He just laughed at us. We stated we wanted a King and they said they did not have one and they upgraded our room to be over a mosquito […] infested swamp. The room itself was nice and the internet was great. We stayed there because of the free shuttle to and from the airport. We were really impressed with the condition of the shuttle. We ended up paying for breakfast and it was well worth it. Whether flying in or out of Bangkok, you are staying near the airport only if you have just been on a long flight or will be taking one soon. So theoretically, you are hoping for a good night's sleep. Not gonna happen at this hotel. You can hear guests in the hallways at all hours of the night and dogs barking all night long in the alleyway right next […] to the hotel. Our room was really dated and run down. Bed was hard, old moldy shower, ac worked poorly. I would not stay there again.

Please be aware that the "complimentary" shuttle from the hotel to the airport leaves only at 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 etc., and not at 5, 6, 7 etc. I was quite displeased with this policy because it meant I could be either 1/2 hour later than I wanted, or lose 30 min of sleep. I had to pay an exorbitant cab fare (by Thai standards) to leave when I wanted to, […] at 6am. There are also no signs to help you find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Thankfully, people at the airport are kind and helpful, and if you forget to head to the #4 exit they will be able to direct you. When you arrive to #4, someone will check your name on a list and take ~10min to arrange the shuttle. Given both of these situations, I would have preferred reserving a hotel at a lower price and arranging my own taxi each way. Apologies for the rant. Besides my annoyance with travel, I will admit that everything else about the hotel was great. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The A/C and WiFi worked well for me. They had a mini-bar and toiletries for sale in the bathroom. The restaurant across the parking lot had decent Thai food, a bit pricier than your average Thai restaurant but less than what you'd pay for food on Sukhumvit. If you are coming from BKK, getting food, sleeping, and returning to BKK, this is a good option. Not the nicest hotel in the world but for the price and free transfers it's well worth it for a few hours between flights.

Ideal for short stay when your flights late or early as only 15 mins away. Good size clean room and shuttle bus service worked fine. Staff friendly, helpful and spoke pretty good English even over 'phone when making arrangements. Area bit grubby but close to local market and cheap food stalls.

I booked this hotel when I had 12 hours overlay in Bangkok. The price was low and it was close to the airport. However the Internet was very slow and the hotel was in a very remote neighbourhood - many taxadrivers refused to drive med there as they didn't know where it was.

The hotel was neat and clean with friendly staff. Location was convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was efficient. We asked for a wakeup call and it was given on time. The air conditioning worked great The surrounding neighborhood is depressing. Dogs own the street and bark pretty much all night. Wth free shuttle service this was ideal for a one night stay before having to return to Bangkok Airport

Our flight arrived at around midnight, so we wanted someplace close to the airport. We linked up with the free shuttle service to the hotel very easily and within 20 minutes were on our way. We are staying here again for our last night in Bangkok, and the hotel was gracious enough to let us leave our bag with all our winter things for Korea in their secured luggage room for the two weeks we're here in Thailand so we don't have to lug it with us for two weeks! We slept comfortably and soundly. Come morning, we took their free shuttle back to the airport and then used Bangkok's free mass transit system to get to the train station in town for only two bucks apiece! Gotta love that. the room is large and has free wifi. it's a little bit noisy, but the restaurant has good food, above average.

I had a connecting flight out of BKK at 6am after arriving the night before at 9pm. This hotel was perfect for a quick stopover to get a bit of sleep and a shower in before getting on my 14 hour flight back home. They have a very good airport shuttle that is FREE and was perfectly on time. The staff was friendly and gave me a wake up call on the dot […] of when I asked for it. They have a restaurant across the parking lot that has tasty food, as well. The hotel itself is definitely on the older side and has some cosmetic defects, but my room was perfectly clean. Stayed in hotel for 1 night, wouldn't stay for longer period. It was clean and offered free airport shuttle. For the price you can't complain - it did the job I paid for. Overall it was ok but we had previously stayed in 5 star hotel in Bangkok but missed flight, so needed to be close to airport. I would say it's a good 3 star hotel! In comparison.

good location to the airport , it great for over night stop over or if you arrive on a late flight or have an early flight to catch

Exactly what we wanted - we had a very early flight out and wanted to stay at a hotel close to the airport. Hotel provided pick-up at the airport to get to it and again provided a drop-off to the airport - 3:30 am! Large, clean room with amenities and we enjoyed a tasty meal at their restaurant. Would recommend it.

When I first booked this hotel I was a bit apprehensive as I had never been to Thailand before and as we were arriving late in the evening and flying out early in the morning I would have preferred to stay in the airport for convenience. Having said that the rates at the Novotel are simply extortionate and if you just need somewhere to rest your head […] it's a massive waste of money. My apprehensions turned out to be inconsequential the experience turned out to be a breeze. We had pre-arranged a free airport pick-up by the hotel and after collecting our bags we found the guy holding the hotel sign quite easily. He asked us to take a seat and about 5 minutes later the car arrived to take us to the hotel which was very close to the airport. Check-in was quick and they carried our bags to our room for us which was very welcome after a 15 hour flight. We had a couple of drinks and a bite to eat sat outside the little hotel restaurant which was nice. In the morning they have very frequent shuttles which was completely hassle free. If your looking for 5 star accomodation then you will be disappointed but for the cost you cant go wrong. Rooms are very clean, Aircon and Mini Bar is available. Staff are very Friendly and Helpful. Restaurant food is good and of good value. Hotel is right next to the airport and approx 30Km from the main Bangkok attractions. A taxi ride will only […] cost approx 400 bhat inc Highway tolls to reach the main attractions. Would certainly stay again for a short time although the only downfall is the lack of nightlife in the Visinity of the Hotel, expect to keep using a taxi service to get in and out of downtown Bangkok. Over nighting between flights this hotel is perfect 5 minutes by shuttle bus and cheap and chearful and tasty resterant opposite only niggle bed was very hard but tired so passed out .Great staff will use again

this hotel is not so far from the airport and is good for who has a connection to another flight. they have pic up service from the airport and from the hotel. recomend to remmber or even copy the address map

The hotel is cleaned and staffs there were very helpful. Except that house keepers forgot to make up the room one day until front desk was told about it. Dogs tend to bark all night and thats annoying too. Overall, its close to the air port and easy to find food to eat around Lat Krabang Road. Yeng from Wisconsin.

We couldnt find the staff that waited at the air port due to the sign is too small. The hotel could have made a bigger sign to make it more visible to clients. Beside that, the staff that waited at the air port were little bit annoying such as trying to sell services and products. This hotel understands that the only reason people stay there is that they have to connect to another flight the next day. The first question on check in was what time you want a wake up call and what time you want to catch the free shuttle to the airport. (ours was at 3:30am). Quite the deal for only $22

Quoted "cheap price" 700 baht for car to city through the hotel...taxi with meter in traffic for an hour and a half only charged 200...

Good hotel for the price. Very close to the airport, makes the hotel very easy if you are traveling. Free Wi-Fi, but breakfast isn't free. In my opinion this hotel is good only for one night staying.

I stayed two nights on my way from the US to Chennai, India. The main advantages were 1. proximity to the airport ,which takes the tension out of getting to and from the airport in Bangkok traffic which can be pretty snarled, and 2. Airport pickup and drop. I reached late night so it was a relief to find someone waiting to collect me and my bags and […] drop me back when I needed to get back next day. No hassles with taxis etc. The place was simple but clean, good enough for a layover, staff courteous, a restaurant for breakfast and meals if needed. Far from shopping and sightseeing but that could be organized - I did a day trip of the Grand palace and major temples , also squeezed in some shopping. This hotel is useful for airport transfers only. Free shuttle is a nice touch, and the staff are friendly, but this is basic accommodation comparable to a youth hostel. Down a dark alley, there is nothing in the neighbourhood and no safe in the room where you could leave valuables, even if you did want to leave the hotel. this hotel is not what expected... We we charged twice the room price for a 3rd guest (even if we called before to ask if it was alright to be 3 in a 2 double beds room). There was no lights in the toilet and not hot water either. The hotel said that the breakfast was included, but the next morning, there was no breakfast... dont go there. Only complaint was that the soi it is located on was difficult to find. Great for an overnight between flights. Had difficulty with in-room wifi, but that's minor.

Three words to describe: bad, bad, bad. What's good about it? Close to the airport. What's bad about it? Poor air conditioning + HOT ROOM. No breakfast, no nearby places to eat. Dirty bathroom. Television reception inadequate. Shuttle driver was rude. TOTAL + will never go back

This ís an excellent place to stay if you need to catch an early flight in the morning.

The room was clean, near the international airport, and a good value for the money. Western fast foods were 15 minute walk away.

As an overnight budget hotel, it measures up very well. The neighbourhood is poor but seems safe. The shuttle service from and to airport is great. Staff are helpful and friendly.Breakfast, although mediocre, is available in a restaurant within the hotel compound.

For a quick overnight stay after a long, late arriving flight you cant beat this hotel. Very courteous staff makes it even better.

This hotel is a steal. It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle runs frequently. It can be a bit confusing to find the shuttle (I think it was the second floor at door 2 or 3 that I met the hotel rep) upon arrival, although you can ask anyone of the reps from other hotels and they will tell you where to go. We reserved two hotel rooms for one short night while we were going to be going through BKK airport. (We have 5 in our family) Our expectation was low, and we enjoyed the stay. If you are expecting anything over a clean room and clean bed, look elsewhere... As another review said... go to Entry #4 and ask for the Hotel representative. If you are needing a place to sleep inbetween flights this is the place. Clean, cheap and friendly and they offer an excellent thai massage!

Room was clean, pick up and drop off from hotel/airport was easy and everyone was helpful. this service was also free! random location but food was close and not too pricy, and it was close to the airport. Came with extras and a minibar, first one I've had for this price range! Would stay again
