We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a very nice time. The staff is great and friendly. The food is good. It was the cleanest hotel we had in India. The Neighborhood around it is not very nice.

Room was nice and clean. Hotels staff were nice. Complimentary breakfast was good. Excellent hotel for one night stay! The neighbourhood is a bit untidy..

this is the second time I live in Malik,and I introduce many friends to live at here.

I stayed at this hotel simply because of its location and because my stay would only last 5 hours (quick nap)...it turned out that they would be the longest 5 hours of my life. The staff was pleasant, but my room (101) despite looking good had hidden issues. First thing was the shower. I turned the hot water and after 5 mins only cold water came out. […] I went to the front desk (on my towel) to see if they could help. The receptionist came in and said that in 5 min the hot water would come, it was simply an issue of getting the water through the pipe. Fine, I waited 4 minutes and to my surprise the water simply ran out!!!..what do you do on a situation like this??..it had to be cold water, just terrible... The other issue was the cold inside the room, about 5 degrees i reckon, the same as outside and I only had a feeble blanket to get by..pretty awful night and I am glad that by 4am I was out. Hotel Malik Continental is convienently located near to the New Delhi International airport and reasonably priced. The restaurant available with the hotel can provide a tasty meal round the clock at a reasonable price. The tour faculities available with the hotel for goin around Delhi and even to Agra didn't feel to expensive and the staff were extremely […] helpful in arranging them, though improvement can be done in regards with the drivers quality. The room size was reasonble enough and the free trips to DLF mall located a few kilometers away from the hotel had been extremely helpful. The staff were helpful and forth coming in regards to any kind of information the coustomer might need. A floor manager was available round the clock. The free Wi-Fi services provided were reasonbly fast. On the negative side, the hotel is surrounded by a bit dingy surroundings, not worth pulling the draps down to look outside. A lot can be done to improve the exterior of the hotel, helps the shock factor one gets when you enter the hotel. The interior and exterior are a world apart. The room we stayed had ants problem, found ants walking around on the bed. Over all taking into the low price and location factor I would recoment this hotel for some looking for a few nights stays or for someone on a strict budget and wouldn't mind adjusting a bit. Stayed at this hotel after having surgery at Fortis hospital, which is very close. There are lots of things listed for each room that were not there, so if you are expecting the extras....you will not get them. There is no elevator service and the hotel is up a steep set or stairs and there are two additional floors for the rooms. If I had not just […] had surgery, this would not really have been an issue. The on-site restaurant is only room service, so there is no sit down eating area. The hotel is small and not fancy but the staff are great there. The mini-fridge actually kept drinks cold, which after being in several hotels in India was a welcome find! The internet service was free, another rare perk in India and the air conditioner worked great. So, if I had not been expecting the listed extras that were missing, I would have given higher marks. Simply an outstanding place to stay. The staff were so welcoming, they helped with everything from picking us up at the airport and train station getting me an Indian SIM card and recommending excellent places to see around the city, they even had a spare charger for my computer.all the staff were very gracious, the accommodations were lovely. The hotel was clean enough, very satisfactory. The staff was extremely helpful, although extremely serious and bored. Combined with the dry decor, one has to say that charm is entirely lacking in this hotel. The surrounding area is slums. Still, it is close to the airport, so that's good for late night arrivals.

The neighborhood was bad. The inside was even more haphazard. Room had a desk but no chair. My window sill level was at 5 feet 6 inches! I haven't seen any window at that level. The service is exceptional. I have never experienced this type of service anywhere else. We stayed during the "volcano situation" and had to make numerous trips to the airport to get our tickets changed. Hotel arranged a car and driver on a moment's notice and made calls to the airline. Excellent management & staff:- This place has an unassuming front and is fairly new but excellently managed. Well staffed and no pressure to tip whatsoever. Your every wish is their command and they make you feel special. Asked for hair dryer, iron, extra towels etc. and all supplied within minutes. Seldom does one see such service. 24 hour room service @ no extra charge. Safe deposit & Minibar Good air con / heating . Thick fabric window blinds keep the blazing sunlight out and let you have a late morning sleep. Plasma TV on wall Comfortable super king size bed with nice pillows Large interior illuminated wardrobe with plenty of space. 2 full length dressing mirrors on wall . Complimentary breakfast try the masala omlette which is like a spanish omlette & is lovely. Coffee expresso, cappucino or simply black. Free newspaper and a call for breakfast Toilet: Extremely clean & shiny toilet with a brilliant shower. Plenty of hot water. Shampoo, body lotion and soaps all provided. This the only hotel toilet I have ever seen where the mirrors do not get misted after a shower, thanks to the excellent ventilator fan, which also removes any odours instantly. Plenty of thick clean towels. Airport pick up by hotel worked well. On the other hand if you want window views and gardens, look elsewhere, but for the price, this place cant be beaten. The hotel itself is in a convenient location and is good value for money. I would not book any tours through the hotel though. We booked a one-day tour of Delhi for R1100. The first driver didn't speak a word of English so we asked for a replacement. The second driver was OK but spent all day talking to his fried. Stay at Malik Continental was nothing than the best. Everything was just perfect. Staff is very friendly that makes the service 5/5. Room was clean & tidy and the best part was the location hardly 4-5 km from the airport and the area is surrounded by the big malls & some historical places like Qutub Minar the one i visit 2-3 km from the hotel.

Hard to find for my driver - was there only from 11 PM to 5 AM for a shower and a little sleep. The bed sheets were sandy (had to sweep the dirt off), shower warm, soap, a towel and working A/C. OK for India - staff was nice and helpful. They made an omelet after the kitchen was officially closed - I appreciated that.

The Hotel Malik is good value for money and convenient e.g. for a one night stay prior to an early morning flight from Indira Gandhi Airport, approx. a 15 minute taxi ride away. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds, very clean, with coffee making facilities, tv and wifi. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ziemlich ok und für Dehli recht ruhig gelegen! Mit warmem Wasser zum Duschen sollte man eher nicht rechnen ;-)

全く外にも出ず、泊まるだけ、ならいいかも。ただ食事はびっくりするくらいまずい。ので、結局おすすめしません。

Not a good hotel and overall is substandard in term of its room rate charged. Should be more cheaper in view of its overall condition and service!

Ich war auf Geschäftsreise, aber ich fühlte mich wie zu Besuch war Freunden in Delhi. Die Nähe zum Flughafen mit großen Einkaufszentren herum. Hotel auch complimentry Shuttle-Bus zum nächsten Shopping-Malls

호텔 사진만 보고 갔더니 사실은 급 실망. 1.일단 위치가 메트로까지 추가로 가야하기 때문에 이동에 불편함이 있음. 2.이용약관에 제시된 사항에 비해 많이 다른 점이 많음. 예를 들면, 과일바구니, 퀸침대, 조식 식당 등 3. 추가 서비스 이용시 정확히 전달에 대한 내용이 없고(택배), 이용료를 가늠할 수가 없음. 좋은 점은 직원 친절도가 아주 높음. 잘 머물렀습니다.
