Cielo Rojo is located in the heart of San Pancho. They provided bikes that I could borrow (did not charge for the bikes.) I enjoyed touring the beach and the town. They let me use the phone anytime, had excellent food in the restaurant; they were extremely friendly. Everyone spoke English very well and I had fun practicing my Spanish with them as well. […] The room and hotel are very quaint and nice. I had my own bathroom and they even provided me with good clean drinking water. I was impressed with the quality of service. I will tell my friends about them and would love to stay there again. We had a great stay. The food was fantastic (homemade yoghurt and granola with beautiful fresh fruit among other delicious things), the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quite sweet. We spent 8 nights at Cielo Rojo, and found it a pleasurable experience in every way. We were not the easiest of guests because of the special needs of my husband who has a bad back. Every one of the staff, from managers to waiters to housekeepers to the excellent chef went out of their way to make our stay there as comfortable as possible. They were […] creative and caring, finding a kind of chair my husband could sit in, providing ice on numerous occasions as well as freezing our re-usable cold pack, giving us advice about such things as how to get to other towns, where to get our hair cut, the weather, answering our many questions with patience and charm. The food was healthy and delicious, and I especially recommend the beautifully cut and presented fruit at breakfast and the whole grain toast. I enjoyed my 5 nights here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant has a varied menu of interesting and delicious organic food and the rooms are comfortable. My only complaints were that the toilet seat needed to be replaced and there wasn't anywhere besides the bed to sit down. Also, and this wasn't the fault of the hotel staff, my […] room was close to the hotel entrance and I was woken up several times one night when inconsiderate guests noisily came in at late hours. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Although, in some ways it would have been nice to be closer to the beach, I did enjoy being within the town so I could experience the local community and culture and not just have an isolated "resort" type experience. This is a little family-run hotel with lots of art on the walls, little sitting areas on the landings, tiled bathrooms, and a lovely small patio restaurant on the main floor. This was a very nice place with a great staff. Not all speak English, but enough that you won't be left without anything. The restaurant is good but a bit pricey, though the breakfast that comes with the room is quite tasty and healthy. Cielo Rojo was unique and lovely and the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly, attentive & efficient. The architecture is great and the decor is simple but stylish; nice use of a partial palapa roof, in center of building visible on third floor, beautiful open stairwell and lovely art and antiques scattered around. Our third floor Las Palmas […] room had an amazing view of the mountains but a few limitations. We thought we were getting a queen bed but our room had a double plus a single. There was no closet but there were some large shelves so we stored clothes in our suitcases and/or in stacks on the shelves; not ideal but not much of a problem. My husband sleeps soundly despite noise but I needed to take advantage of the wax-style earplugs that were supplied in the room, due to neighborhood noise at night. Earplugs were best I've ever used. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant 5 of the 7 mornings & dinner there 3 of our 7 nights and were delighted with each meal: very fresh produce and seafood, creative updates on traditional cuisine (updated huevos rancheros!) and lovely presentation. Staff was very helpful on many issues including booking us a car and guide for a day trip to San Blas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Lisätietoja

Simple hotel. Not expensive but I didn't expect a noisy room right next to the reception with only the basics included. You could hear everything happening outside the room and everyone talking in the reception. Not even anywhere to hang clothes in the room! When I asked to change rooms they first said that they were full. The next day they said that […] I could change but given the price I paid I would have to pay more to change - I refused. El personal es muy amable, tienen muy buena cocina y la ubicación me pareció excelente, ya que aunque no tiene alberca o playa propia, el mar está muy cerca y te permite caminar por la calle principal del pueblo que es muy pintoresco. 我们因为有事耽误了，晚上10点才到酒店，可是找了1个多小时，怎么也找不到工作人员，我们进不去了！后来费尽周折终于住上了酒店。房间非常小，也不像他们宣传的那样临海，离海边很远。周围环境只能用三个字形容：脏乱差！客房根本没有服务，但是明确提示请给小费，甚至还放了一个专门收集小费的盒子在房间醒目的地方！我们定了三天的房间，最后只住了两天就仓惶逃走了，宁愿损失一晚的费用。 这个酒店非常不值得住！
