The location of the hotel was great, it was situated in a quiet street in the Old Town, so no street noise bothered us. Hotel and breakfast restaurant staff were very friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The room, however, was quite small and packed with unnecessary furniture and the bathroom had issues with removing humidity.

Hotel has a green program. Very environment friendly, family own, serving local products. I can recommend this for all travellers. You can minimize carbon load of your traveling using this hotel. I appreciate the values of this hotel. Hotel was clean and nice. I could not wish more for three star hotel. Service was good, and location is excellent. Walking distance to anywhere in downtown or old town. Breakfast was included. It was local products, when possible. For my taste, it was slightly small and did not contain enough fibres or protein. I got croissant and chocolate pastry, yoghurt/fruits, marmalade and juice. Coffee and tea are available in the room. It served in the room, too. Easy.

Mukavasti lähellä lentokenttää, kaupungissa Quebec (Sainte-Foy-Sillery) sijaitseva ALT Hotel Quebec on lähellä kohteita Laval University, Quebecin akvaariopuisto ja Maison des Jesuites. Lähistöllä ovat myös Quebecin silta ja Pierre Laporten silta.

Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät, ergonomiset tuolit ja langaton puhelin, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa onkäsisuihku, kylpytakit, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit ja hiustenkuivaaja. Kaikissa vierashuoneissa on jääkaappi ja kahvin-/teenkeitin.Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja avattavat ikkunat. We had a reservation for 2 nights but we decided to stay an extra night.Very nice hotel,clean,modern and right next door to Place Laurier,and two other malls.We didnt try the restaurant,but did have room service for breakfast one morning,which was delicious.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

But nothing to see or do around it. The hotel is very nice, very modern, although the decor is a tad cold to my personal taste. I didn't like that they put coffee makers in the rooms, but charge for the coffee itself.

"poor overall experience"
The hotel rooms were very small, did not have great ambience.The shower was leaky as water kept on flowing out and the roof was also leaky. The rooms did not come with even basic necessities like coffee or tea had to purchase everything and trust me it is not a good experience getting up first thing in am and going down to the reception to buy a coffee […] packets/pods. Excellent service!! I loved the natural and biodegradable products and all the hotel policy to take care of the environnement. The only "bad" thing is that they charge you for coffee and you have to go downstairs to have it. The price per cup is too expensive! You should include at least 2 cups and charge for the extra.

"ALT Hotel - Exceeds Expectations"
I love the ALT Hotel! It is stylish, very clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly. We liked it so much we added on a third day to our stay in Quebec. It is a short drive into the old city, but also near a huge mall and plenty of places to get a bite to eat. You really can't get more for the price!

We spent 4 days in August in Quebec City. Staff at Alt Hotel were very friendly. Room was very well appointed but on the small size. While location is not near tourist areas, the "old" city is just down the road and easily reached by car. There is great shopping just across the street.

NIcely done hotel, with a few reservations. Clean, modern, nice to have Bose Wave radio playing eclectic music on arrival. In wall flat panel TV. Comfy bed and linens; quiet. Some things that need work: cannot send email ouf without changing server; chair at desk, while ergonomic (very nice) also juts out so easy to stub foot/toes; bathroom has nice […] shower and shaving mirror, but not enough lighting to shave. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the Alt Hotel on Germain de Pres. We were very surprised by the friendliness of the staff and especially how clean our room was. L'hôtel est bien situé et facilement accessible. Il est tout près du pont Pierre-Laporte. Le stationnement est sous-terrain, mais il est ouvert sur l'extérieur (donc non chauffé) et l'accès y est restreint par une guérite. Petit inconvénient: il faut passer par la réception pour obtenir une télécommande pour ouvrir la guérite. On devrait pouvoir l'ouvrir […] avec la même carte qui ouvre notre chambre. nous avons été agréablement surpris du confort et bien aimé le type de chambre. dommage que le resto. de l'hôtel ait étét réservé pour un party de noël mais on s'y reprendra !

Literie comparable au Westin Hotel de San-Francisco, vraiment ! Chambre très bien décorée, service à la clientèle excellent, digne de mention. Par contre, chambre très petite, Hôtel mal situé avec stationnement compliqué et difficile d'accès.

Es perfecto para ir a la universidad y los centros de compras vecinos son una tentacion irresistible. El precio, sin desayuno incluido, lo encuentro un poco caro.
