NEAR TO THE MAIN PLACES WITHOUT IT BEING TOO NOISY.

Cheap and what you would expect. Loud music that will keep you awake until midnight every night. OK location. Good facilities

Despite all the mixed reviews i had read about this hotel before we travelled to salou i was quite pleasently surprised when i arrived with my family to find the hotel was fine, the staff where extreamly nice and where very helpful with any requests we had (clean towels,clean sheets)although you do need to collect these from the reception but that is […] fine,there was no issues with noise at night time as the hotel corridors where monitered by a very pleasent Security Gaurd each evening, The rooms where basic but had all that is required for a self catering holiday, there is Air Conditioning ,TV in the room with a couple of English speaking Channels and a 2 ring cooker and Microwave, our Bathroom had a Bath with Shower(quite good always hot water available with good pressure), Family who travelled with us on Holiday and also stayed in this hotel had a walk in Shower in there bathroom(looked recently Modernised) so i would say if requested upon booking you can have a choice! We did not eat in the Hotel as there is a Large selection of Restaurants near by,Wi-fi is available in the Lobby of the Hotel. The hotel is in a good location near to a small quiet beach and about 5mins from the main Salou beach there is a bus stop quite close to the hotel for all pick ups for trips to Portaventura Theme Park/Waterpark or Barcelona City. Overall we where very happy with our choice of hotel for the good Price we payed for our Week in August and would definetly stay here again, Overall this hotel is Basic but ticked all the boxs for what we reqiured on our Family holiday in Salou. Very dissappointed with the pool area...it was very neglected and could really do with a update. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff i did meet were very friendly and helpful. Not much to do for kids entertainment but overall i enjoyed my holiday. Nice hotel but would prefer more entertainment and update of facilities.

Old hotel that needs to be redone. The smell of mold from the bathroom permeated through the whole apartment. The AC barley worked and the TV did not at all. It's also not that close to anything of interest as one would think.

i loved the location, staff very friendly, caring, fun. over all all of the hotel didnt look very great, but we got used to it and it was fine, Salou is an amazing city, so much to see, if you have children there is porto aventura for little ones.

idéal pour le prix demandé ! la chambre reste basique ainsi que la propreté, mais le sommeil est bon - les vacances en espagne sont faites pour vivre dehors - donc le pacific hôtel reste pour nous génial pour son tarif et sa proximité dans la ville - autour de lui, il y a d' autres hôtels plus chics mais étant à 100% à l' exterieur, pour nous la nuit […] la moins chère reste le top ! à l' acceuil le personnel est adorable - entretien ascenceurs super ! il y a une piscine exterieure à 2 bassins : de bonne qualité - avec la mer à 2 pas aucun problème pour des touristes! si vous n' avez pas des désirs de stars allez y ! attention pour la salle de bains la poussière n' est pas faite tous les jours ... le service appartementos est parfait pour avoir son coin cuisine dans la chambre ! il y a un parking fermé mais il est possible de laisser la voiture garée sur la rue - sinon je le recommande vivement - Lisätietoja

Lo mejor la atencion del personal . Lo peor , camas inservibles , muy viejo, imposible descansar, habitaciones super pequeñas . Muchos desperfectos .

Hotellet passade våra önskemål perfekt. Man kan om man vill, laga egen mat i lägenheten. Det ligger nära både strand, nöje och shopping. Hit kommer vi definitivt tillbaka.

Très déçu, rapport qualité prix mauvais. A éviter en couple car pas de lit double. Salle de bain assez sale (rideau de douche, dessous des toilettes ...). Très bruyant jusqu'à presque 5 heures du matin. Tout n'est dit, ce serait trop long.

Les chambres Sont salle, impossible de dormir sur un matelas ou les ressort sont sorti de leurs emplacement, a conseiller vraiment si on a pas le choix, parce que très très déçu. Hôtel fréquenté par beaucoup de jeune qui font la fête donc être dans cet état d'esprit si on veut pas être dérangé a tout heure.

I spent four days at this hotel with my family, two kids age 5 and 8 months. First of all it was very cheap so I should know what that means. The staff was quite good and helpful giving good pointers on the nearby area and activities. The location is not bad, close to a many restaurants and pubs as well as relatively close to the beach. The apartment […] we got was very worn down and in fact quite dirty. The toilet seat had been broken and glued together again and of course broke again when we sat on it. There where stains on all the walls that I don´t really knew what where and there was a footprint in the ceiling in the "bedroom" that I wondered much about how it got there. There was no bedroom but more of a fenced off area for sleeping, that did not cause us any problem though. The bed themselves where not comfortable. We got clean towels and bedsheets and where told that we could get new whenever we wanted (I am sure that it was true but we only stayed for four days, so that was never tested). The kitchen had some utensils but barely to cook food - there was a two piece cooker but no oven and no micro. We used the cooker to heat water for making food for our younger baby, and it worked. If a pot was on the cooker and you put your hand in the water you would get an electric shock. You are suppose to clean the apartment when you leave but the tools for doing probably make the floor more dirty than it was before. There was no soap on the toilet and no tools nor soap in the kitchen to do the dishes - I wonder how the previous occupants did their dishes. Just to be honest : I did not complain about the room to the staff since I assumed that this was just their standard. I did not walk away for another hotel since I am a tolerant person and it was only for a few days that we had to put up with this. I would not recommend this hotel for families unless for a very short period of time. But this hotel/apartments might be acceptable for younger people on a summer getaway th Lisätietoja
