we have lived there a nice 4 days for school holiday, my son love their spa & enjoying his swimming there. nice people there too. You can only enjoy their BBQ near the pool, and let you relax it as at home. will recommend to all

The only issue I had was that it is not a serviced apartment. Hence, I had to do the garbage disposal and towel laundry etc. Other than that a nice place at a quiet location with good value for money.

This hotel had great service, the people were very nice and provided very nice rooms. The best thing about the rooms is that they are fully equipped and you even get your own private laundry! Had a great time.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, it was exactly like what was shown on this site. The staff there were friendly and helpful. Overall a very quiet complex and nice area. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We stayed in the Santana Resort for 6 nights from 19 Oct till 24 Oct 2012. The location is in a residential area so it was very quiet in the night. The room given to us (room 29) was very big and clean but the only thing was it is on the 3rd floor and there was no lift, so need to climb up and down everyday. As it is self-contained, we used the washing […] machine and dryer to wash our clothing.. 1 packet of detergent was provided as was 1 roll of toilet paper. (Hint : either bring more rolls of toilet paper or go Woolworths to buy 2 rolls, haha). Overall the quality of the hotel and room was above average and my kid also love the heated pool and jacuzzi. This hotel was excellent value for the price, a 25 minute walk from The main shopping area of surfers, about the same walk to Jupiters Casino, 2 minute walk from bustops to take you to all the theme parks and anywhere else you may need to go, 2 minutes from the beach. Was dissapointed that they didnt have a twin room for us as booked. They could only offer us a double room in the ronovated section of the Hotel. They were able to offer us a twin room in their words the " old part " which only gave us a small ols TV and NO Aircon. When arriving at Santana Resort we had to check in via a phone call and we were given a code to enter our apartment. We never saw the managers of the Hotel during our stay of eight days. Found it to be very in personal. Our apartment was nothing like the photos displayed on there website and the room was in poor condition relating to how clean the room […] was. The managers/owners are so lovely - they are so easy to talk to and very very helpful (unlike some other places we've stayed previously). The resort is in an ideal location, easy walk to the Oasis shopping centre (10 minutes) & Convention Centre , Pacific Fair (20 minutes) and Jupiters Casino. The pool and spa are fabulous being heated - we used it every day of our seven day stay and really enjoyed the lighting in the gardens and in the pool. Don't forget to pick up your own supplies once the initial items are used (toilet rolls/detergent/coffee) - very easy to do with Oasis just down the road. My daughter and I stayed for one week at Santana Resort. I found the owners very helpful and obliging especially with regards to having extra guests stay with us for a few nights. We enjoyed the spa and pool and our room was very clean and comfortable.

This was such a great hotel for such a great price! It's was well looked after by the two wonderful owners (Anthony will give you a laugh a minute!) They made us feel welcome from day one and were always busy working away but not too busy for a chat. The room was lovely and modern, and I was stoked to find that they even had a flat screen tv in there! […] In NZ 3.5 stars would get you a 12inch, grey box type tv! It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities within the room and the ceiling fans were a great blessing at times...I would definitely stay here again...and plan to! I was attending a conference at the Crowne Plaza and the Santana was ideally siutated just across the road. The bus stops were close by (as was a Shell service station and a Thai restaurant although I did not use either) and it seemed simple to get around. I also walked back from the Surfers Paradise shopping complex which was a flat walk and took […] about 40 minutes but I wasn't in a hurry so could probably have done it faster if required. Because I was there solely for a conference I really didn't have the opportunity to check out much else or even get to the beach which I understand was very close by. The apartment was very satisfactory for my needs although the bed and pillows were a bit hard for my liking but I'm used to a waterbed. Although I didn't use them, it was very good to have full kitchen and laundry facilities. I would probably stay here again (defiinitely if I had to go to meetings at the Crowne again) but would ask for a room away from the garage door which I kept hearing going up and down in the night. My girlfriend and I stayed at this resort for 2 weeks and loved every moment of it. The resort had a great location, so we were able to walk everywhere without the hassle of catching public transport. The owners of the hotel were very nice and helped us with anything we needed. on receiving the room, we're disappointed to find out that we'd been given the worst location of the room (top floor, back yard facing), also lack of info's about using the BBQ, otherwise it is OK to stay.

Room was disappointing as the view looked straight into the neighbours carparking area not a view as expected. Very helpfull with any questions, great spot, close to all tourist spots. All bus services at your door. Lots of coffee, food and dinner locations all within walking distance. Walking distance to the beach. Much nicer to stay here than in Surfers Parardise.

Ein komfortamles Appartement. Während meines 6-tägigen Aufenthalts sollte es allerdings mur auf Anfrage (dann gegen eine Gebühr) sauber gemacht. Kaffee (Nescafe) gab es auch nach Anfrage nicht. Allerdings gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung zahlreiche Eikaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand sind es vom Hotel aus ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Grillmöglichkeiten […] im Ressort sind vorhanden. 星期五下午5點抵達, RECEPTION已閂門, 指示你打电話去一個內線, 有個STAFF聽比個密碼你打開电話下的夾萬自取房匙, 安派住二樓, 沒有电梯, 房間很大, 但不夠光, 但亦很懷舊, 尚算整潔但最后2日發現有很大隻小強, 由星期五至星期一無見過RECEPTION開門, 原來是休息, 星期二8點CHECK OUT亦只有將鎖匙放在信箱, 不能評論服務質素, 因為無見過STAFF, 臨走前一晚發現, 原來走要自己倒垃圾, 否則罰錢! (不過唔知點追我數) 住四晚, 獲派2卷廁紙, 用完要比1蚊澳幣買! 最重要, 客廳無冷氣, 夏天入住要諗諗, 房有冷氣, 但要入住前SEND EMAIL比酒店安排, 否則唔會有鎖匙開冷氣, 每晚冷氣費為5蚊澳元! 暖氣亦是果部冷氣機!
