Täytti meidän toiveet, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja kaikki pelasi kuten pitikin. Vaatekaappitilaa olisi saanut olla runsaammin. Liikenteen melu ei juuri kuulunut, hyvin sai nukuttua 16. kerroksessa. Kävellen tavoitti vaivatta nähtävyydet, teatterit, kiekko- ja korismatsit, shoppailut jne. Erinomainen sijainti. Suosittelen hyvillä mielin.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in Cassa Hotel. The location for the hotel was very central, making it easy to walk around. Also metro station was quite nearby (2-3 blocks). Very good situation. One block from substation and easy to walk to Time Square, Rockeffeller etc. Hotel is clean and staff helpful.

Cassa Hotel and Residenses sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla, kävelyetäisyyden päässä lähes kaikista museoista, muista nähtävyyksistä sekä parhaista ostospaikoista. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja huone mielestämme ihan sopivan kokoinen, hotellihuoneeseen ei kuulunut ulkoa juuri mitään. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, siivous pelasi erittäin hyvin, hyvät […] aamiaispaikat heti samalla kadulla ja hotellin terassikin oli siisti (tosin siellä ehdimme piipahtamaan vain kerran juomilla). Hotelli oli mielettömän hyvällä sijainnilla. Time Square oli aivan kulman takana ja Central Parkiin oli kivan lyhyt matka. Downtowniinkin pystyi kävelemään ja jos jalat olivat kävelystä kipeät takaisin tullessa, taksilla pääsi kivasti, eikä hinta ollut suuri. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Varsinkin Eric oli aivan mahtava! Hän antoi mm. hyvä […] vinkkejä kaupungille. Sänky oli suuri ja peitot ja tyynyt mahtavat! Sängyn päädyssä supersuuri telkkari, josta tuli ihania elokuvia aamuisin ja iltaisin (ehkä myös päivällä, muttemme olleet katselemassa). Suihku oli tilava ja hyvä. Nettiä emme käyttäneet, sillä se oli maksullinen. Tien toisella puolella on Starbucks, jossa oli ilmainen Wi-Fi. Oikeastaan mitään moitittavaa hotellista ei ole. Cassa Hotel on sijainniltaan aivan mahtava. Myöskin palvelu ja huone olivat hyviä. Huone oli juuri niin siisti kuin kuvat antavat ymmärtää ja pääsimme chekkaamaan sisälle jo 12.00!!

Good location, between bryant park and rockefeller center. Walking distance from times square. We had our room upgraded so can't talk about standard room. The overall location of this hotel is great!!! You are SOOOOOOOO close to everything but, yet tucked away so you are far from the maddening crowds. The room is small--but very clean, modern and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and very efficient, although there is very little space to put toiletries. The staff is young, friendly but not experienced. […] We had breakfast the next day on the 10th floor Terrazzo lounge, which is also small but the food was great and the views from the balcony are nice-would recommend you eat out there, weather permitting. We were right by "Little Brazil" (46th Street)---would highly recommend you go there for lunch and dinner, particularly to the Ipanema Restaurant, which is a combination of Brazilian and Portugese food---the staff is extraordinary, the food is fantastic and the prices are great!! What a find! Overall the Cassa is a very nice boutique hotel with a great location---if you are looking for a "froofy" accomodations, then go elsewhere. This was our first stay at Cassa, the room was spacious and clean. What I liked most about our stay was the service we received from all personnel at the hotel, especially Eric. Great hotel to stay for the night. My husband and I spent our wedding night here. They sent up a bottle of champaign as a congratulations. The breakfast we ordered for room service was amazing. Perfect end for an amazing day.

The staff was wonderful-- very helpful and friendly! The room was rather small but we spent very little time there. Would have loved to have some outlets that were within our reach for our electronics. Also, more drawer and closet space would have been nice. Would stay at Cassa again but would come prepared.

So I really enjoyed this hotel. It's really pretty and well-maintained, and the bathroom was really, really nice. The walk-in shower was HUGE with this great showerhead. Also, the hair dryer had a diffuser on it (bonus!!) and the soap smelled great. I think all hotel rooms in midtown are small, so that's not really a complaint against Cassa. Also we […] were stuck on the 11th floor. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. They don't tell you that you can't choose any from the list. It's limited to a few items. The stay is very nice, no doubt. But they do need to improve on the heating system of the hotel. I was given a free upgrade to a suit but heating is NOT up to par with the other good services of the hotel.

First off, the staff was super friendly! The location was perfect. Loved the fact that we we could take in the action of Times Square but at the same time, be very low key. I would tell anyone to stay here!

Though the size of the hotel and the room was much smaller than it appeared to be in the pictures, it was certainly sufficient for our needs. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was close to several good restaurants, the subway, and lots of sites. We had a very quiet and restful night.

The location was perfect for our trip. We were within a short walking distance of Broadway, Time Square, and many other attractions and shops. The staff couldn't have been more inviting and pleasant. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The location is great, and we had a great rate compared to other hotels around Times Square which made the hotel acceptable. The front desk people were very friendly like all employees . The rooms are from floor 11 upwards to 42nd floor and Penthouse, the lounge is on the 10th floor with free wifi. In the room it is apparently very expensive (see other […] posts). Inconvenient that we had to go to 10th floor for internet. The room was relatively small for 2 and had a comfortable double bed. In the rooms is hardly any information about the hotel,There was no coffee maker in the room. When I asked about it, they brought one, but only decaf coffee, and no cups. I asked again, but they could not find regular coffee, so they brought a Kreuger but still no cups. There are cafe's to the left and right of the hotel within a block for good and reasonably priced breakfast. Across from the hotel is "Jack's World" shop with some food and drinks at great prices to take back to the room to avoid the super high prices of the room bar. A pharmacy market is around the corner on 6th avenue. The telephone prices are from the 20th century, $1 per minute even for local and toll free calls, $1.50 for other calls and $10 for international calls per minute plus a service fee! They obviously take advantage of international guests who don't have a US cellphone sim card. So just calling home for 5 minutes to say you arrived safely will cost you more than $50!! Lisätietoja

The only thing I didn't like was the puddle of water I stood in when taking a shower. Another drain is needed in the shower. The bed was a little small to, low to ground.

It was difficult to find the hotel at first. No big signs out front and it is set back, however, the location is fantastic. We always stay in this area and unless the rate was much lower than some of the other hotels in , I don't think I would go back. Room very small which is what I expect in NYC, but the other hotels seem to use the space more efficently. […] No shelves in the shower area..you have to put soap, shampoo etc. on the floor. Had a fantastic stay at Cassa. They really personalised our stay. The rooms were plenty big enough for a city break and the beds were extremely comfy!! All the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Special mention to Stephanie on the front desk who was so helpful and kind throughout our whole stay! Would stay again and recommend to others!

We cannot fault this hotel. We are two 22 year olds and Cassa met and exceeded every expectation we had for the hotel. We stayed from the 5th-10th March 2013. Darlin collected us from JFK which we had prearranged with the hotel before our arrival. We were taken in a black town car straight to our hotel. Check in was easy and simple. Throughout the stay, […] the room was refreshed every day and every morning the staff were helpful in discussing options for what to do that day. Free WIfI is available in the lounge on floor 10 and can also be acccessed from rooms on the 11th floor if you're lucky enough to get those rooms! Otherwise in room wifi is between $10-15 a day depending on speed. The hotel is around 5 minutes from Times Square, Grand central station & the Rockefeller centre and 10 minutes away from the Empire State Building and Central Park - incredible location! Spent five nights over New Year, excellent situation for New Year festivities and getting around New York. Hotel very staff very friendly & helpful, rooms very clean, room & double bed quite small for America, the Terrace floor 10 good for breakfast only improvement I would suggest for the rooms would be tea/coffee making facilities.

We only had a double bed which was a bad idea in end as very small when we had come from a king but you get what you pay for. Also storage in room not great but rooms were a good size. Excellent location - within walking distance of Times Square and 5th avenue. The staff were very friendly and offered information and advice on various visitor info for example subway information. The staff also recommended restaurants.
