Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 26, 2013Kiva hotelli tosi hyvällä paikalla - ranta ja ostoskatu lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Huone oli melko pieni, eikä hotellilla ole uima-allasta, mutta huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä, oikein hyvä pariksi yöksi jonka siellä vietimme. Ystävällinen palvelu, myös vauvalle oli sänky ja peitteet valmiina, toisin kuin muissa matkan aikana yöpymissämme hotelleissa. Hidas wlan, mutta se oli enemmänkin sääntö kuin poikkeus tällä reissulla. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Hyvät paikallisbussiyhteydet Miamin keskustaan, muualle south-beachiin sekä lentokentälle. Oma auto ei tarpeeliinen, jos ei matkustele ympäristössä. Auton paikoitusmaksut kalliita.Hotellin kävelyetäisyydellä runsaasti ravintoloita.

"Overall good stay, beautiful yard, good location"
It's not Ritz by any means, but it has a quite a few nice features - location is great - right on the Broadwalk and the beach, very convenient to have a kitchen with utensils, etc., The decor and grounds is what makes it stand out. It's obvious the owner really cares to maintain the greenery around the hotel, there are plenty of chairs and picnic tables […] in the yard to enjoy a meal outside surrounded by the flowers, cacti, fish and turtles - kids definitely enjoyed that part. The owner puts a lot of work into the decorations - blues and greens around the rooms, pictured of fish, etc. The inn itself is pretty old, and the pull-out sofa was old and uncomfortable, but I think the beautiful yard compensated for that. We found a little gem in the Angelfish Inn. The owner, Karin, was super friendly and accommodating. Love the courtyard with koi pond and turtles. Property is one block from beach and boardwalk. "Ups and Down of "Quaint" older Inn"
Stayed with family just one night recently in room 6. Each room I believe comes in different sizes, features and layouts. While aging, there is a true quaintness about this place located slightly over a block west of the beach and boardwalk. There is not enough on-site parking if the Inn is full, but we were given a parking pass to park along the street. […] My main complaint was very noisy window A/C unit above the master bed and the ceiling fan over the sleeper sofa my daughter slept on when she found the trundle bed not conducive for her to sleep on. I heard a racket about 2:30 a.m. and got up to discover the ceiling fan above her was so out of balance I feared it was going to shake loose and fall on her. If one is OK with not staying in a more modern chain hotel with newer facilities and amenities, but like the personal touches provided in this quaint retro throwback to the 1940's or 50's, then this place is for you. "Perfect location for a great vacation"
I booked this hotel because of the great reviews I read online, and I was not disappointed. The hotel was built in 1940, so don't expect Marriott quality. However it was clean, comfortable, and had an old style feel that I loved. It is a VERY short walk to Hollywood Beach's boardwalk that is stacked with delicious and very reasonably priced diners, […] ice cream parlor, shops, bars, and of course the beach! The closest diner offers breakfast for only $3.99 which included eggs, sausage or bacon, home style potatoes and pancakes! We made plans to be out on the town every night but we found ourselves drawn to the boardwalk where we ate and hung out on the beach, and when tired our bed was only steps away. The hotel is owned and operated by one person, Karen, and she is extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel is made up of only about six apartments that surround a beautiful courtyard that includes a small pond full of koi fish and turtles. If you have kids, this would be a perfect location as they can be on the beach and in the water under a minute of walking, and if they get tired the room is close enough to put them down for a nap, and then back to the beach for some fun. If you want the lap of luxury you might want to pass, but if you want convenience, to be relaxed and really enjoy your vacation, book here! "Brilliant Budget Hotel"
This is everything you could want in a budget hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower was great and the room even had a small kitchen and massive fridge. Also, the proprietor of this hotel, could not have been more helpful. It is amazing value for money and brilliantly located only 150m/150yds from a great beach. The downsides are that it […] looks tatty from the outside and a bit shabby inside - they have made the best of this and it almost reaches "shabby chic"!
