The Super 8 Motel in Williams, Az was not one I would stay in again. Our "nonsmoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke. The continental breakfast had lukewarm coffee, stale tasting bread products and very stale jam. When I told the proprietor about the jam he commented "I don't make the jam, I only buy it like that".

from the great surroundings and close to grandcanyon and walks around hotel, kind staff and very pleasent and clean rooms i would stay here anytime.

While Williams is really too far from the GC to be a convenient multi-night option if you can't get a room closer, for this town the Railway Hotel is a good choice. It would be a better value if they offered even a modest free breakfast, but the surrounding neighborhood includeds a full grocery store which is key in the desert southwest. This hotel is a clean, small and I believe a little expensive. But what this hotel did for us was priceless. It allowed us to not enjoy the room but enjoy the town of Williams. Do Not miss walking the streets of William! Room clean and small. Breakfast could be missed. Internet ok.

Awful hotel, unclean, rundown state, unhelpful staff. Please avoid.

We can recommend this Motel, 70 miles to Grand Canyon. Good opportunity compared to the hotels in Tuksayan.

The front desk officer was so rude and unfriendly especially to us who are asian visitors.

The hotel was clean and convenient but I think they gave us the smallest room in the hotel. The room itself was convenient to the exit but it was more like a storage room rather than a motel room. We came to hotel late friday night. It wasn't so busy. Quiet. Hotel is clean. No complaints. Probably the cleanest one from all super 8 that we seen before. But stuff that worked there is rude. Not friendly. They must work on that issue.

When we got home I just happened to look over my credit card statement. There was an additional $16.84 charged. We did not do anything that warrented any charges. I called them up and I was told that 2 towels were missing. The lady argued with me, but finally said she would credit my card. The price was right and it is located close to the Grand Canyon (1 hour). The room was as clean and decent as one can expect. But the staff (owners) were down-right rude! The practically yelled at a group of foreign tourists checking in ahead of me and had me plunge my own toilet (wicked burrito!).

Very rude and bad customer service. Very basic breakfast. Would not refill orange empty orange juice jug. Would not allow ICE from ICE machine for use in ICE box. ICE from machine was suppose to be used in ROOM only and not for ICE box. Would not answers call after 10 pm and would tell us about it very rudely.

Super 8 was as expected a budget motel that is clean. The breakfast was sparse with cereal, muffins and toast, some juice and coffee. Would have liked to have seen some fruit for a healthier choice.

worst stay ever worst pepole i have had to talk to about ever . all they wanted was our money. put us under the stairs. people up and down all day and night. air condition was so loud could not hear the tv with out tutning tv up very high. they would not do any thing about it. they called and ask us to turn down the tv. we said when you clean the rest […] room and stop the noise of the air conditioner and the pepole run up and down the stairs. This Hotel is outside of the main town area and now really within a walkable distance for convenience. Williams is a fun little Route 66 town and staying here puts you well outside the activities and character of the town. If you are just passing through and want the least expensive national chain hotel and don't mind a hotel that feels like it was […] slapped together from office cubical walls, this is the place for you. Very clean and cozy. Professional and friendly customer service. After spending two weeks in hotels across four states this one stands out as the best for the price. Highly recommend it. We have checked in in late evening and ask for strong cup of coffee. The coffee was delivered to our room. Excellent management.

Located on the east end of town... literally! Room was recently remodeled. Problem was at 11 pm when the 4 kids on the 2nd floor decided it was play time. Don't wast your time on the breakfast; toast,cereal, mini-donuts, coffee/tea/juice/milk, 2 tables for eating. Honestly, can't beat the price just for 1 night stay.

Hotellet ligger Ok i forhold til et Besøg i Grand Canyon og er i en prisklasse der ligger under hoteller der ligger tættere på. Selve byen er en meget positiv oplevelse sæt god tid af til en gåtur og oplev noget at den oprindelige stemning fra rute 66. Morgenmad? tjae - man dør ikke af det..... Alt ialt et OK sted for en enkelt nat.

Jeg må erkende at jeg mener at det er det dyreste hotel vi har boet på på vores tur i USA, og det mest spartanske, morgenmaden kunne de lige så godt droppe, for der var ikke rigtigt noget, beliggenheden, er ikke noget at snakke om langt fra alt. Dårlig service på hotelet.

Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich eingerichtet ( inkl. HBO Kanäle im Fernseh ) Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Schmucke Örtchen Williams lebt noch voll die Route 66 einfach klasse gemacht. Zum Motel al negativen aspeckt: Das Frühstück ,sowas hab ich nun auch noch nicht gesehn im Empfangsraum sthet dann ein Kaffeautomat ,es gab Toasbrot und muffins,und […] ganze 4 stühle /2 kleine Tische . Hier könnte man schon etwas besseres anbieten ,aber davon abgesehn wars super hier würde auch wieder kommen. Lisätietoja
