"Nearby family sites to see and relevant activities"
Very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel was extremely clean and service from Linda (our morning waitress) was excellent. She was very helpful and very pleasant. Location could not have been better! Also, the hotel was very peaceful and pleasantly quiet.

Awesome Hotel! We really enjoyed the stay. It was very quite & clean. The hotel location was easy to find and get around the city. I highly recommend this place and will continue to book at this hotel (and brand) in the future.

This is a newer hotel, very nice and clean. It had more of a high end hotel feel than most of the others in the area and price range. I guess that is the Hilton touch. Convenient location to New Braunfels and Gruene. Took my wife for her bday and we had a great time. I would stay there again.

This hotel is stylish, convenient, and our favorite "home" while in New Braunfels, Texas. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location provides easy access to the Interstate and to local roads.

"Nice but noisy"
The refrigerator was noisy to the point we turned it off. The AC was the same, but had to keep that going. We could hear all the traffic inside and out. Two ladies in the room next to us started talking early in the morning. I could hear anymost every word they said. Also, the windows had no blackout curtains. I could read a book by sunlight at 7am. Very comfortable bed. Lots of convenient things about room that made room pleasant. The "convience store" like place is a nice idea but would like to see more cereal, juice and milk in case a big breakfast is not what you you want.

Hotel was not full, but I was booked into one of 3 smoking rooms. Took front desk more time than I would have expected to find a new room. Front desk staff polite...but rationale of use of a smoking room and guest relations/hassle factor was questionable on part of management. This is a fantastic hotel and we enjoyed every minute we were there! Very well located, nice neighborhood, and reasonbly close to the area we were visiting. The only complaints we had were the staff could have been friendlier and the beds are very very firm (maybe I'm just used to a soft bed). The hotel was very clean and the rooms are very spacious. Loved it! Friendly service and check in took less than 5 min., close to shopping and eating, rooms were very very nice! Would definately stay here again!!

"Upscale hotel but don't expect a good night sleep"
Everything was just awesome, hotel with the upscale feel and look, located off the highway, close to everything to do in New Braunfels and Greune but the beds are not to be desired. Beds may be top of the line but just give me the old fashion spring mattress with the pillowtop foam. Stayed two nights and didn't get any good sleep. is beautiful and well maintained. the housekeeping was superior. We never saw anything dropped on the hallway carpet and the rooms were very clean. The only negative was the desk clerk that checked us in was clearly not engaged in his main job, making the guests first impression of the hotel superior. I said, "how's it going and he said pretty good […] but I just got here". It was like he knew something would go wrong any minute. A desk clerk can make or break a guest's impression of the hotel and yet they are paid minimum wage and sometimes not trained to look the guest in the eyes and make them feel tht they are genuinely happy to see them. This hotel is very clean and feels very safe. Staff was very friendly and quick to assist. There is only two complaints. Would have been nice to have an in room safe, and the beds were hard as a brick. The hotel states that you can select you comfort level by turning the nobs on both sides of the bed......well hard is hard and softer is also hard. And […] then they have info were you can buy the bed with them...good luck with that. If it wasn't for the beds this hotel would have been perfect for it level of lodging. "Wonderful"
I've stayed at several Hilton Garden Inns. I love the concept of these hotels and this one in New Braunfels was no different. The rooms are great and so are the accomodations! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was an extremely clean hotel. The staff was top notch in their service and attitude. They were very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was glad to see information available about the special mattress settings, etc. When we left, my husband told the front desk staff that we had truly enjoyed our 45th anniversary stay and that we would […] return next year. In the mornings, we ate in the restaurant and had our favorite--omelets. These were truly the best we have ever had---above those in New York or Houston or Florence, It. This hotel was first class with a budget price stag. Well run and well appointed. It worked for us. Easy to get in and out of and close to all the sights down here.

It doesn't look the picture in their but it was a very comfortable hotel. The beds were wonderful. The pool was small.
Our family was in New Braunfels to visit Schlitterbahn and this hotel was great. After a day of play, we wanted to try some local fare and the front desk attendant gave us some great recommendations and we had dinner at Friedenhaus (very good German food!) The staff was great! Room was clean. Hotel close to everything.
