"When design trumps functionality"
Service was great, and everything is new and shiny. The location was very good for our purposes. The restaurant and pool are enjoyable. Yet, the stay was not one that leaves you entirely satisfied. The purpose was to build a stylish hotel, but when stylish translates into less comfort I feel disappointed. The lights are activated with sets of buttons […] throughout the room. Modern! Yet, if you don't get instructions, you will take some time figuring out which light does what. And, you might accidentally turn the room's lights off when you place the book you were reading on the night table. If you are the type who needs privacy in the toilet, the hotel is not really designed for you, unless you are alone in the room. If you want to connect something like a hair drier, or electric tooth brush, near the washbowl you are out of luck. (The hotel might say that they did include a hair drier, but my wife was quite frustrated with it.) All these details lead you to the conclusion that more attention was paid to the design than to the use guests would make of the hotel's features. Lisätietoja

A piscina e a jacuzi não fazem parte do pacote , Caso queira utilizar paga , por exemplo uma touca 8 euros. Tiveram a indelicadesa de nos tirarem de dentro da jacuzi. Um constrangimento!
"Grosseria-"
Nos preparamos para utilizar a piscina interna, mas quando lá chegamos fomos informados que só poderiamos utilizar a piscina externa e com a temperatura baixa isso era inviavel e alem disso nacessitariamos adquirir um gorro pelo preço de três euros e cincoenta, com o que não concordamos. muy recomendable, hotel muy, nuevo y moderno, gran atencion, precios bajos, buenos sitios para comer,facil de llegar, en una ciudad antigua y maravillosa, el spa y la piscina son espectaculares, recomiendo a cualquiera para descansar y relajarse

"Bien en general, recomendable"
No es un 5* , yo diría que es más bien un buen 4*. Le faltan detalles para la 5ª estrella, pero la relación calidad/precio es MUY BUENA, sin duda una buena opción para conocer Braga o la zona norte de Portugal.

Excelente relação qualidade/preço. Um hotel com muito charme onde passei momentos muito agradáveis. Serviço muito bom. Recomendo
"DESIGN A MAIS SERVIÇO A MENOS"
Pela primeira vez em mais de 40 anos de hotelaria, sai do banho e deparei-me com a falta de toalhas de banho. Tive de me secar à toalha de rosto. Nem na pensão mais barata isso me aconteceu. O WC tem design a mais o que torna a sua utilização um pouco desconfortavel (ver fotos) O sistema de luzes no quarto requer algum estudo prévio.

El hotel es una pasada, es lujoso y no es excesivamente caro. Pongo 4 en atención del personal por que pedí que me trajeran la pila que faltaba de la caja fuerte el primer día y nada de nada, es poco, pero es un detalle en falta. También pedí cama de matrimonio y me ofrecieron 2 camas separadas, pero no me importó mucho. "Godt hotel"
Super værelse og faciliteter. Lækker brunch. Til en meget god pris. Men er man der for at se Braga by så er det et stykke fra centrum. Til gengæld er det i gå afstand fra trappen op til Bom Jesus

El servicio en el hotel fue muy bien. Pero, recomiendo que tengan un poco de informacion sobre la ciudad de Braga, para los turistas.( mapa de la ciudad, sitios turisticos o direccion de la oficina turistica)

Prachtig design hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten. Het hotel is nieuw, niet alle faciliteiten werken nog zoals het zou moeten, bijvoorbeeld functioneren teevee en kluis.
