Hotelli huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Henkilökunta ystävällisiä. Mutta hotellissa ei ole lentokenttä kuljetusta, vaikka netissä varatessa niin mainitaankin ja myös pyykki palvelu puuttuu. Mutta muuten oli miellyttävä kokemus.

Sijainti.
Rannalla kaupungissa Nusa Dua sijaitseva Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali on lähellä kohteita Turtle Island, Nusa Dua Beach ja Benoan satama. Lähistöllä ovat myös Bali International Convention Center ja Bali Nusa Dua Theater.
Kohteen palvelut.
Tämä lomakylä on majoitusliike, jossa voit valita täysihoitohinnan tai pelkän huoneen hinnan. Täysihoitohinnat sisältävät kaikki ateriat ja juomat hotellin ravintoloissa ja baareissa. Ruokaluista tietyissä hotelleissa, erikoisillallisista ja aterioista, tietyistä juomista ja muista palveluista saatetaan periä erillinen maksu.
Lähde kävelylle ja nauti auringonpaisteesta valkoinen hiekka rannalla. {PrptyName} on kohde, jossa voit rentoutua täyden palvelun kylpylässä tai käyttää muita käteviä palveluja - muun muassa laitesukellus ja snorkkelointia ovat myös käytettävissäsi.
Tämä lomakylä on majoitusliike, jonka ravintolapalveluihin kuuluu 4 ravintolaa sekä kahvila. Vieraille on tarjolla ilmainen aamiainen. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Pysäköinti sisältyy huonehintaan. Tämän hotellin kunnostustyöt valmistuivat: lokakuu 2010.
Vierashuoneet.
Huoneissa on kalustettu parveke, joista on joku seuraavista näköalatyypeistä: valtameri, ranta tai allas. Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali tarjoaa asiakkailleen 305 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on minibaari ja tallelokerot. Vuoteissa on untuvaselkätuki, untuvahuopa ja ylelliset vuodevaatteet. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa nopeaa langatonta Internet-yhteyttä.
32-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat satelliittikanavat, ovat saatavissa. Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, jossa on syvä kylpyamme ja käsisuihku. Kylpyhuoneissa on myös vaaka, kylpytakit ja bidee.
Huoneissa on kahvin-/teenkeitin and pullovesi (sisältyy hintaan). Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat tohvelit ja hiustenkuivaaja. Huoneen kunnostus on tarjolla iltaisin ja siivous on saatavissa päivittäin.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.
Erityisvaatimusten saatavuus varmistetaan sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä ja niistä saatetaan periä lisämaksuja. Erityisvaatimusten täyttymistä ei voida taata.
Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali tarjoaa asiakkailleen kaksi hintavaihtoehtoa: pelkän huoneen hinnan tai all inclusive -huoneen hinnan. All inclusive -huonehinta sisältää majoitusliikkeessä tarjotut ruoat ja juomat (tosin joitain rajoituksia saattaa olla, esim. premium-ruoat ja juomat ja ruokailu tietyissä ravintoloissa). Myös majoitusliikkeen tarjoamat harrastukset kuten melonta kuuluvat hintaan. Tarkista palvelut, jotka eivät sisälly hintaan ja vaativat lisämaksun.
Ruoat ja juomat
Tämä hotelli ei tarjoa mitään esteettömän kulun palveluita. Valitse jokin toinen hotelli, jos haluat varata huoneen, jossa on esteettömän kulun palveluita.
Kylpylässä Thalasso Bali on 22 hoitohuonetta, mukaan lukien huoneet pariskunnille sekä hoitoalueita ulkona. Hierontoja on tarjolla rannalla ja kylpylässä; muihin palveluihin kuuluvat kasvohoidot, vartalohauteet ja vartalon kuorinnat. Kylpylä tarjoaa erilaisia terapiahoitoja, esimerkiksi: aromaterapia, vesiterapia ja thalassoterapia.Tässä merinäköala kylpylässä on kuumat lähteet / mineraalilähteet ja sauna. Grand Cafe - Tämä buffet-ravintola tarjoilee seuraavat ateriat: aamiainen, lounas ja illallinen. Vieraat voivat tilata juomia baarista. Lasten ruokalista on saatavissa. Muun muassa iltapäivätee kuuluu tämän ravintolan palveluihin. Auki 24 tuntia.
La Cascatta - tämä illallisravintola tarjoilee seuraavat ateriat: illallinen. Vieraat voivat tilata juomia baarista. Suljettu seuraavasti: tiistai.
Jukung Grill - tämä meriruokaravintola tarjoilee seuraavat ateriat: lounas ja illallinen. Vieraat voivat tilata juomia baarista.
Huonepalvelu (ympäri vuorokauden) on käytettävissä.
Lomakylä tarjoaa seuraavat tilat: yksityinen ranta, ulkotenniskenttiä ja kuntokeskus. 6 poreammetta ovat käytettävissä, kuten myös ulkouima-allas. Lastenallas-palvelun lisäksi vapaa-aikapalveluihin kuuluvat kuntokeskus tai -sali ja allas.
Seuraavat aktiviteetit ovat saatavilla joko hotellissa tai sen lähistöllä, ja ne saattavat olla maksullisia.
Hotelli veloittaa seuraavat maksut ja vakuudet palvelun toimittamisen, sisään- tai uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä.

"Located in a quiet area away from traffic and nois"
Found this resort to be everything we wanted, which was a quiet and restful hoiliday. The all inclusive rate was good value and there was a good choice of dining venues and bars. The in-house cultural entertainment was excellent, staff were friendly and the management was receptive to requests and guests needs. Would definately stay there again.

"superb hotel excellent location"
We arrived at the Grand Mirage for a week's holiday with our 3 children during the April school holidays. We had read a few very negative reviews on trip advisor from people in Australia and were hesitant about booking the hotel. These people were so wrong, wrong and wrong. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and all areas were kept so clean. […] Our garden deluxe room was so much better than the photos, so large and spotless. Fantastic service at breakfast especially as we are vegetarians the staff made sure to make extra food for us and deliver it to our table. A big thanx to Kasta the Grand Cafe restaurant manager who asked us every morning if we would like anything vegetarian made and he made sure what we asked for was made. In all my years of travel and staying at many other 4 to 5 star hotels aroud Asia as well as other parts of the world this was the first time we have ever been asked if we would like other food items made other than what was on the buffet. Details such as these stay long with you after the holiday is finished. When one of our sons threw up in the middle of the night all over the bed and floor, Housekeeping was up in 2 minutes to clean up the mess without any fuss. The next morning another staff from housekeeping came up to ask us how our son was now and I thought that's so caring. . Very good hotel with numerous restaurants and bars. Beautiful settings: beautiful gardens, stunning beach and lovely pool. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Caring staff and plenty of facilities : shops, spa and massages.

First positive points - hotel in general was great, pool, pool area and the hotel beach are really nice, clean and tidy - and a big plus was that there were more than enough seats so we never had a problem to get any. Food - breakfast buffet was really good - varied and fresh. The other restaurants at the hotel were also very good and pretty good value […] as well most dishes costing about 10-12 USD. Personell - always friendly, smiling and willing to help. Two things I did not like - firstly the beds were really uncomfortable - i could not sleep more than 4-5 hours per night and was therefore sleepy all the time during the day... And secondly the fact that they charge for wi-fi internet access - considering that at many much cheaper and lower rank hotels offer this for free... And they charge quite a bit - about 25 USD for 24 hours of access that are can be used during 96 hours. I do not know how much Internet access costs in Bali but at home I pay the same amount for one month of no limit access through both fiber or 3G... So in other words if you are going to stay here for a week add at least about 50 $ to the hotel cost if you want Internet access in your room... So all in all - Would I recomend this hotel to others? "Grand Mirage Resort , nice restaurants around"
Altogether we are quite satisfied with this hotel. The suite rooms are very roomy, pretty indonesian furniture, great bathroom. The food is average for the price (mostly western prices) but if you cross the street you can find better food for half the price. We absolutely recommend the restaurant right across "Kecak Bali", the best Indonesian food we […] had during our whole trip - we ended up going there 4 times in a row- a lot of great flavors in a perfect setting! The beach is nice, the pool, chaise lounges etc ... exactly what you would be looking for in such a hotel. Only issue we had is that initially we booked a regular room for 2 people / 2 kids, and we did not read the small prints stating only 2 single beds or 1 queen bed. Which meant they had to add 2 spare beds that 1) took all the space and 2) were quite uncomfortable. Plus the room on the first level smelled moldy. So we ended up upgrading to a suite which again was great but cost additional $. Regular room would have been OK for 2 people, but if you can afford it, definitely go for the suite, a much better experience! Lisätietoja

Nice enough hotel resort, right on the beach but a bit away from mainstream Nusa Dua. Had to get up at 6.30am in order to secure a seat at the pool. They really need to sort this out.

The hotel itself was lovely everything we could have asked for decent food, great activities, drinks were a bit slow. However it was a bit loud. There were a number of families there and that certainly contributed to that. And the patio door wasn't the best for sound management.

Our two days stay at Grand Mirage Resort Bali a memorable stay. The location of Hotel, its private beach, swimming poos and lavish breakfast was enjoyed by us. The rooms were spacious,clean and well decorated. We had a great time. The staff was courteous and well behaved.

This was our 6th trip to Bali and we usually stay two to three weeks each trip. We stayed at the Club Mirage last year and had to pay for the use of facilities, specifically the gym, at the neighbouring Grand Mirage. This time we upgraded to the Grand Mirage at considerable extra cost and we still had to pay for use of the gym. The Club Mirage is better […] value for money with the same service and level of comfort. With our teenage child we were provided (at cost) with a fold up bed (normal and accepted procedure) but this was the oldest, most uncomfortable piece of ancient equipment ever encountered in our international travels. ちょっと古くなってきている感はありますが、頑張って清潔感を出していると思います。 タンジュン・ベノア岬の先端に近いところにあるので、その１本道が混むとどうしようもなくなりますが、それは大みそかの午後だけでした。 大型ホテルだし年末年始はほぼ満室だったようで、サービスはそれほど良いとは思えませんでした・・・ 仕方ないですね。 一番気に行ったのはビーチがすぐ裏だったこと！ まさに夢に描いていた通りの、ビーチリゾートステイをエンジョイしました。 プールも大きくて素敵でした。 もう少しチェアが多いといいのですが・・・ それでも、ビーチヨガ、プールでの水中エアロビやらバレーボールやら、毎日イベントが目白押しで退屈しない感じで、とても楽しく過ごせました。

度假村的服务很好，每个员工都很有礼貌，面带笑容。自助早餐很丰富，有多种食物可以选择。房间够大，坐在顶楼的阳台看海景吹海风非常享受。需要改进的是洗衣的质量，特意指出的污渍没有洗干净。
