Excellent location, staff friendly & helpful, easy walking distance to EIffel tower & tour buses, we will definately stay here again.

Nice Hotel. I would recommend to others. The front desk was accomodating. Most understood the English language and did well when needed to compensate for the language barrier. Rooms were comfortable. Would stay there again

My daughter and I stayed here for a week while relocating her to Paris for school. The hotel was clean, updated, and centrally-located without being smack in the middle of a very touristy area. Nice continental breakfast in the hotel (which is quick on the coffee; a hard thing to find in Paris, apparently). There were plenty of stores around (from high […] end to convenience) and residential neighborhoods in the surrounding area. The Hotel Eiffel Passay is the perfect location for anyone who wants to visit the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding areas. Easy walking, good cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast was 14 euros of buffet, with just some croissant, cheese, coffee, milk and bread. The price is too expensive.

Very unfriendly staff - at the reception. Very small room for couples - hardly any space inside the room. And at least 20 year old TV. Very expensive Wi-fi. Not worth the money they charge

Very friendly receptionist and very helpful. Will definitely recommend for anyone making a short stay in Paris. Also literally 1 minute away from Passy underground station.

Perfectly situated with everything one need at your doorstep. Minutes to the metro, very good restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood (less than 5 minute walk) tourist attractions easily reached and the hotel will even book some of the attractions for you. Self service laundry around the corner and a SNCG office is a minutes walk up the road to do […] your TGV bookings - in short - a perfect spot to explore the city from. The rooms are on the small side, but they seem to have been updated recently and the bathrooms seem to be new. The neighbourhood is lively until about 23h00 at night and the noise from the dustbin collectors at o4h00 in the morning did wake me some mornings, but my wife slept straight through it. On the positive side, the location of this hotel is choice. Walk a few steps from the hotel and you can see the Eiffel right in front of you. The tube station is about 300 steps away. The day clerk lady was nice and helpful...Now to the other side of the equation: The bathroom shower ceiling is about 5'6" in height, so if you're over that size, forget […] about a shower. The tub is quite narrow, so squatting to take a shower is mighty difficult as a second option. The beds are also short. I'm 6'2", and my feet were hanging over the end of the bed. The walls are very thin, which means that you will hear all of the noises coming from the adjacent room. Rough translation: couples don't come to Paris to play checkers; I only wish I didn't have to hear the Spice Channel live in my hotel room. Ironic it was that the testy little night clerk shusssshed me to be quiet when we were leaving to catch a morning taxi. He was another story. Let's just say that the day clerk was a nice person who understood the nature of a service business. The moring breakfast, crossoints, corn flakes, coffee and OJ, cost 11.5 Euros a piece, which comes to about $30...Not worth it....Go to the local mkt. and buy the same stuff for $5.00 and eat it in your room. In closing, if you like a hotel that's a couple of notches about a hostal, and if you like the charm of a place that's been lived in, you'll love the Pasey. If, on the other hand, you like comfort, especially in the shower, sleep and noise dept., you might be disappointed here. Great loaction and great price. Rooms are not that great but for the price they are very good.

This hotel was ideally located near to the Eiffel tower with a fantastic local bakery on your doorstep. Also close to shops. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the drainage. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom but otherwise, i was happy with the experience.

The hotel was everything I expected and more - near Eiffel Tower and metro station, safe neighborhood, many shops nearby. But what really surprised me was the presence of many Asian restaurants around including a Japanese restaurant that looked very busy. And the staff was helpful and friendly. Really, I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Hotel gut mit Metro (Station Passy) erreichbar, nahe Eifelturm und OECD-Viertel. Typisch Pariser Stadtteil mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Kaffees (für Frühstück gut geeignet!) in der Nähe. Hotelzimmer klein, wie in Paris häufig. Sehr persönlich geführtes Hotel mit gutem Service.

+ good location + nice area with quiet suroundings - the beds were very uncomfortable. You could hear the springs squick. If would have helped a lot if there was a thin matress om top. - the isolation between the rooms were so bad that we eaven heard what went into the toilet and it running through the walls.

Fint mindre hotel beliggende i den pæne del af Paris. 200m til nærmeste metrostation, 3 km til ringmotorvejen, 15 min. gang til Eifeltårnet. Der er en del trafikstøj fra gaden ved værelser mod gaden. Der er merpris for værelser mod den fine (meget) lille gård. Der er fin aircondition på værelset. Jeg kunne godt finde på at bo der igen.

Hotel superbement bien placé avec un parking juste en face... au pied de la tour Eiffel.. en plus confort et propreté dans la chambre. l’accueil un peu froid, mais c'est normal c'est Paris!

The semi old woman in the reception was quite unhelpful at our check in (2011-05-06). We had some questions which she was not very keen on helping us with. The hotel was except for that really good. Super location. Clean rooms (a bit small though) and we even saw the tip of the eiffel tower from our french balcony.

タワービューの部屋を期待しましたが、中庭向きの部屋でした。部屋は問題なくきれいでした。バスタブはありませんでしたが、扉が閉まるシャワー室があるので、バスタブはあるけどシャワーカーテンがないホテルよりも、洗面所に水が跳ねなくて使い勝手がよかったです。Superior Roomは、大きめのスーツケースが二つ余裕で開けられるぐらい広めでした。 最寄りのpassy駅から多少の上り坂を上り、広場からは何方向かに道が伸びているので一瞬迷いましたが、大きめの[HOTEL]の看板が広場からすぐ見えたと思います。近くには回転寿司もあって驚きました。ホテル前の通りにはヴェリブの置き場もあったので、朝からすぐ自転車にのって観光にいけました。ノートルダムまでセーヌ川沿いをずっと走って20-30分ぐらい。 夜のエッフ […] ェル塔に上って夜景を見て降りたら、11時のシャンパンフラッシュが終わってしまいました。エッフェル塔がきれいに見られるシャイヨー宮で12時のシャンパンフラッシュを見てからホテルに帰りました。夜12時でもシャイヨー宮でエッフェル塔を見ている観光客はけっこういました。ホテルのまわりはさすがに人通りも少なかったですが、エッフェル塔からすぐですし、危険なことはありませんでした。 今回は、パリ滞在最後の二日間で泊まったため、チェックアウト後はシャルルドゴール空港に向かいました。passy駅までは下り坂、乗り換えもダンフェールロシュロー駅でRERに一回乗り換えるだけなので楽でした。 Lisätietoja

Vi fik et værelse uden aircondition ved en fejl hvilket meget hurtigt blev rettet. Reception var meget serviceminded og behjælpelig med alt fra paraplyer i regnvejr til bestilling af restauranter. God beliggenhed med kort afstand til eiffeltårnet

Mysigt hotell nära Metrostation (Passy) och nära Eiffeltornet och Trocadero. Du ser toppen av Eiffeltornet när du går till Metrostationen. Trevlig personal. Fina, fräscha och bekväma rum. Bodde på första våningen med utsikt mot mysig liten innergård med bord och stolar. Frukosten dyr, provade därför aldrig.

Veldig sentral plassering. I gåavstand til det mye - og nær metro for det som ligger litt lenger unna. Rent og greitt. God service! Vennlig betjening! Rådyr frokost.

Dette hotellet var midt i blinken for oss. God i pris, god i service. Etter å ha opplevd solnedgang fra Eiffeltårnet, var det deilig å vite at 800 m bortenfor lå vårt hotell. Da vi ankom kl.22.30 ble vi godt tatt imot og ble henvist til et flott rom med nydelig bad. Vi spiste kvelds på den lokale sushibaren rett ved; også det en opplevelse! Gångavstånd till Eiffeltornet och andra sevärdheter, Lungt kvarter med massor av butiker, cafeer, restauranger och allt man behöver omkring. Närhet till Metro och bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Litet, men fint rum med fräscht badrum. Ingen AC men det går utmärkt att sova med fönstret öppet, då gatan är lugn. Vi var två vuxna och ett barn(5år) i ett dubbelrum, […] funkade utmärkt. Gangavstand til eiffell-tårnet og kort vei til metro som tok oss dit vi måtte ønske i byen. Nydelig bakeri rett på utsiden av hotellet til frokost og meget vennlig og hjelpsom resepsjon.. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste, ikke de største rommene men komfortabelt for å overnatte og oppleve Paris.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Accueil très sympathique et arrangeant. Je reccommande cet hôtel. Un parking ce rouve en face ce qui est très pratique.
