We stayed one night in Wing, easy place to get from railway station. Nice breakfast, 800 yen.

Basic business hotel. Room was very small (semi-double) and quite hot. We kept the window open during the night. Staff was helpful and spoke fairly good English. The room was hot like a sauna! :( The only way too cool it was to open the window, since the airconditioner only blew hot air into the room.

Hotelli on keskustassa ja kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista. Metro on vieressä. Edulliset huoneet ovat pieniä, mutta erittäin toimivia ja mukavia nukkua. Palvelu hotellilla on huippuluokkaa. Respasta annetaan tarvittaessa kartta lähiravintoloista sekä yöelämästä.

Room is a bit small but acceptable with the reasonable price! Clean and helpful staff, with all basic needs provided!

Very pleasant for a central location of Tokyo and West Japan area, with easy access to train station, very good breakfast and great cost, while the room and bed size a bit small, but manageable.

The hotel is situsted next to main roads and subway station. However I wouldn't suggest you to stay there if you have heavy lugguages, as you have to go up and down the bridge to cross the roads.

Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Extra toiletries set out at the front desk (everything from packets of shaving cream to oil blotting papers) were a nice touch. I went to Nagoya with my fiancée and we stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The service was very good, staff friendly and the room was as expected in this price range; a bit small, but comfortable. The only thing I can complain about was the air conditioner, which seemed to heat the room instead of cool it. Although, this was not a big problem, because […] we could just open the window for a while instead. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Nothing too fancy or big, but they have both Japanese and "western" breakfast, so you will probably at least find something you like. There were no problems getting to the hotel from the airport (train to nagoya station and then walk or ride the subway). We walked from Nagoya station, which took approximately 15-20 minutes. It's very easy to find. Just follow the big road east 1200m (or something like that) and it will be around the corner (turn right) at a big crossover with elevated walkways/crosswalks in the air above all 4 roads. If you don't want to walk, take the Sakura-dori line two stations to Marunochi station, which is right outside the hotel (on the other side of the road). Another option is the Nishiki-dori line and get off at Fushimi station, then walk 200-300m north along the big road. The area around the hotel doesn't have too much, but there are 7-eleven and other convenience stores everywhere (like everywhere in Japanese cities). You can find restaurants on more or less every street, with varied quality. Be prepared, though, that they almost never have menus in English, and the waitors might not be able to translate for you either. All in all, this is a nice and fresh hotel and I recommend it to anyone who is not expecting anything too fancy. Oh, and they have free coffee and computers with internet in the lounge. This place was cleaner, the staff was nicer, the services were better, and the neigborhood was better than the place we stayed just before that in Kobe. I'd recommend this place to anyone, provided they can find it. It took us quite a while to find from Nagoya JR station. That is really the only complaint, though. Wonderful place.

Wing Int'l Nagoya is conveniently located one stop from Nagoya station, accessible by two subway lines, and within walking distance/cheap cab ride from the lively Sakae area. The rooms are clean, but slightly dated, the mattress was a little stiff, but overall it was a very good deal. A very good hotel at a very good price! Wasnt expecting much from this hotel when I booked it for me and my family for a vacation to Nagoya. However, for a 3 Star Hotel, they left me very much surprised. The service staff at the reception were exceptional. Good English speaking staff which were helpful and polite. I was also surprised when we came back from a long day of sightseeing and upon seeing us, without any prompting, remembered our room numbers and passed us back our room key. The room was small but comfortable and had everything in it. The hotel was also located near major sightseeing locations and most importantly, very near a subway station, Marunouchi. Stayed here over New Years 2011, the hotel is very easy to find. It is a narrow building but its name is well displayed. The check in is on the 2nd floor so when you walk in it appears empty but take the elevator to Floor 2 and there is a big lobby and reception desk. Rooms are typical business hotel size aka small. But clean, washroom has good water […] pressure for showers with plenty of hot water and full size bath wash/shampoo bottles. Location is convenient, about less than 10 min ride from Nagoya station. and Marunouchi subway stop is right across street so very easy to get around Nagoya using Wing as a base. The hotel staff were smartly attired and spoke English well. They were attentive and prompt to customer needs. The breakfast was hearty and tasty too. While it is within reasonable walking access to Sakae district and Nagoya Castle/Noh Theatre area, it is a wee bit further to Nagoya Tower and Oasis21. The condition and the price of this hotel is good but it's not close to the city and there's no Restuarant or shopping places around.

When planning and booking the hotel, all i was aiming for was cheap so i really didnt have any expectations on how the hotel would turn out. Sure the rooms are small (like almost all budget japanese hotels), but it's in a great location (only a few blocks from Nagoya train station), the rooms are very clean and nice. Breakfast is very good too, the staff speaks english and are very friendly. So if your looking for a good, simple and clean hotel this is a great pick.

The overall experience at Hotel Wing Nagoya was a good and pleasant one. Front desk was able to communicate with me in simple English. Very caring and friendly front desk staff. My room was a single non-smoking room. It is almost exactly the same as what was seen on the pictures published online. Highly recommended for single or couples.

Accidently, I reserved a smoking room. It was not as bad as I feared. The room is small even in Japanese standard. It was about 20 min walk from Nagoya station. I did not have too much trouble finding it. Yes, they have a wired internet.

The Wing Hotel Inter. Nagoya Jp. Nice Hotel wasnt Expecting How Nice Our Stay Would turn out to be! Very NIce Respectable Hotel Staff. The Rooms were Fine! Comfortable Bed. Easy access to anywhere you want to go, Via Subway. And Thank you so Much for the Free Wifi in the Lobby! Could not use others, But Lobby Wifi was worked great!

I admit I booked this hotel looking for something in my budget, but my stay here was wonderful. The people were helpful and friendly, perfectly willing to offer suggestions on must-sees. It was also close to a station and many interesting sites. I'm not someone who is bothered by a small room (recently a college graduate who lived in a dorm all 4 years) […] so some people might feel uncomfortable with the size of the room, but it was perfect! No need to take the subway as the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Nagoya station. The room is small as is the case with any budget hotel in Japan, but it is clean and has everything you need (bathroom, aircon). The internet (ethernet in the room) is free and works just fine. Only complaint is the word International in their name. Seems to me if you are going to use that word in your name maybe you should provide tv and newspapers in other languages. Only got 5 Japanese language stations. Am now in Manila and get 80 stations in several languages.

It also had TV but all Japanese. Pay TV for 1000 yen, but that seems typical. The room was clean, the air was cool, the people nice and the price was very competitive. But the room was very small. It had a double bed and a very narrow desk and no room for anything else. Also ethernet / wired internet access for no charge. I would stay there again.

호텔 찾기 힘들었다는 분 많은데 호텔 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 나고야 역에서 걸어서 15~20분 소요. 사쿠라도리선으로 두 정거장 마루노우치역에서 내려서 육교만 건너면 바로 호텔보입니다. 일본인들의 친절함은 세계 최고구요. 길물어보면 데려다주기까지 합니다. 호텔주변에 나고야성 사카에거리 쉽게 갈수있구요. 다만 호텔이 사진으로 보는것과 달리 굉장히 작았습니다. 대한민국 고시원보다 조금 더 크고 안에 화장실있는 정도입니다. 혼자쓰기에는 무리없지만 둘이쓰는데는 조금 불편함이있었습니다. 가격대비 만족스러운 호텔입니다.
