Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja hyvin lähiaikoina uudistettu. Huone oli tilava ja kylpyhuone erittäin moderni ja siisti. Kylppärissä oli erillinen suihkukoppi. Kylppärin valaistus jätti hieman toivomisen varaa, ja kylpyhuoneen ovessa ei ollut minkäänlaista lukitsemismahdollisuutta. Palvelu oli oikein asiallista, ja lisätyynyjä saimme vastaanotosta pyytämällä. […] Huone siivottiin päivittäin. Aamupalakin oli hintaansa nähden suht' monipuolinen - siihen sisältyi muroja, kahvia ja muita lämpimiä juomia, jugurttia, croissantteja, leipää, leikkeleitä ja mehuja. Mehut olivat tosin hieman laimeanpuoleisia. Lähin metroasema oli parin korttelin päässä, ja muutaman linjan bussipysäkki oli aivan hotellin etuoven edessä. The hotel is very well maintain and modern. The metro station is within 5 min walking from the hotel. We never felt in danger walking feom the metro to the hotel but the surrending is kind of kreepy at night (ambulance siren, people welling in the street) but hey... This is a big Capital. What we didnot like was that the room was sooo tiny. There was […] no , I mean no drawer to put our clothes. The wardrobe had 4 hangers and was the smallest we had seen in our lives. We requested an Iron and Iron board if possible but they never bring it to us saying they did not know were it was located. Also, there was no way to phone the front desk from the room. We used the phone many times to call Canada with calling card but did not know the hotel was still charging a fee per minute for phone call. It was not whiten anywere. What a great hotel for a fantastic price. Had a top floor room with balcony, room was large and comfy and very clean. Had a fridge and safe and a small wardrobe. Telly programm 4 German channels, CNN, CNBC and BBC world and Portugese channels but movies in English are subtitled. Only minus are the very noisy pipes in the morning (around 8:30am).As mentioned […] by others, don't have the breaki in the hotel go to the small bakery 2min from hotel, had 5 small cakes and a coffee for €2.40! A great hotel in a nice quiet part of Lisbon about 10 minutes walk into central Lisbon. Great value for such a nice hotel

Stayed here in May 2011. Hotel very clean and comfortable. TV, radio and safe provided in room. Buffet breakfast has limited choice though ample for needs. Neighbourhood appeared to be safe and quiet. Location about 20 minutes steady walk to main tourist area. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay here again in the future.

As a budget hotel, this one shone compared to Ibis. No problems, free Wifi in room, frig in room, breakfast included in price.

This hotel has all you need for a short break. Good clean rooms and showers.and good access to the City. Even walkable for those who like to stroll about a city. This hotel is very clean, modern and new-feeling, and it truly deserves a rating of at least 3 stars. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the downtown area of Lisbon or a quick subway ride. The neighborhood it is in feels safe and is quiet, and we found a great restaurant and bakery that were just around the corner from the hotel. Stayed for 5 nights this past November with my girlfriend. Very impressed with the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of staff. Easy access to the bus (right outside the hotel) and just a quick walk to a main metro line that is just a couple of stops from the city center and all the attractions. Great value!

Hotel quite centrally situated and close to a metro station. Very Clean and better than a 2 star and excellent value for money, would recommend it to anyone. Staff also very helpful.

This was seriously the cleanest hotel and hotel room that I've ever encountered! It was sparkling. I felt like I was the first person who ever stayed in my room (I think the hotel is only about 6 months old). The surrounding neighborhood was very residential, which I enjoyed because I got to see a different and non-touristy part of Lisbon (I had stayed […] closer to downtown with friends for the previous nights of my stay). However, there isn't much in the way of food or entertainment. The walk to downtown was about 15 minutes (an easy walk down one main street). I walked back late at night by myself, and it was dark and quiet, although I felt relatively safe. Small but very pleasant hotel. Clearly recently renovated this hotel is an excellent choice if you want something small and inexpensive. It's a good 15 to 20 minute walk from the centre of Lisbon but a taxi would only set you back around 6 Euro's so you can walk or taxi - take your choice.

We were really happy with the hotel. couln't believe how nice it was for ony a 2 star rating. everything in the hotel was brand new, stylish and clean. bathroom in the room was small but nice and the room was nice, not too big or too small but just what we needed it to be. breakfast was nothing amazing but ok. location was ok but it is not in the centre […] of the main attractions so be prepared to do a bit if walking or use the tube system close by or use taxis, trams etc. All in all we were very happy with the hotel for the price and the star rating and we would recommned it to others. This hotel is extremely under-rated in its star ratings. It should be a 4 star hotel instead of the 2 star per this website. It was clean, well designed, not too far from the metro (around the corner) and a taxi to the airport only cost 7 Euros. I would definately recommend a stay at this hotel especially at these rates!!!!!

Vi bodde på Luxe Hotell under fyra nätter och tycker att hotellet i stort håller en god standard.Fräscha rum, rena badrum, AC och Tv. Rummen är dock inte speciellt rymliga, vi fick ett twin room som är ett av de större rummen på hotellet men detta var heller inte speciellt stort. Inte så bra frukost, vitt bröd, pålägg, yogurt och kaffe. Personalen bjuder […] inte på leenden i onödan men är inte otrevliga. 15 minuters promenad ner till de centrala delarna, 3 minuter till Metrostationen "Anjos". Das Hotel liegt in einem ganz normalen Wohngebiet, was ich immer sehr angenehm finde, und es sind zu Fuss nur 5 Minuten bis zur Metro. Das Zimmer war nicht gerade riesig, aber gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Bei geschlossenem Fenster sind keine Aussengeräusche zu hören; das ist sehr ok zumal Lüftung/Klimaanlage sehr gut funktionieren. Minibar […] war leer, Kühlschrank läuft aber und kann genutzt werden. Der Frühstücksraum ist eine dunkle Katakombe und das Frühstücksangebot nicht der Rede wert, ist aber im Süden durchaus üblich so. Kein Problem, denn es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe gute Pastelerias, wo man frühstücken kann und auch sollte. Hatte das Hotel extrem früh gebucht, so dass es sehr günstig war. Die Preisangabe im Hotelzimmer schien mir eher ein "Mondpreis" zu sein. Würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, wenn ich noch einmal nach Lissabon komme. Lisätietoja

Zimmer OK, ein wenig klein. Reinigung nicht sehr gründlich. Frühstücksraum sehr eng. Zwischen den Tischen fast kein Durchkommen. Auswahl beschränkt. Sehr unfreundliches Personal am Empfang. Bar ausgestattet mit 5 Flaschen Whisky und 1 Flasche Cognac. Andere Getränke nicht erhältlich. Hightlight: Grillrestaurant nebenan. Sehr zu empfehlen.

El hotel estaba muy limpio, el recepcionista hablaba Español e incluso nos indico que lineas de metro o tranvia teniamos que tomar para ir a distintos sitios. Recomiendo totalmente este hotel y más viendo como estaba casi todo en la ciudad...

The hotel's location is not the most central one but the metro station is just 5 minutes away, and its possible to walk to the city center in ca.20 min. Leider ist der Service und das Frühstück in diesem Hotel sehr schlecht. Auch um 13.00 Uhr war kein Zimmer fertig, mussten bis 14.00 Uhr warten. Es wurde aber nicht einmal versucht es irgendwie zu regeln. Putzfrau ist einmal zeitig in der Früh ohne anzuklopfen ins Zimmer gekommen, weil sie sich mit der Zimmernummer vertan hat.

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen ganz in Ordnung. Fruehstueck sehr mangelhaft und nach 3 Tagen ohne jegliche Abwechslung reicht es einem. Das schlimmste ist aber das Personal. Man wird an der Rezeption nie gegruesst und einfach ignoriert obwohl wirkllich nicht viel los ist und die Rezeption meist zu zweit besetzt war - unterhalten sie sich lieber miteinander. […] Sollte man eine Frage haben wird diese muerrisch und unzufriedenstellend beantwortet. Das Hotel Luxe eignet sich für eine Lissabon-Reise sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist exzellent. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber und stylish eingerichtet. Sie sind mit Fernseher, Radio, Kühlschrank, Safe und mit Bad und WC ausgestattet. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist zwar nicht die schönste, […] aber man ist trotzdem nah am Zentrum. Entweder in ca. 15 Min zu Fuß, oder mit der U-Bahn, die nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt in ca. 5 Min. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet nicht besonders viel Auswahl und zumindest im Erdgeschoß waren die Zimmer recht hellhörig. Noi siamo stati all'hotel luxe una settimana e devo dire che a parte i receptionists che non salutano quando gli passi davanti per il resto molto bene. La nostra camera era piccolina ma c'era tutto il necessario perfino un piccolo frigo dove abbiam potuto mettere le bibite;bagno piccolo ma nuovissimo e con tutto. La colazione classica come dappertutto […] quindi tranqui. L'hotel si trova a 15 minuti dal centro noi siamo sempre andati a piedi; ma per i più pigri la metro è comoda a 200 metri dall'hotel o potete prendere un taxi che non è caro. The only thing we found a little uncomfortable was the double bed - it was too soft for our taste, and was too narrow for two adults.

Hôtel propre, très bon accueil, pratique : 5 min aéroport en voiture, 10 min a pieds du centre ville, et 5 min de la ligne 28 du tram, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Attention, pas vraiment de restaurants aux alentours, mieux vaut manger dans le centre.
