Its take us about 1 hour and 10 minutes from KL. It is not difficult to find the resort, ( I meant for those who are the first timer ) which is located around LUKUT town vicinity. We were overwhelmed by the resort's beautiful landscapes especially a small pool in the room. My son likes it so much. Everything was fine until we were 'turn down' by the […] house keeping for an extra toilet amenities that we want. The sets provided was limited. The answer was given was " we cannot give you extra toilet sets this is the hotel policy" so the arguments continue until it was "rescue" by the Duty Manager. He came into the scene and apparently honored my requests. The question is:- Why do we have to go for that kind of hurdles?. Most hotel that I stayed have no problems giving an extra toilet amenities. The worst is my wife had a bad diarrhea after our dinner at the resort restaurant and the next day we were charged RM38/ hour for late check out at 3.00pm. What can I say more...... Lisätietoja
