Our reservation was perfect. The flat was probably 50 m2 with large living room and kitchen. Tidy bedroom and bathroom. We visited on November so it was cold, but apart from that it was perfect.

Todella siisti ja tyylikäs huoneistohotelli. Täysin varustellulla keittiöllä (jääkaappi, pakastin, tiskikone, pyykinpesukone).Aivan vieressä kauppa, joten helppoa jos haluaa itse tehdä esim. aamupalaa. Valtavat ikkunat, joten ihanan valoisaa. Meidän huoneistossamme oli 2 makuuhuonetta (parisänky, 2 erillistä vuodetta) ja nähtävästi sohvasta olisi saannut […] vuodesohvan, joten sopii hyvin perheelle tai isommallekin porukalle. Lisäksi 2 kylpyhuonetta. Ainoa miinuksena lämpimän veden puute, joka tosin tuntuu Englannissa olevan sääntö kun poikkeus. Todella positiivinen kokemus. Hyvätasoinen huoneistohotelli lähellä keskustaa. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde ainakin viikolla.

Asiallinen hotelli lähellä Piccadillyn aluetta - vain muutaman minuutin kävely hyvin viitoitettuja reittejä pitkin. Alue on aika ankean oloista, mutta vai kivenheiton päässä keskustasta. Vanhaan (teollisuus)rakennukseen saneerattuja todella tilavia (joskin hieman sokkeloisia) huoneistoja. Hyvä varustelutaso: täydellinen keittiövarustus, taulu-TV laajalla […] kanavavalikoimalla, mukavat sängyt. Huoneistojen yleisessä siisteydessä hieman toivomisen varaa (osa astioista likaisia, muruja lattioilla) mutta yleiskuva jäi positiivisen puolelle. Hotellin vieressä Aldi-laatikkomyymälä (siwantapainen) ja saneerattava rakennus joiden tavaraliikenteestä koitui ajoittain aamulla melua, mutta haitta ei ollut manittava. Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. The staff was very nice (spoke to 4 different receptionist), which was a bit of a surprise after reading the previous reviews. They even offered to lend us umberellas when it was raining outside. Very nice and tidy apartments, I would definitely recommend.

Uusi huoneistohotelli, jossa tilavat ja siistit huoneistot. Hyvä keittiövarustus. Silitysrauta ja pesukonekin löytyvät. Kadun toisella puolella hyvä supermarket. Hotellilla oma ruokalista josta voi myös tilata ruokaa. Rautatieasema Piccadilly Station aivan lähettyvillä, pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Keskustaan n. 10-15 minuuttia kävellen. Kartan saa vastaanotosta. Alle […] viikon pituisessa majoituksessa huoneiston siivous ei kuulunut hintaan. Roskat sai kuitenkin jättää oven ulkopuolelle, josta ne haettiin. The hotel/Aparthotel was huge. I was disappointed about being on the ground floor, but other than that it was very good. I would have appreciated the presence of UHT milk with the sachets of coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, kettle and fridge - could have happily fit four people in the room - which at the rate I paid a […] night would have been well cheap! only one bedroom and one bed,said can accomodate 3person. location is not ideal

I went with my boyfriend. The surrounding buildings didn't look safe. The hotel was nice but the cleanliness of the towels and beddings was not great. I found stains on the sheets. Also beware of noise at night. Couldn't sleep till 3/4am!!!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment.The price is reasonable and the room is very spacious with complete facilities and equipment. Location is convenient which is within 10 mins walk to Arndale.The only defect is the boiler, it takes time to boil for hot water supply in the room.

Central location for shopping. A bit noisy during the night. Apartments are well equipped and clean and tidy.

We used the apartments for a stag group and there seemed to be a lot of hen / stag parties staying there also. Rooms are clean and spacious... just be sure not to make to much noise in the evening/night as they security guards patrolling!

the apartnent was exactly what we hoped for, clean,modern and perfect for us and are two little ones. We stayed the night before the Peppa pig show and chose the apartment for the good price and we liked the idea of having our own little place for the night. We will definitely stay again with the girls or with friends

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel , staff were friendly and the apartment was modern and clean , I would definitely stay here again . It is short walk into the city centre , you might want to get a taxi on the evening , but apart from that done have anything negative to say! Good central location close to station and easy to walk to shops. Appartment spacious Carpark complicated -swallows your car and can't access it until you want to leave

We stay in Manchester quite a lot and have always found the apartments and hotels brilliant this one is not. It on the edge of a retail / industrial park it has no facilities apart from a vending machine. We asked for a high floor apartment because of noise got a low floor one they swapped it to a different one which had foul drains the lights in the […] living area didn't work and the wooden floor in the hall was coming up there was a load more but too many to mention We slept there because we had just come of a long flight and it was 3 am The house manager came next day smelt the drains couldnt get the lights to work and said they were having problems with the floors so moved us again to another apartment below which is just about acceptable but certainly nothing special. Upon seeing the hotel and then the room i decided to check straight back out. Id rather have lost my money than stay there. The room smelt of food and was sub standard. The checkout area was dirty and to top it off, while i was checking in my car window got smashed in costing me £400 to replace. Reasonably priced. Apt was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights with 3 persons occupancy. The living room had a sofa bed and a door that seperates it from the bathroom n the other room. One thing i would advice is to park your car right behind the apt for only £8/24 hr. got a parking ticket while lugging my stuff on the first night.

I found the laystall apt in manchester very comfortable the staff where very helpfull and friendly and the building was very close to the shopping center

We have stayed here a few times now, and never have anything to complain about!

Laystall apartments were nice apartments but let down a little by location surrounded by main A6 and car parks disused buildings which I was not so comfortable walking around after eating out in the evening. A great bonus were the friendly staff happy to share there local knowledge. Room was not particularly clean other peoples hair on bedroom floor […] and empty sweet packets under bed also fridge was dirty inside with old crumbs and where previous people has spilt something inside so not so keen to put food in it. The apartments are modern, really well equipped, comfortable and attractive looking. Right in the city centre - we walked to the Arndale shopping centre in 5 minutes and managed to get takeaway delivered to the apartment for dinner. There is a variety of parking options immediately outside. We felt the apartment was great value for money. Our only criticism […] would be the noise levels - the hotel seems to attract stag/hen parties and sports teams who return noisily and drunk and chat in the corridors late at night, which did disturb us a little as the soundproofing wasn't brilliant. Exelent!!!

We spent 4 nights at the Stay Manchester - the apt was fantastic, and fully equipped. We were able to cook meals, do laundry and relax much more than you can in a regular hotel room. The staff were great, friendly, helpful and responsive to our every request. I'll look for this hotel chain in other cities whenever possible.

Enjoyed our stay last week - had a balcony this time, which was a bonus with the hot weather. Rooms were nice and clean ....hope to stay again soon.

If you are travelling to Manchester Picadilly Station when coming into Manchester, then this place is within a few minutes walk (which proved a god-send after a busy weekend) Only a few hundred yards from the Main shopping street, and the Arndale Centre. We stayed here because of a concert at old Trafford. The location was perfect. A few minutes walk to picadilly station for trains and trams. Direct tram link which was perfect. Lovely apartment, excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Thank you.

On first sight the apartments looked lovely; they all overlooked a courtyard. But this seemed to enhance the noise factor throughout the night, where people would stand outside talking to each other - they sounded as if they were in your room with you. Not ideal when you have children with you - but probably ok if you're out clubbing. Cleanliness wasn't […] great - I had to buy some wash up sponges so that I could clean the cooker which was thick with grease, and crumbs off the fishfingers from previous occupants. This was mentioned to man on the desk, who didn't comment or suggest to send anyone to clean. Location not brill, but probably reflected in the price. We had to walk to station before could get on public transport - would recommend the free shuttle bus that runs round the city. Only other complaint was that only provided with one tablet for dish washer, and we were staying three days and only enough plates for one meal. So not a problem to wash up in the sink, I do it at home! but in apartment was no plug for sink, so a bit difficult. Wouldn't stay there again due to noise and location. Lisätietoja

Perfect location for a weekend stay. Within walking distance of the city center (Deansgate & St. Anne's Square) and also very convenient to Picadilly train/bus station and Picadilly Gardens for all coach transfers. The apartments were a little noisy on the Saturday night, therefore I would not recommend this location for young children at weekends. […] All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful which contributed nicely to our great weekend away. Appartment was fine, no complaints, clean and comfortable. Surrounding area not great, someone tried to get into our flat @ 4 am. Security lights kept me awake all night.

Stayed for one night with friends to watch a match at Eastlands. Excellent location for this being only a 20 minute walk and also only a mile from the city centre. Used the apartment car park which at £12 per night isn't cheap but it was innovative with the cars being lowered into the ground and then automatically moved into a space hidden and secure. […] You are given a tab which will bring your car back to the surface at any time you require. The staff at the hotel were efficient but with Eastern Europe charm. The apartment was fairly clean but beds had not been arranged to my specification, other facilities in the room were good but there were no other little touches that you get at other apartment hotels in Manchester, such as breakfast cereals, bread, milk. very happy with experience. Staff very friendly. location very central , only 5 mins from picadily station. A little disappoionted that there was no bar or restaurant since it was found under "hotel" .

The apartment is clean & comfortable. Nice kitchen with full facilities. Near(walking distance) to city centre. I will be back again in July 2011 to continue my tour to the northern part.

Thought the Laystall apartment was great! Close to shops and lots of parking spaces. Would defo stay again. Thanx Linda.

Fantastic value serviced flat, 5 mins walk from Piccadilly train station and the heart of the City Centre. Opposite Best Buy and Toys R Us on Great Ancoats. Area a little shabby around the building, but the apartment block is brand new and everything was clean and tidy.
