Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 18, 2013Todella loistavalla paikalla oleva hotelli nähtävyyksiä ajatellen ja loistava palvelu ja ennen kaikkea kielitaitoinen. Pikku miinus tulee aamiaisen puutteesta ja ilmastointilaitteen puuttumisesta mutta se tuli korvattua läheisillä pikkuravintoloilla ja ikkunat auki niin saa ristivedon. Yleisellä tasolla ja laajakatseisesti todella loistava ja suosittelen kaikille jotka sinne päin on menossa.

Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu loka 1, 2012The reception staff were really friendly and spoke english well enough for me to arrange changes for my reservation. The location is very good at the end of a very beautiful (when not too filled with trash) cobblestone road Londres. The apartment was well furnished and equiped with all the basic kitchen necesities. The cleaning lady came at irregular times, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening. She didn't speak any english but was friendly enough and with the very few spanish words i know i managed to tell her if the room needed cleaning or not. The carpet would have needed some vacuuming instead of swiping. The Wi-Fi was suddenly removed from the room without any notice but i managed to get it back. But all these are minor complaints... I can warmly recommend this for anyone wishing to have a good and functional base for vacation in Santiago. If the price doesn't scare you away.

Henkilökunta sydämmellisen ystävällistä, vaikka heidän englanninkielentaitonsa on heikko, kuten kaikkialla eteläisessä Etelä-Amerikassa, mutta kaikki asiat sujuu hyvin ja tarpeen vaatiessa he soittavat tulkille. Hotellin alakerrassa valtavan iso supermarket, josta voi hankkia kätevästi aamiaistarvikkeet tai jos haluaa valmistaa ateriansa huoneistossa, niin kaikki ruokatarvikkeet, koska huoneistoissa on myös kaasuhella, vedenkeitin ja mikroaaltouuni. "Good for the promotional price"
The only inconvenient was that it was described as a hotel but it is, indeed, a Flat (Apart Hotel). No reception or lobby. Breakfast, which is included, is left in the room every evening. The room I stayed in had a fully stocked kitchen (even including a wine cabinet), living room (though rather spartan), and bedroom with master bath, plus a balcony. A large supermarket that met my America standards for quality and cleanliness is located right across the plaza. A subway and bus hub are located 2 blocks away, making it easy to take full […] advantage of inexpensive transportation options. This is also a very safe neighborhood, with many young professionals running in the evening. Avoid the breakfast option, which consists of bread, processed jams, and cereal brought to your room the day before. Easier and better to get fresh bread at the mini-market within the building. Personal mail boxes are available for long-term visitors. Pool is tiny and requires use of a bathing cap, available at the front desk, which I think is a little gross. "It's not exactly a hotel"
I searched for a hotel for an overnight stay for a connecting flight. Te hotel looked attractive on the description but on arrival it is not a hotel. It is an apartment renting. "Interesting concept, not well executed."
This is not a traditional hotel. It is a Studio/1 bedroom furnished apartment with a view of the city. That is where the niceness of the concept ends. Here are the cons: 1. The Hotels.com ad said Buffet Breakfast, but all I got was a choice of 2 cereals, 2 slices of bread, glass of orange juice and a glass of milk each morning. This was dropped off […] in the afternoon the day prior. 2. Was in the hotel for 6 nights and the towels were changed twice after I complained 3 times and the room was vacuumed once after I complained 3 times. 3. No room service. "Not even a hotel"
The hotel actually is not a hotel , but an apart hotel. You must go to a small room in the second floor to check-in and they have no idea of what they are doing. "Great apartment hotel"
This is my first time staying in an apartment hotel and I was very pleased. The rooms were gorgeous, with expensive and classy furniture. Great view of the surrounding area. There was a breakfast of fruit, toast, and cereal left in the room with milk and orange juice in the fridge, which is restocked daily. There is an entire kitchen with microwave, […] oven, stove-top, toaster, and lots of extra room in the fridge. Never had a problem with the complimentary wireless internet. However, anyone booking this hotel should realize this is a small-time business and will not have all the amenities that one would expect from a large hotel. There is no hotel staff on site from about 10pm-8am, so if you're looking to check in late or check out early, you will want to notify them ahead of time and arrange something. The receptionists did not all know English and there was only 1 available at a time. It is also tough to locate this hotel since it is in an unlabeled apartment building. None of the taxis know where it is, so you'll need to have the address ready. Security at the apartment will also want to know why you're there, and don't speak English. All I had to do was tell them the hotel name and they let me in. Once I was inside I had to wait about 5 minutes for my receptionist to greet me with my booking materials. I only have a few minor complaints about the hotel. The maid was overly persistent in wanting to clean my room, when all I wanted was some privacy. I was not supplied with a do-not-disturb sign, and she didn't understand English so I couldn't get her to leave me alone. She would also knock only about 3 seconds before opening my door. After I complained, I was not bothered anymore. Business travelers should be aware that there is no desk, so it can be rather uncomfortable to do work. For some reason the water takes a very long time to warm up. Despite these issues, I was very impressed with the hotel for the price I was given. "Great place for longer stay, not for a 1 nighter"
perhaps my mistake but, it is not a hotel. it is an "apart hotel" VERY NICE, small, one bedroom apartment. about 100 meters from the Metro/Subway station. very convenient for transportation. arriving by taxi a little ticky to get off but OK. Breakfast was left for me to prepare toasts, some fruit on the counter, a glass of juice in the fridge, etc. […] Instant coffee and creamers to get you going in the morning. I would say great to spent a few days; you can order food in, bring some in and warm it up or cook somethin if you want to go that lenght. No coffee shop or restaurant that I found in the building (I didn't look very hard). At the metro station there are a number of local coffee shops and fast food places. No es un hotel tradicional, ya que es un hotel que ocupa muchos departamentos de un edificio muy lindo, tiene una muy linda y comoda piscina temperada, una terraza para tomar sol y una pequeña piscina al aire libre. Los departamentos muy lindos y comodos, con una cocina completamente condicionada. O Hotel no geral é bom, mas não tem recepção. Existe apenas um apartamento no prédio que funciona como recepção. Parece ser algo comum nos hoteis em Santiago. Contratei internet sem fio no quarto, mas só funcionou no último dia, apesar de eu ter reclamado todos os dias. This hotel really needs to have clear Monarca identity on the outside of building and ideally a small but visible reception area on the ground floor separate from the building concierge desk. A Monarca representative can then give a more personalised check-in service briefing hotel guests on how the aparthotel system operates. My sole complaint other […] than the above comments was a problem with the telephone system even for making simple local calls and absence of an Internet service in the building.
