Siisti hotelli, jossa hyvä palvelu. UIma-allas ja sauna olivat iso plussa. Skybarissa huono palvelu, mutta puitteilaan viihtyisä. Kauppakeskus lähellä ja keskustakin kävelymatkan päässä. Hyvä hotelli valinta!

Plussaa hotellille tuovat mukavan kokoinen uima-allas saunoineen, ilmainen bussiyhteys hotellilta Tivoliin. Toimii mainiosti ja säästää kävelyltä keskustaan. Uudehko hotelli täyttää hyvä hinta - laatusuhde. Shuttle bussi kulkee hotellista kaupungin kautta Nyhaveniin. Tivoliin pieni leppoisa kävelymatka. - Vireisestä junaradasta ei ole minkäänlaista häiriötä ja hotellin läheisyydessä sijaitsee iso kauppakeskus, jos myös elokuvakeskus.

Valittiin tämä hotelli koska se oli suht edullinen, hyvä sijainti, 4 tähteä ja melkein uusi. Aamiainen ei kuulunut hintaan ja oli todella kallis, mutta hyvä ja monipuolinen. Huone oli pieni, mutta kahdelle hengelle riittävä. Äänieristys hyvä, edes ohiajavan paloauton ääni ei kantanut sisään. Ainoa pikku miinus tulee oudosta oksennuksen hajusta, joka […] hetkittäin osui nenään. Ei saatu paikallistettua, ei se tainnut sängystä tulla. Laitettiin ilmastointi kiinni ja haju katosi. Ylimmän kerroksen sushi-ravintolasta oli upeat näkymät yli kaupungin. Alakerrassa oli huonehintaan kuuluva kuntosali, jossa oli uudet laitteet ja pieni uima-allas. Sali jäi pitkän kaupunkikävelyn jälkeen kylläkin testaamatta. Hotellilta on ilmainen pikkubussikyyti keskustaan, kysy respasta. Myös pyöriä olisi voinut vuokrata/lainata, kävelylenkin aikana huomattiin että niin olisi kannattanut tehdä. Kööpenhaminassa on erinomaiset pyörätiet jopa keskustassa. Hyvä reissu, hyvä hotelli. Kiva ja viihtyisä hotelli. Ainoana miinuksena aamiaisen todella kallis hinta!

Olimme heinäkuussa 2010 Kööpenhaminassa hotelli Tivolissa. Matkaseurueemme oli kaksi aikuista ja kaksi lasta. Huoneen kuvaus oli, että tilava huone neljälle. Todellisuudessa huone oli niin pieni että ranskalaisenparvekkeen ovi ei mahtunut aukeamaan koska toinen sänky oli sen edessä. Käytännössä huone oli pelkkää sänkyä. Yksi valintakriteereistä oli […] uima-allas koska lapset pitävät uimisesta paljon. Uima-allas ei ollut valmis. Huoneet olivat myös kesken. Piha oli rakennustyömaa lippusiimoineen. Viimeisenä iltana vesi loppui, onneksi aamulla taas vesi virtasi. Henkilökuntaa oli ilmeisesti liian vähän koska siivous takkuili ja ravintolassa sai odottaa juomia vaikka se oli tyhjä! It was quite a problem for us to check in - a very long line queue, only 2 receptionists. Then we got a twin room istead of a double room. The receptionist said that it was our fault and we had booked a twin room. We had a laptop with us and checked our reservation from hotels.com - it was a double room we had booked. We got a double room, but no excuses […] for inconveniences. It was a very long waiting time for the elevator. The hotel is located right at the railway, so it is not such a lovely view from the window. Though it wasn't noisy - good isolation. The worst thing was the bathroom: glass door without any lock. No much privacy. The shower wasn't ok either - all water was on the floor. Positive things- the hotel was very fresh, you get free tickets to Tivoli entrée, it was a free shuttle to the Tivoli (takes 15 min. to go). Lisätietoja

Just as excitingly chaotic and full of surprises. Unfortunately all bad (except for the "Sticks 'n Sushi" restaurant).

Nice room and ok service. Breakfast was very expensive. It was cheaper and even better in town. Remember to get breakfast included in the room if yo want to have it at the hotel.

The theme of the hotel is somewhat childish which is OK given the name of the hotel "Tivoli". Easy check out. The response of the hotel to an issue I had was a perfect example how they need to improve in customer services.

Excellent and nice swimming pool Staff very helpful

The room and facilities are great and the room price absolutely fair. That, however, doesn't go for the breakfast - double price compared to similar standards.

Location! Parking! Food! Soemtimes waiting time at check in.

this is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and again it did nt dissapoint traveling with children the swimming pool is a definate bonus for entertaining on cold times of day The staff are very helpful and nothing is to much trouble

I am still here - three weeks now! On more than one occasion the front desk just did not answer their telephones. It was quicker to walk downstairs. Lighting in room was so poor that I was unable to work at desk. Room cleaning was just fair - housekeeping would never replace ameneties in room. Food was overpriced and horrible. I ordered a vegetarian […] lasagna in restaurant that was horrible and had potatoe chips on top of it in addition to no cheese., Chef should be called on that one. Called for room service asked for tap water and was told that I had a tap in room for water. Lots pof other nearby hotels that my associates tell me are superior to this place. Nice hotel, but unless the Tivoli Gardens are open and allows for a stroll through there to get to the city centre, the Hotel is placed rather inconveniently for tourists. Staying there for business is perfect: good business center, plenty of parking etc.

I was very excited about staying at the Tivoli Hotel, but found many things about it disappointing. Mainly it was extremely expensive - more so than expected when I booked the hotel. They charged me twice for 1 breakfast (which I thought was included when I booked the hotel); and overall I felt on pins and needles during my stay trying not to incur […] additional charges. The hotel is okay . Location is not too good but it has a free shuttle bus to different tourist attraction. It has free breakfast included in the stay so it is convenient. The hotel is clean and it has area for children to play so if travel with children , this hotel is not bad at all. It also includes free admission to Tivoli Garden. By American standards the average room is a little small. However the room is clean and well appointed. Room comes with entrance to Tivoli Gardens. This is a real plus.

Very nice modern hotel. Our room had a tub and shower. The shuttle bus is very convient and takes your to all of the city highlights. This is a real plus. The free ticket to Tivoli Gardens was also nice.

Don't expect bags of character - this modern hotel is comfortable, convenient, friendly but located in a banking district with a view of railway tracks at the back. Having said that, our room was colourful and comfortable (if a bit on the small side for a superior room), staff friendly, and the free bus to the station (otherwise 15 min walk) very convenient. […] The alternative walk into historic Copenhagen along the waterfront on a sunny day is longer but very pleasant with a couple of cafés en route. We were tired on the first night and ate in. I had low expectations of a conference hotel restaurant but the 12th floor sushi place was terrific. The property is accross the tracks and down the road from anything. 1 busload of businessmen can lock up the front desk for a half hour. Romance package is a waste of money, 1 night 1 bottle,or three 3 nights 1 bottle, same surcharge per night. The same with admission to Tivoli Gardens. Hotel taxes in Copenhagen are outrageous, The shuttle, is a city […] bus, and you walk accross the street to catch it ... most of the time in late may it is raining, with no cover, and cold This city bus seats ten if it is full, it will not stop. New hotel - staff were very efficient and friendly. I felt that the hotel wished to attract more of the business market with the attached conference centre so the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was really appreciated.

Close to central station and the bus to and from the central station is free. Close to downtown and Tivoli Gardens. Restaurants in the hotel are very expensive and there are no other choices outside the hotel.

I stayed at the Trivoli Hotel,Copenhagen when I was invited to attend the ESPU conference.When I checked in I found the hotel and the Congress Center so integrated that I felt excited.The reception was great,the room was refreshingly clean.Very soon I was surprised to find someone cleaning the spotless shining doors of all the rooms.The conference center […] was excellent and the food served there was very good. nice looking place but to much construction going on (august -10), rooms really nice, front-desk staff not very good in English and not very helpful/friendly! if you try to be a posh place take care of your costumers!

Easy to find htel - no problems

I wish that I could give this a glowing review because we were very excited about having a new, non-smoking hotel on our journey. There was construction everywhere, fresh paint on the walls, and the SkyBar was closed. I do not think that I should have to pay the prices that I did when half of the amenities that were advertised were not included or ready. We […] were told that this hotel was "around the corner" from the train station--lie! It was at least 5 blocks, through construction zones and cobble stone streets. If we would have known this, we wouldn't have taken our luggage and hauled it through the streets; it was exhausting. Stayed at the hotel with my two ten-year old daughters. One evening we wanted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. It way Mayhem! Three waiters trying to wait on what seemed to be approx. 100 guests already seated with another 50 guests standing in line. We gave up after queing for 20 min.s when the head waitress said: "We can give you a table but […] we can't guarantee that you get your food until 1 1/2 hours from now....". Is it really so difficult to figure out the "staff by guest" ratio in a restaurant....? I had to take a taxi to the center of town to have my kids fed and they were only put to bed at 11 pm. which was in no way ideal.... So much for the Family Restaurant at the Tivoli Hotel. This hotel is beautiful and brand new. The location was not as close to all the main attractions as it sounded and it was difficult to walk through because everything is under construction. Stayed 2 nights, beautiful new hotel which is within walking distance to all the city sights. They have a free shuttle to the central station if you want to take the train to and from the airport or a bus around or out of the city. Across form the staion is the Trivoli gardens amusement park, full of rides, restaurants, and shows. Tourist info center […] is across the street from the gardens,and the Hardrock Cafe is nex to the gardens and had 2for 1 happy hour. We got a city map from the hotel and was able to walk to all the listed attrations. Our room overlooked a part of the harbour and the city,through floor to ceiling windows with a glass door that opens for fresh air,no balcony.The room also had a large flat screen tv and comfortable bedding. This hotel just opened, 10 days ago, and is in no way ready. When rooms not really completed, construction people working everywhere and the staff still trying to find our how to handle things the stay was a bit caotic. First we had to wait quite long as our romms was not ready and we finally got an other room. The construction of the room was not really […] completed, paint, etc, but that was not a amjor issue. Despite this room should have been ready after all the checking by front staff, we found out at night, upon our return from Tivoli, that the pull out bed did not have any sheete or blankets. Helt ok, men litt langt unna Rådhusplassen og Strøket.. Skyttelbussen ble litt tungvindt å bruke og måtte vise nøkkelkortet og tivolibill.

Flott hotell med flotte rom. Nytt og rent og pent. Ligger litt "off" i forhold til sentrum, men ikke noe problem å spankulere de 15 minuttene til byen for litt mer "liv". Frukost ingick inte i priset, kostade 590 dkr för två vuxna o två barn. Läget kändes avlägset och inte trevligt, det gick dock att gå till Tivoli, 15-20 min. Mycket folk = kaos i receptionen. Litet rum med en dålig extrasäng. Bra att det fanns en pool.

Dejligt hotel, fin betjening og fornuftig pris i forhold til kvalitet.

コペンハーゲン空港で購入したCopenhagen Cardはチボリの入場用に使用不可と二人のホテルスタッフに言われました。 実際はもちろん使えました。 「Tivoli」の名前を冠したホテルのスタッフなのにそんな事実も知らずに、しかも確認しようともせず、間違った情報に対して謝ることもできないフロントスタッフたちでした。
