Bearlin City Apartment Olivaerplatz - Berliini

The room was nice and clean. The view wasn't that beautiful but it did not bother us. The location of the apparment was convinient, though the area is pretty expensive when it comes to food example.

A comfortable apartment with good access to Berlin. The location of the apartment was initially hard to find since I was unfamiliar with Berlin street layout. It was a secure location and met all my needs. Thank you.

Nice and simple self-catering apartment in a very picturesque part of Berlin. Kitchen has the main utensils and there are a few bakeries around the corner for Sunday breakfast (supermarkets closed on Sundays). No a bad place for an apartment; kitchen was rudimentary, but ok. Likewise, bathroom rudimentary but ok. You need to pay cash when you move in, so be aware of that. U-Bahn and bus lines very close. pretty convenient & ok to get to down-town by public transportation (top: buy a Berlin welcome card at the airport -- unlimited public transportation for […] a set number of days ). The whole experience was not very good before you arrive ,the owners send an E-mail advising you to call them 10 minutes before you arrive at the entrance to the appartment ,I e-mailed them back to ask if I could just drop off my bag as I had to go to an appointment the day I arrived and knew i would not be back until late in the evening i telephone […] them as requested I then I then had to call them again 20 minutes after I arrived ,to check when they were as no one had turned up was a very hot day where there was no shade I was then shown into a different building where the appartment was , you have to climb steep stairs as it is between floors from a very small lift , I then had to go through a walkway to another part of the building ,and then another set of stairs ,because I had arrived early , the room was not yet cleaned ,so I did not really look at the room when I arrived back late in the evening , the stairways was very dark ,and in the room the curtains part was hanging off ,so i could not close the curtains fully ,the TV there was no international channels and the reception was very bad anyway , so on most of the channels the picture was bad of all the hotels in Berlin that I have stayed in I am sorry to say ,this was very poor the only good part is the hotel/appartment is near the Metro and very near the main shopping street with lots of restaurants Lisätietoja

This small studio apartment was very inexpensive and provided all the basics. It is close to a few metro stations as well as much-needed grocery stores. Various cafes and bars all around the area make it easy to hang out in the area if you wanted to stay local. Spacious enough for 2. Bad points included; a busted shower-head that was barely attached […] to the wall, and the kitchen - as well as bathroom - were very tight. Beware that the street noise from all the bars and restaurants and traffic can get pretty loud at night. The elevator is also very tiny! NO INTERNET!!! Did not read this in the fine print, but there is NO INTERNET! If you walk across the street though, Starbucks has free Wi-Fi, and if you are really tight on cash, go after they close and just sit outside of it - it will still be available. Lisätietoja

it was very comfortable close to all amenties and in the heart of best shopping area in westren berline very convenient , more freedom to make your own coffee and tea any time .i do recommded for the family ,close to metro, classy department stores and fassion botiques are very close to shopping

Super lille lejlighed med en prefekt beliggenhed. Lejligheden var super og der var alt hvad man behøvede. Indkøds muligheder lige om hjørnet. En fantastisk service da vi ankom. Vi vender tilbage;-)

Det var bestemt ikke som billederne, men vi var meget possitive . Der var fint og hyggeligt. Alt var fra Ikea , lyst og venligt. Det vigtigste var den lille franske altan. Der var ikkse så langt til receptionen 4 huse væk,men føltes lidt langt fra.

No tiene recepcion, hay que llamar a un telefono para que te lleven la llave. Servicio de baja calidad o nulo y gente no muy amigable. Nos cobraron al llegar una tasa de "limpieza" del departamento que nunca nos habian informado durante y posteriormente a la reserva. Esto lo considero una burla ya que es un sobre precio no informado en la tarifa y poder […] compararlo con las otras alternativas. No aceptan tarjetas de credito, detalle que tampoco se nos habia informado. No hay internet ni television con canales internacionales, solo canales alemanes. Lo rescatable es la buena ubicacion. English: Unfriendly people. No reception, no internet, no international TV channels. Credit cards not accepted. They charge you a cleaning fee which was not informed during the reservation. Vi ventede 1½ time på nøglen. Beliggenhed i top. Kan man leve med kontant betaling, når man ankommer, lunkent vand i hanerne og vand på køkkengulvet fra køleskabet, så er det et rart sted. Vi havde aviser med, som klarede køkkengulvet. Men vil ikke bo der igen. Vi sætter pris på varmt vand.
