SpringHill Suites Houston NASA/Seabrook - Seabrook

We had a volleyball tournament that day in Dickenson and we didn't want to drive home so late so we planned to stay in Kemah and enjoy it the next day. The room was very nice... the girls were really impressed. It was very modern and clean. I will stay here again.

Had problems finding it as our GPS seemed to think it was in the middle of a junction outside the Hilton, and my Father in Law who was getting there by taxi had his driver get lost twice! But once we found it we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel entrance seemed stark and cold but was spotlessly clean and functional. Although the entrance looked minimalist, […] it actually had everything you could need, including a PC for internet with an printer - useful for those boarding passes! The room was brilliant! For what we paid, it was large, modern, clean, great shower / batth, and wonderfully comfortable beds, (so much so that we were pulling the covers off to find the matress manufacturer!). Pool area was nice, and there is a nice seating area with running-water feature just outside the breakfast bar. Location wise, its only a short drive to NASA, and a shorther drive to the lovely Kemah Boardwalk area, home of Joe's Crab Shack, (a must visit experience for the jar of Margarita if nothing else). To sum up I would recommend the SpringHill Suites, Seabrook to anyone. (If you're coming south on I-45, don't be fooled, there is another SpringHill Suites as you turn off for NASA-1!) Lisätietoja

Perfect for our family stay. Two double beds plus a fold out couch. The only drawback was that the beds were too soft. It was perfect for our family.

We were very pleased with our hotel room! It was clean and very spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We were only a 5 minute drive from the Boardwalk at Kemah. Great location and great price compared to the ones located at the Boardwalk.

My Wife, kids and I stayed here on Spring Break last week and had an over all great experience. The Hotel room was clean and spacious enough to fit 2 adults with 3 children comfortably. They serve a great complimentary hot breakfast that even my picky children enjoyed everyday we were there. The hotel is very close to the Kemah boardwalk and an easy […] drive to Galveston. The only complaint we had was with the front desk help. They were not very knowledgeable and showed little to no concern about our stay at the hotel, in fact the first day we arrived, we got to the Hotel a couple of hours early and after reading reviews we were confident that an early check in may be possible (which may have been the case) but the girl at the front desk would not even look up my reservation to check if our room was available, she just told me to check back later. After waiting for over an hour I pleaded with her to look again under my actual name and of course the room was ready and we could have avoided the whole annoyance if she had shown just a little compassion and common courtesy to the hotel guests. I had called ahead to make sure an early check-in at noon was ok. I actually arrived at 11am, but this wasn't a problem. The only issue I had was the confirmation number from hotels.com didn't work. I gave the clerk my phone with the e-mail and it still was wrong. But she was polite and looked up my name and no issues from there. Love the Hotel...Very modern. Great breakfast. Very clean and very convenient to NASA. And the best is that they have Chupa-Chups (loly-pops imported from Europe). !!!

I stayed for New Years Eve. It was surprisingly much closer to the party that we were headed to right off the Boardwalk. The only thing is that it is a bit hidden. (which can be a good or bad thing.) Just pay attention to the G-maps instructions and keep your eyes open. Rooms were clean, and had an interesting lay out. I liked it and recommend it.

Very nice and roomy hotel

The hotel had a beautiful modern look to it. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem I did not like was the shower! It was located at the top of the ceiling and I was unable to have a relaxing shower without drowning. Outside of that it was a very lovely stay. We liked the different decor. Most hotels are just a stamped version of the same - some better & some worse. This hotel stood out - positively. It was close to our destination, the Kema Boardwalk, but far enough away to be much more reasonably priced.

This was a great choice for our stay. We wanted to be close to the Houston Space Center and the Kemah Boardwalk. It was just minutes away from both. AC was not adequate, Bed and mattress mismatched, Mattress too soft, pillows lousy, shower leaked onto floor. Total disappointment

Its almost new and is nice and clean. I would stay again. Just a note, there was a good size group at the breakfast buffet (included) and they ran out of sausage and eggs.

We stayed at a SpringHill Suites once previously and loved the style. It's really pretty and updated. Here are the concerns we had: We found a previous guest's medication (pill) on the floor in our room. It was obvious and I don't know how housekeeping didn't see it. Our room didn't have a bathtub, but our in-laws' room did. With 2 young kids, ages […] 4 and 7, a bathtub is pretty essential, and they need to take that into consideration when making room assignments. The towel hook was missing from the wall in the shower part of the bathroom. The anchor was there for it, but not the hook. Seems like they could have very quickly installed a new one before assigning that room out. There was NO other place to hang towels. There was some pretty nasty looking dried up substance on the headboards in our room. Didn't notice it until our second night. Talk about disgusting. Lastly, there is a breakfast buffet that would be really nice, IF there was some sort of organization to it. It was total chaos in there. No one knew if there were certain lines for certain items. There is a make your own waffle station that was holding everything up. They really need to re-think that whole situation. We didn't even bother with the breakfast on our second morning. It wasn't worth it. Overall, the stay was decent. This seems like a lot of complaints, and I guess maybe it is, but it really is pretty simple stuff that should be easily taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay here, even though it was for just one night. I was very impressed by the look of the hotel. It was very clean and modern and I just loved my king suite! Also loved that it was so close to Kemah Boardwalk.

ROOMS ARE CLEAN, REALLY NICE FOR THE PRICE, GOOD LOCATION.STAFF NICE AND PROMT

New, very nice. Does not face street so could be easy to miss if not paying attention to signs. The elevator was out of order upon arrival at 6:00 pm, but was fixed by 10:00 pm after returning from dinner out.

The room was absolutely fantastic. Close enough to the Kema Boardwalk for me. Easy to enter and exit from Nasa 1. We will be back.

A very nice place with specious rooms. Only the check-out was a disaster. I had to wait for over 30 minutes until the manager came and they fixed their problem.

My wife and 2 daughters stayed here recently for a night to visit the Kemah Boardwalk. Afterwards we wished we could have stayed longer. The buidling looks brand new with great design and comfort. Very close to the Kemah boardwalk. The price is misleading because for the look and comfort of the suites you could easily pay double at another chain. The […] staff is courteous and welcoming. The hotel was way overbooked. I was guaranteed a room with 2 double beds, but upon check-in, there were none available. So instead I had to settle for a king bed, which is not what I had reserved and guaranteed. Trying to fit 4 people into a king bed is not my idea of a good night sleep. The only saving grace was after fussing with the manager on hand, […] they offered to comp me the room, but I still had to sleep in a king bed with a pullout sofa instead of a room with 2 double beds, as requested. Me and 2 girlfriends stayed Saturday night for a girls night out. Close to many fun places to party. Big room lots of mirrors and 3 beds.

Springhill Suites by Marriott - Seabrook is a great hotel for a weekend getaway with the family. The location is great for Kemah and Nasa and many great restaurants are within a 15 minute drive. The hotel is new, very modern and the rooms were extremely clean. Service was responsive when we needed towels or anything. Basic hotel activities with a pool […] and excercise room but we didn't use either too much. Had 2 issues with the hotel. 1. we reserved a room with 2 beds but they only had kings with letout couches when we arrived. It was okay but I hadn't planned on or payed for my kid to sleep on a let out couch for 3 days and with the bed out, it greatly reduced the space in the room. 2. I thought the clerk could have been a bit more helpful when we asked for directions or for ideas on where we could find restaurants etc. Overall I would stay there again and would recommend the hotel for it's cleanliness, style and location. This hotel was minutes from the boardwalk. There is tons of space and the staff is convenient. The breakfast was a little exciting because there were so many poeple and only one helper but overall our stay was above anything I thought it would be. Would definately stay again and recommend to all my friends.

But i am still having issues with my billing. Got billed through hotels.com and the hotel then some extra bills dont know about. Still waiting to clear things up. Hotel is fantastic though rooms were clean the shower was great! Wish there would have been a bathtub but the wonderful shower made up for it.

I am accustomed to a more "western/conservative" style surrounding...This hotel was more modern in appearance, but very, very comforatable. I especially liked the "jets" in the shower...and the overhead water outlet. A massage and shower at the same time! Great for my bad back!
