Ibis Xian - Xi'an

Sadly I can't recommend this hotel to anybody. The room was ok, a bit dirty but that's expected in China. The main problem was that we didn't have any hot water, which meant no shower for the three days we were staying in Xi'an. I asked the staff to help out several times (5 times) and all they said was to wait for 20 min and it would be fine, but it […] turned out that they we're lying. I have to tell you that the hotel staff were the most helpful out of any hotel that i have stayed at in china. It was really nice, everyone spoke english really well and the rooms were clean, the location is good, within the city walls and easy to catch the bus from out the front of the hotel to the muslim quarter and to the train station/ bus station […] to the warriors. i would highly recommend this hotel. very pleased with the ibis once again Lisätietoja

Just like every other Ibis. Clean, basic room. Large enough. Horrible breakfast.

Good value, clean basic hotel room. Convenient location within the walls.

Clean and nice hotel. Recommended to anyone. It takes about 30 min on foot to the bell tower. Minor drawbacks: - no safe in the room, -staff did not want to call a cab

There is really not much to say: the Ibis Hotel meets all expectations. Rooms are spacious and clean. The shower is fine. Internet is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful and speaks good English. Prices are reasonable. The only thing that could do with some improvement is breakfast. I was extremely surprised at Ibis Hotel. It is a nice and clean Hotel. The staff are very kind and accommodating and speaks good English. The room is clean and there is a supply of free bottled water everyday, which is sweet. It did not carry the amenities you would need, i.e., hair dryer, refrigerator, but it did have the main stuff you will need - […] clean towels, toothbrush, toothpaste and soap. The bed is ok, but not that soft. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with typical shops, banks, stores along the way. I am not sure how close it is to the sites you need to see, but felt like it was pretty close. I had a booked tour and the tour guide just picks me up at the hotel. I actually enjoyed my stay at Ibis Hotel. For the price, you can't go wrong with it. I highly recommend it to others visiting Xian. Lisätietoja

I was very pleased with this hotel, having stayed at some terible dirty hotels in China this was a great suprise. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and didn't smell of smoke (which is quite common in China hotels). The reception staff were extremely helpful and we didn't have a problem with the language barrier. The […] location is OK but is 20 minutes walk from the bell tower however there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which is very very cheap to get anywhere. si no quieres gastar y prefieres invertir tu dinero en compras o visitas es una buena opcion comodo limpio, aunque no es la mejor ubicacion xi, an es pequeno asi que vale la pena, buen desayuno, no mucho ingles pero si mucha disposicion.

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι τόσο από το ξενοδοχείο όσο και από τους υπαλλήλους! Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Με δεδομένο τα χρήματα που πληρώνει κάποιος για να μείνει στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό θεωρώ ότι δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο! Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα σε φίλους μου που θα ήθελαν να μείνουν για 1-2 μέρες στην Σιάν.

really nice place, most of the staff speaks very basic english and the manager speaks a fluent english. a 10 min walk from turist atraction or a short taxi ride very helpful staff, not common in chinese hotels definitely a place to raccomand

지은지 오래 되지 않아서 깨끗한 편이고, 위치도 좋은 곳에 있지만, 서비스는 보통이었음. 방열쇠가 매일 고장이 나서 불편했음.
