me and my husband stay 3 nights in this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful overall. jst one thing that I'm not happy with is the room that we stay does not have a double bed. We heve been provided with two combined single beds.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The tourist spots very walking distance from our hotel. I would definitely recommend to other friends your hotel. Food had various choices and was delicious!

We arrived at this hotel at 2am.. Feeling hungry at that time in the morning, I called up to order some food but unfortunately the kitchen is already closed.. The wonderful thing is, the reception guy go out of his way to order for me a hot cup of Pho Bo ( beef noodle soup ), paid it with his own money, and still apologizing for me because of the inconvenience […] it may have caused me for the reason their kitchen is closed already.. The room we stayed at have a window with natural light as I had requested and very clean.. Their BREAKFAST had many food choices and changed the menu everyday :)) keep it up guys and if ever I would visit Ho Chi Minh City again I would definitely stay again at Silverland Hotel.. Spotlessly clean, staff could not do enough for you. We had to leave very early in the morning and miss our breakfast, as the kitchen staff had not yet arrived the night porter went into the kitchen and made sandwiches to take with us, he also included a hard boiled egg and a selection of fruit. Good, well situated hotel with friendly staff, with the only negative being an attempt on checkout to charge me for minibar items I hadn't had.

This hotel is value for money, this hotel is new, the room is clean and bigger than I expect with big window, nearly all the requests during booking is fulfulled, especially the window with natural light, toilet is quite small but is still acceptable, wifi in room runs smoothly, breakfast is tasty with a lot of choices, manuel change during the 3 days […] I stayed, staff is nice and polite, I hope this hotel would keep up its service as I would definitely recommend to my friends who want to stay at this district Lisätietoja

I'm very happy with the sevice. Room is very clean. The breakfast should be fresh and warm but it was cold.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and I am very satisfied with the accomodation. The staff relatively speak good English, very helpful and courteous which is better from other hotels in the same city.I like the quietness because it is not a family hotel. Good enough for just staying for business. Not for couples. Hotel staffs were friendly, however, sleeping on a sofa next to the reception at night.

Booked very last minute and our criteria was a good value for money hotel in central (district 1) location with good reviews.Hotel ticked most boxes in terms of facilities for a short weekend break (tv, safe, comfortable bed, minifridge) and was fairly quiet from traffic noise which is a bonus. Most disappointing was that having booked a deluxe room […] - where the main picture on their website shows a window - the only window was to the dark corridor ie no natural light. I raised this immediately with reception, who to their credit, promised to move me the next day. This room did have windows with natural light and very pleasant. Still not clear whether this room was a super deluxe or just a deluxe with window; either way, the hotel could save travellers' disappointment if they made this much clearer. 전체적으로 가격대비 깔끔하고 직원들 친절합니다.비슷한 가격대의 호텔보다 조식부페 먹을만하고요.

小さい子ども連れで訪れましたが、従業員がみなフレンドリーで、笑顔で声をかけてくださり、快適に過ごすことができました。 歩いて行けるところにおいしいフォーの店や、子どもの遊ぶ場所を併設したベトナム料理の専門店もあります。（これもすべて従業員の方が教えてくれました）近くには日本料理のレストランやコンビニなどもあり、日本人や日本語を理解できるベトナム人も働いていて、困った時はそちらで道を聞いたこともありました。タクシーにぼったくられるのがいやだったので、帰りは空港までホテルの送迎サービスを利用しました。ホテルにお金を支払ったので安心でした。デジカメのバッテリーの充電をしたいとフロントで話すと、すぐにアダプタを貸し出してくれました。アダプタを部屋のベトナム式のプラグに差し込むと、日本式の形状の充電器も差し込むことができました。（変圧器ではないので、他の電気機器はお勧めできませんが。デジカメや携帯、音楽プレイヤーの充電くらいなら可能だと思います。ご確認を） 上に書いたようなサービスはどこのホテルでも同じようにやっているものばかりかもしれませんが、3つ星のいわゆる中級ホテルでこういうことが当たり前にできることはとても大事なことだと思いました。 朝食はまぁ、こんなもんかなという感じ。フォーはおいしかった。朝食をつけずに外で食べるのもアリかもしれません。 立地としては市内中心部、国営百貨店から歩いて10分ほどのところにあり、アクセスも良いと思います。2日間、街中を散策し、帰りは徒歩でホテルまで帰っていました。近くにコンビニ（日本のものを扱っている日本のコンビニっぽいところが一軒、ローカルのものを扱っているサークルKが一軒）あり、お酒やお菓子なども手に入りやすかったです。 2泊朝食付き、VIPルームに宿泊しました。VIPルームと言っても値段は非常にリーズナブルです。 ドアボーイのホンさん、フロントのマネージャーのマイさん、いつも笑顔で対応してくださり、本当にお世話になりました。 最後に失敗談を。初日、ホーチミンの空港に着いてからホテルまでエアポートタクシーを利用しましたが、そこのスタッフの勘違いでGrand […] Silverland Hotel & Spaに連れていかれました。「このホテルじゃないよ」と説明するも運転手さんは英語通じないし、どうしていいかわからずすごく困りました。結局住所を書いた紙を見せてとにかくここに行ってくれとだけ伝え、最終的にはSilverlandHotelに着けましたが、10万ドンほど追加料金を支払わされる羽目になりました。空港からタクシーを利用するときは、同系列のホテルですが"Grand" と間違えないよう、ホテルの情報をプリントアウトしたものを直接見せればよかったと反省しました。まぁこれは私の失敗談というよりも完全に空港のタクシー斡旋業者のお姉さんのミスですが…。 次回ホーチミンに旅行に行くことがあれば、またぜひ宿泊したいと思います。 Lisätietoja

ビジネスで利用しましたが、新しくて小綺麗で、清潔感がありました。 wifiも無料で使えましたので、ビジネスで泊まるには充分でした。

ホーチミンシティに１週間滞在しました。スーペリアは狭いですが、今回は一人でしたので、苦になりませんでした。部屋は日本のビジネスホテルと同じような設備でアメニティ類も充実しています。建物は新しくスタッフの対応も大変良く満足しました。立地は日本人街にありショッピングや食事に便利な場所にあります。次回も利用したいと思います。

夜勤の従業員の方の勤務態度が非常に悪い。 ・夜、ロビーのソファーで寝ている。 ・夜、ロビーのパソコンでゲームをしている。 ・朝、お客のいない部屋で、風呂に入っている。

10月にオープンしたので、試しに泊まろうと思い、予約。 １部屋目に案内されて行って見ると、工事中・・・・ ２部屋目に移動したが、エアコン付けると、水が洩れて洪水・・・・壁を掘り始めたため、再び移動・・・ ３部屋目に移動、なんか違う、、、部屋のランクが明らかに落ちて狭い、スイートのはずが、スーペリア、、、一体どういうこと！？ 数日経って、正規に予約したスイートへ、めでたしめでたし。。。 いやいや、謝りにもこない、説明も無いで頭にきたので、予約サイトへ問合せ、、、数日後にやっと、工事してたことへの謝りと謝礼としてマッサージチケットを2枚。 う～ん、なんかそれはそれで嬉しい、、、 いや違う、ランク下に泊まった分の差額を尋ねても返答なし（現在に至る）。 正規の部屋に移った後の続きです。 休日の度 […] に、ベットを変えたい（1回）、ソファーを変えたい（３回）、風呂をジャグジー付きに変えたい（１回）、壁紙を張り替えたい（2回）、、、、新しいホテルだから仕方ないかと思っていましたが、この回数は！？ やっと１０月末には落ち着いて、泊まることが出来ています。 新しいのでいろいろと不具合多いですが、綺麗なので、満足？しています。 1区レタントン周辺でホテルが乱立して、値段も上がっていますが、このホテルは相応（綺麗だし、冷蔵庫も冷えるし、風呂もお湯ちゃんと出るし、エアコン効くし、エレベータ３基あるので待たないし、トイレ詰まらないし、金庫固定されてるし）だと思います。 朝食もブッフェで、パン・麺・米も、肉･魚料理、果物も豊富で、案外他のホテルと比べてもおいしいことに驚きました。 ここは場所も良く、レタントン迄、歩いて３０ｍ！ 隣の大阪ラーメン迄１０ｍ（どうでもいいですがｗ） 若干歩道が工事している店もあり狭いですが、問題無いと思います。 次も泊まりたいと思うホテルのひとつです。（年内居ますが、、、） Lisätietoja
