Palvelu hotellissa oli ensiluokkaista! Ravintolavaihtoehtoja oli tarpeeksi ja palvelu joustavaa. Turvajärjestelyt olivat mittavat. Huoneiden siivous ei aivan länsimaiseen tasoon yltänyt. Suosittelen!

The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially to Ms. Devia from executive floor. She is such a profession in guest service.We changed rooms after the first night due to the booking errors. The new room was very good. The breakfast was good. We will stay again. Thanks to entire team.

The Hotel itself was nice, great restaurants, but the location was a dump. Nothing to do or eat around the hotel, and homeless people living just 50 yards away.

The hotel is amazing! We didn't stay too much time in the hotel, but the time we did was great. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. The metro is right next to the hotel and makes it easy to get around Delhi. The pool was closed, which was a bummer, but we really wouldn't of had time anyways.

Your impression of India at any other hotels in India will change after dining and staying in Hilton New Delhi. Thumbs Up, Toes Up!

This hotel is the best for 5 star standards. Great Service and Great Staff...........

this hotel isn't as good as other hilton branded hotel. the room is not well maintained with old floor and furnitures. all doors of the wardrobes and drawers cannot be closed. the construction is actually defective. the menus of room dine in were missing. warm water supply in the bath tube were very unstable. many dark spots and one footstep were found […] on the bedsheet. the good thing is that it is just next to the metro station and close to the airport. After a long tiring flight it is just the place you want to be at with tired kids. The rooms were spacious and very friendly staff. It was safe as the kids wanted to see the hotel so we let them on their own. Didn't have any hotel meals as the area around had a few so we went out. The kids enjoyed thei desserts.

The hotel services are great; however water pressure is a problem (common problem in Delhi). The location is not good for tourist, since it is far from the sightseeing places and the traffic congestion in Delhi is really bad.

The hotel is excellent and the staff were very courtious, we felt like royalty at hotel. The food and service was very good and if there was any problem with anything it was handed right way. we would recmmend this hotel to any one to stay.

The stay at this hotel was so disappointing, request you to pls do not go for the brand name. On check-in the hotel demands the guest to pay a security money either from your credit card or in cash. The services (room service/house keeping) is equivalent to a 2 star hotel. For example - you demand coffee & you get tea, the room service doesn't picks […] up the phone even after numerous calls, the housekeeping department misunderstands shampoo to shower cap, there are no hair dryers in the rooms or wash rooms. If you demand one they tell to check yourself. The service condition of the hotel is so pathetic that i decided to cut short my stay and change the hotel. The above situation was experienced by me for two days. If you demand any amenity from the house keeping department, make sure to give them a call after every 10 minutes, because the staff forgets the demand... and on inquiring the reply u get from the staff is - WE HAVE A SHORTAGE OF STAFF.. Come on hilton's why are you degrading your standards to such a level that the guests are pressurized to change their booking. The service at this hotel was superior. Room Service attendants Anhay and Ravinder (especially Ravinder) were wonderful, as was Saakshi in Guest Relations. Duty Manager Praveen went above and beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable during my stay, as did Concierge Sukmit. Always feel so relax in this hotel. Excellent place to stay and very friendly staff.

I had booked an Exec Suite and it was luxuary all the way. The bonus feature is that you check in on on the 9th floor in the Exec Lounge and there are free alcoholic drinks and cocktails everyday from 6-8.30pm and this is also where you have your breakfast and can relax. Apart form all the excellent service and restaurants at any hotel, the most important aspect for me on a business trip is to be able to have undisturbed sleep. At the Hilton, I had the rare and wonderful experience of a very comfortable bed in a quiet, dark, cool room.

This is an excellent htel with very good service and accomidation, staff very freindly and polite, nothing to much trouble Dinning is at international rates but quality is also at this level They organised a day tour for me to the Taj and this was fantastic in all regards

A 6STAR HOTEL FOR A 5 STAR PRICE! Wow! wow! wow! Mind blowing service, hotel decore, restaurants and rooms. We spent 6 nights and were sad to leave. Staff were at our service 24/7. It was great to do our day trips and come back to the hotel to relax. Lots of lounging areas and 3 great restaurants avail. We spent a couple of nights in the executive suite […] and experienced the executive lounge room as well. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Delhi. As a 4.5 star rated hotel one expects certain level of service as this offers to some degree but still has to refine itself being a new one. Stayed there during a business trip and found some amenities are still to be active like the Spa etc. Staff were professional and courteous at all times especially the front desk with smooth business pitch of upgrading […] my room to a executive floor......Will stay again at this hotel on next visit and look forward to all the amenities active... The Hilton Hotel is a nice establishment. My colleague and I each had our own room for two nights and we both noticed we were itching fro the hotel. We probably think it was from the soap they use in linens because we both had a reaction while at the hotel. When we switched hotels it went away.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was unconditionally friendly and professional, the room features were impressive, and the hotel amenities and restaurants were clean and modern. The real treasure of this hotel is the individual service you receive. All the staff is service-oriented, but some go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying […] your stay. Although I did not get everyone's name, I would like to recognize a few members of your staff. There was a Sikh gentlemen valet who was very helpful in guiding me around Delhi. The bar staff in the lounge were all fantastic. They engaged in polite conversation, made sure my needs were met, and maintained an impeccably clean operation. Sonia in the lobby cafe was always friendly and knew what I wanted. She knew I drank Masala tea and made sure it was made to perfection. Perhaps most of all, Diana, the front desk concierge, was wonderful. She, from day one, made sure all my needs were met. She possessed a manner that made me feel at home and always maintained great composure and professionalism. Later in the visit, I explained to her that I had to leave a day or two early for business and she took ownership of making sure all my questions were answered. The service and the hotel staff were excellent and the Italian restaurant is wonderful.

Das Hilton ist einrelativ neues Hotel, auch wenn es aufgrund der schlechten Bauweise an einigen Stellen schon wesentlich Älter wirkt als es ist. Der Service ist freundlich, jedoch kein Vergleich zu einem Taj Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich das Bad sauber. Pool und Fitness Bereich angemessen groß und sauber. Die Gegend Jainakpuri zählt zu den schlechteren gegend in Delhi. Schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Sobald man aus dem Hotel herauskommt erwartet einen nichts schönes. Die Metro braucht ohne Umsteigen ca.30Min. zu Counaught Place. Das geht Problemlos. Leider ist die Metro so voll das selbst eine Metro in China angenehm leer wirkt. Die Leute stumpen und stossen rücksichtslos. Das Erlebnis brauche ich nicht noch mal. Besser ein schönes Hotel in der Stadt buchen. Für Reisegruppen oder Geschäftsreisende mag das Hotel super sein. This was a perfecket hotel during ouer 3 days stay in New Dehli A littel outside the city center, but with a metro right next to the hotel. The neighbourhoud was a litte scarry, wouldent problery not take a walk after night time.
