We stayed one night at Krystal in July 2011. Hotel staff was friendly, told us a good beach tip (Itanos about 1 km from too busy Vai beach). Room was good, but small. We had great view from the balgony on the 4th floor room. Street parking in the front of the hotel was full, so we had to park on the general parking place quite far from the hotel. Breakfast was typical greek: only white bread, cheese and jelly. There were many restaurants in the short walking distance.

Galaxy Villan sijainti mäellä on upea. Allasalueelle näkyi niin vuori kuin merikin. Lähin ruokakauppa on tien toisella puolella, ja lähellä on myös kivoja vaatekauppoja. Vieressä on hyvätasoinen ravintola. Rannalle on parinkymmenen minutin kävelymatka, mutta urheiluhenkinen tekee matkan mielellään vaikka useita kertoja päivässä. Hotellialue on siisti ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen. Puutarha on kaunis ja vehreä. Nähtävyyksistä Knossos on parinkymmenen kilometrin päässä.

"5 stars and 5 stars"
In Greece, some guy after a long lunch and a lot of raki decides which hotel will get how many stars. This hotel though deserves as many stars as our tipsy critic can give. Overly nice staff, huge rooms, care in every way with no snobbery or attitude. Things just work... which is the way 5 star hotels are supposed to be... this one is special. If you […] are looking for a great place for kids with lots of souvenir shops on the corner, please don't come here. In fact, if you have children bring only the ones who like the wind and the ocean. Take the screamers to a place where they will find their kind. This hotel is for young and old adults, looking to spend hours drinking wine and while watching the ocean and mountain colours change, reclaiming their love for life and each other. Lisätietoja
"Schönes Hotel!"
Ziel unseres Aufenthaltes war, dass wir uns eine Woche gut erholen können. Dieses Ziel wurde mehr als erreicht! Man fühlt sich als Gast bestens aufgehoben und wir haben selten so gut geschlafen, wie in diesen Ferien (offene Fenster, Meeresrauschen....). Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet (gross und vielfältig) und aufgrund des schönen Wetters konnten […] wir jeden Morgen draussen frühstücken (herrlich!). Wenn es überhaupt Abstriche zu machen gibt, dann wohl am ehesten beim Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Restaurants. Das Essen am Mittag oder Abend war zwar in Ordnung, aber für 5 Sterne besteht hier bestimmt noch Verbesserungspotential. Im nahe gelegenen Agios bezahlt man die Hälfte und isst eindeutig besser. Ebenso kann es in der Hochsaison am kleinen (aber schönen) Sandstrand etwas eng werden. Insgesamt war diese Woche wie gesagt sehr erholsam und wir können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen. "Traumhafte Lage"
Hotelanlage / -zimmer: sensationell, unbedingt wieder. Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Essen: Buffet ungenügend, Restaurant überteuert, d.h. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Kann Hotel nur empfehlern, allerdings sollte man auswärts essen gehen. Dazu gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.

"Super Hotel mit Schwächen im Management"
Wirklich ein ausgesprochen schönes Hotel mit bester Ausstattung. Umso überraschender sind die doch erheblichen Mängel im Management. Der Service im Bereich der Restaurants ist diesem Hotel unwürdig, wobei es nicht am stets freundlichen Personal, sondern an deren Überforderung lag. Tische wurden fallweise viel zu spät abgeräumt, nachdem die Gäste das […] Restaurant verlassen hatten. Auch eine geschlossene Abendveranstaltung am Pool steht konträr zu einem Hotel welches sich mit Ruhe und Erholung versucht zu verkaufen. Das die Essensreste am Boden im Bereich der Buffets noch Tage vor sich hin stanken war auch nicht sehr erfreulich. Alles nicht wirklich katastrophal, aber von einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse bin ich eigentlich etwas anderes gewohnt. Lisätietoja

Idéal pour se reposer dans un cadre insolite . Grand confort . Toutes les chambres offrent une vue magnifique sur la mer et tout le personnel a la gentillesse légendaire Cretoise Spa et salle de gym a ne pas manquer
