Room was fine - basic amenities, but clean. Very good shower. Good range of TV channels (including BBC World). First the wifi was not working and with many attempt to have the hotel fix it they just didn't care. The rooms were horrible. I've stayed in many airport hotels in the area for my layover and this is the worst even at this rate. Stayed here many times - very convenient to Suvarnabhumi, and good value. Plus points - free wifi in the room, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillow. Didn't have breakfast this time, but in the past it has been OK - nothing special. This hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport is clean and friendly. The Transfer was fantastic and we will definitely stay there again when on our way home from Bangkok. There was little aircraft noise considering the location and with the exception of other guests the hotel was very quiet.

This place is nice and convenient for BKK flights. It's a long way down a very narrow and obscure street, so make sure you've got the exact address and phone number handy before trying to find it. I wouldn't expext any BKK cabbie to know where it is or have a clue how to find it. That said, once you get there, it's a great little place!

Only use this hotel if you have a layover at the airport. It's fine. But there is no reason to stay here except the airport.

Very good value for the money. Passing planes naturally caused some noise but the room was very nice and clean. Surroundings seemed genuine developing Bangkok suburban but getting to the city was quite laborious.

I stayed at the Floral Shire Resort for 2 nights. The staff were very helpful and it was only about a 15 minute ride to the BKK airport. The rooms I stayed in were adequate for a short stay. The beds were comnfortable and the breakfast was good by my standards. There is a 7-11 at the end of the street.

Floral Shire Hotel is a good value for a quick stay to get you close to the Bangkok airport. I would not recommend staying there more then one night, but very convenient to get you close to the airport if you have a quick layover or unusual flight times out of Bangkok. Everyone is very friendly and helpful but it definitely is a 2 or 3 star hotel.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel and would do it again if I have an early flight to catch out of Bangkok. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, quiet neighborhood about 10 ten minutes from the airport. The only drawback is that you can hear the planes fly over you loudly, but if you are exhausted, and for its low price, it's worth it.

Room was very basic but clean and nice for a short stay from 10p to 6a. A few snacks and beverages in the Honor Bar. Got room service close to 10p for a simple dinner which was great. Airport shuttle was confusing on the phone but they understood after all. Tip: Call ahead for the shuttle with your name and the time you need it. Go to the "Meeting […] Point" on the first floor at the airport (there are signs in English) and here is the key ASK the folks that are standing with the clipboards there for Floral Shire shuttle. There is no-one holding a sign for you or the hotel. There is someone with a clipboard list of names for lots of hotels. They will call the hotel and get the hotel van to pick you up (20 minutes or so). Floral Shire has their own van. It takes several minutes to get to the hotel outside of the large airport complex. I arranged the morning shuttle when I checked in. They don't take US$ but they do take credit cards. The Floral Shire is down kind of an alley with lots of street food options. The staff was really nice! It was clean and comfortable, close to the airport. It's a little dated but for the price you can't beat it!

Nice hotel for a night, easy to get to from airport whit their shuttle bus service.

Rooms clean enough for SE asia. Cheap and close to the airport! Eat before you get there not much around. Wifi was not working on either My iPhone or friends blackberry when here

Slightly surly staff, but the pick up / drop off was fantastic, the room was extremely cheap - and absolutely spotless. Obviously not the best spot for a holiday, but at about ten times less than a stay in the Airport Novotel, it's an abolute bargain for a stop over.

I would recommend this Hotel for an overnight stay, or rest, ONLY! Their free shuttle bus is good, but name on side of van reads; 'Sinsuvarn Airport Suite', very confusing, but the name of their affliated Hotel, I guess? The hotel is close to the airport, and with airport transfer included, it's ideal for a night's stay if you have an early flight the next day. If you're wanting to see more of the city, however, this is not the best place to be. With traffic and distance, it can take up to an hour and sometimes longer by car to the downtown area.

Already stay 3 night at Floral Shire Resort, the staff is very helpful, room also clean and comfort, near by air port. Just 1 thing i want to complain is if you want to shopping or go to Bangkok tour, i really not recommend this hotel, because of very far to each place. More time and money waste on Taxi charges. But the hotel charges is more cheap.

We were on the 4th floor, no elevator but the people working there were more than happy to help us with our bags. Ants climbing around the bathroom sink, very comfortable beds, refrig, internet was fine. Shower was warm. Old hotel that needs updating but for the price I would probably stay there again.

I stayed for one night (like moste people i assume) when I came to Bangkoks airport. I was taking a to Koh Chang early the next day so this Hotel was at a perfect distance from the airport (wich is also where the bus goes from). Even managed to download a 5 gig game (legally) in about 4 hours. They have a free shuttle service at this hotel wich can take you to the airport. I really liked that because the taxidriver who took me to the hotel was trying to rip me of. The planes landing and taking of nearby diden't bother me, I almost diden't hear it from my room. I can only think of one negative thing: The breakfast is NOT complimentary wich I think I read on Hotel.com when I booked. I think it was 100 Baht extra. Das Hotel ist für eine Nacht in der nähe des Flughafens in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage stört aber und in der nähere Umgebung gibts nichts. Ich würde es nur buchen, wenn man am nächsten morgen weiterfliegt.

ホテル全体はこじんまりとして良かったと思う。 スタッフの対応もしっかりしていて、滞在に 支障がなかった事がすごく助かりました。 唯一の難点は細い通りの一番奥にあって、探しにくい所です。

공항에 완전히 붙어있는 모 호텔과 비교하면 먼 편이지만, 비행기 시간이 어정쩡해서 근처에서 머물길 바라면 나름 지낼만한 호텔. 1시간 단위로 공항까지 10인용 승합차(무료)를 이용해 데려다주지만, 12시를 넘기면 택시를 타야 한다. 택시값은 공공택시 이용시 100바트 정도로 꽤 나가는 편이다. 골목 안에 위치하고 있어서 가는 도중 좀 의구심이 드는 것도 사실이다. 하지만 호텔 시설이나 서비스는 가격에 비해 괜찮은 편이다. 다만 가운이나 칫솔, 치약, 헤어드라이어는 제공되지 않는다.

I stayed at the hotel for a night after my late arrival (1AM) into BKK spending the night there until my bus ride to Pattaya early in the next morning. The Hotel here is alright, it is located around 15min ride away from the Airport, it is actually at the end of the Runway, and you could see planes making final approaches into BKK from your hotel room. […] I stayed at an upgraded Delux Room (for US$4 more), the room is spacious, clean, new but designs are simple. Something Great about the hotel room is that it offers a lot of power outlets for the needs of Charging up cameras and phones, etc after long travels. The hotel property might be a conversion from local homes. The decorations are up to Hotel Standards, the lighting at the door sign makes the hotel look "resort" like. No elevators in the hotel. ** Make sure you take the Hotel Shuttle (which made us stand and wait for other passengers for over 20min at the terminal), because the hotel is located at the end of an Alley from the Main street. The location offers nothing, not even a convinient store.
