"Clean Hotel"
The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was nice. We really liked the make your own waffle. The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious. However, we could hear the person in the room above us walking around (stomping). The bed was not very comfortable.

"Very Pleased"
Very nice place, location was good, quiet. Resturants were close, including Olive Garden, Denny's. The hotel sits far enough back from the traffic light that getting in and out of the parking lot was not a problem. I will stay there again.

"The Hampton Hotel"
This hotel was very convenient and for a family with 3 kids, the room was quite spacious and comfortable, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed two nights at the Hampton. The room seemed pretty clean. The front desk lady could have smiled a little more, but she warmed up to us. The location is great for going to the Schlitterbaun. The breakfast was very good except that it only had one Waffle maker and for a hotel that size, it really needs to have at least two Waffle makers.
Good clean hotel and well upkept, but it is on the other side of the freeway if you are visiting for Schlitterbahn, so its about a 10 minute drive, other hotels are much closer. The free internet that they provide was HORRIBLY SLOW, regardless of whether it was wireless or the regular connection in the room, it took a long time to check email/etc.

I arived at chick in time and service was very fast and easy. The hotel was is a great location close to Schiltterbahn waterpark where we were going. The room was nice and neat and very comfortable. Check out was a breeze!

We were told we could check in at 3pm. We arrived at 3:30pm and the room was not ready. Once we got into our room, it was great. We would stay here again.
Wow! Great hotel! We were going to be gone all day so I showed up at 11:00 am to just check in. To my surprise and delight, she gave us a room!! The breakfast was great and make sure you try the hazelnut coffee! Yum!!

A couple of days after our stay at Hampton Inn in newBruanfels my daughter told me she had left her retainer in the drawer of the night stand table. I contacted Hamton Inn and within a day they had recovered her retainer! Thank you so much.

"Another great stay"
This was our second trip to stay in New Braunfels at Hampton Inns. Both times, we've had extremely clean rooms, good AC, friendly staff, great location near everything else, excellent coffee (even in the afternoon) and an incredibly comfortable bed!! Hampton is now our GOTO hotel for all New Braunfels visits!!

Everything was great except for no sleep..The hotel was sold out and said this was their first time to do so. Our electrical went out in room at about 11pm,but they fixed it in a timely manner and front desk girl was a sweetie. The lack of sleep was due to a group at the pool partying until 3:30am getting louder and louder..Called front desk to complain […] but nothing changed so not getting rest with children is no fun! Hotel was very clean and the customer service was great. my daughters favorite was her being able to make her own waffle in the morning.

Just be sure you know how to get to the hotel from the service road because it is so new it doesn't show up in the GPS. The suite itself was very confortable and very clean. The spa was wonderful. The room itself is fabulous!
"Not the hotel I expected"
Yes, it was a "shiny and new" hotel and I suppose that is supposed to make things okay. I didn't think the furniture as a nice as it was in the old location and the toilet in my room ran all night for two nights. It is now a 4 story structure instead of two so they can maximize those profits. It's too bad they forgot about convenience and location in […] the process. The view out back is directly into the backyards of the houses in the subdivision located just behind the hotel. The view out front was of the caravan of construction vehicles and trucks passing by. On a positive note, they have a much better and larger breakfast area than the old one. All things considered, it was my last stay at that Hampton Inn. I'll try staying at the Baymont Inn next time and see if it measures up to the service I received from the old Hampton Inn. Sometimes newer is not necessarily always better. Lisätietoja

"Lovely room"
Enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room quiet and well decorated. Will stay there again.
"Hampton in New Braunfels - Great Stay"
All the staff were extremely friendly. Room was very clean & comfortable. Bed was great. Location was very convienent to everything in town, river Schliterbaun, Gruene, etc. There are no bathtubs, stand alone showers so washing our toddlers was a little tricky. We will definately stay there again in the future.

"New Braunfels"
Nice breakfast, typical Hampton Quality on everything else. THought we were going to have some big issues with our party of 5 at checkin, but they did accomodate us by moving us to a larger room at no charge.

we requested a different room type after the first night, and the staff immediately changed us to a bigger room and were very friendly about it. as always the hampton beds are superb
