Spacious and comfortable. Very convenient for those who need to stay oversight to go to the airport next day.

airport shuttle service not well organised.

First, when we arrived, it took the curt receptionist 5+ minutes to find the reservation, having asked for my passport, then seemed surprised to find something under my name. There is a menu available, but none of the food on it was avaiable, nor are there any restaurants nearby. They had over cooked hot dogs at usury rates a pop, and no regular soda. […] Only wine available was exorbinent€ a bottle. Gentleman at the 'bar' was trying to help, but obviously flustered and untrained. In room, wifi didn't work. Reception desk then gave extensive printed directions which again didn't work. Password was evidently incorrect. They have unusual system where you need to insert the card into a slot to turn on any lights, as well as unique door system which was not explained to us. The driver to take us to airport showed up on time and was wonderful. In time, after kinks are worked out, it may be a good place. But, one needs to realize there is not a restaurant on site. Difficult to get to from CDC. Had to take a cab. Once there, electronic key did not work (I was on a third floor - no lift). I asked for wake-up call that never came. Did catch the shuttle in time to make my flight, but had no time for breakfast buffet. Bad choice if all you need is an overnight.

This hotel was very conveniently located near the CDG Airport. We were in Paris for one day and one night and we were able to go see the many sites of Paris and get back to our hotel. One problem is that the shuttle stops running at 11 pm, so do all your site seeing before then.

We stayed at this hotel the last day before flying back home, so it was a good choice because we where very close to the airport. The person working at the front desk was extremely rude, did not really want to speak english and made us feel very uncomfortable. The hotel itself it's ok, it's clean, room is very small, but it does it's job. What we did […] not like was that there was no elevator on the hotel, the room was right next to a soccer field, so it was very loud. it was very hard to find the Hotel. I spend 25 euro to take a texi from CDG. To take a hotel shuttle is the best way to go to the hotel.

The hotel was decent in terms of size and function. The location and hassle to get to and from Paris is not worth the extra room. If I were to do it again, I would not stay at the hotel and just get something closer to Paris. Although it was only for one night, it was still a challenge to get from the airport back to the hotel. I had to call multiple […] times and explain to them where I was located for the shuttle to pick me up, even though it was the same location that they picked me up from the night before and where all the hotel shuttles pick up from. Clean roomy suite. Convenient shuttle to CDG. Transport from CDG- we took Roissypole bus which took a long time. I would use a taxi next time.

Close to airport with a free shuttle - GREAT The town was charming with quaint restaurants within walking distance. We were promised two sofa beds and two twin beds....we were short a sofa bed. We asked for roll-a-way beds but no accomodations were met to meet our needs. We slept three in a bed.

This is a new complex in a vast sea of airport hotels. Great value and much better than some of the budget surrounding places. Few restaurants in the town and they all had long waits. The hotel reception staff did not inform me about important details such as the necessity of inserting door card into slot so that electricity in the room would work. I was also not informed of the need to reserve a day in advance a shuttle to the airport.

Very close to CDG airport. In a nice neighborhood, nothing around and quiet. Parking can get full, but staff is flexible about parking areas. Very convenient kitchen, and the pull out couch was actually very comfortable. Convenient shuttle to the airport leaving every 30 mins. Modern and nicely furnished. This hotel was very well placed near the airport and the room itself was large and comfortable. Very clean. The problems we encountered resulted from the person checking us in not being organized. He gave us a room that was already occupied and then he did not explain that we needed to insert the room key into a device on the wall in order for the electricity […] to come on in the room. Very convenient to CDG. Be sure to have tel. no. if arriving and need shuttle (24h). Breakfast was not included in the Hotels.com price, but rather than pay extra, town center (short walk) has two small convenience stores and an excellent bakery (also hopping take-out lunch spot). We had a 1 day layover in Paris before flying out of CDG. I was very happy with this apartment hotel. Staff was freindly and helpful, room was clean with a full kitchen. Free airport shuttle was great! The only negative was high cost of breakfast (9 euros). But it was in the Paris area so high prices are to be expected.

Very good place for family and group. A bit far from central Paris, but i book this place for the last day in Paris, it is very close to CDG air port for next day early flight out.

We selected this hotel as it was apartment size with a full kitchen. However the kitchen pots, plates, fridge, cups - ok all of it, was not clean. but, with no detergent, teatowels or even a plug for the sink we just didn't use it. Whoever designed and built this complex should never get another contract. The undergound carpark stayed empty as no car […] could fit down the curved ramp to use it - even with a staff member coming out to guide you. Cupboard doors not square, balcony doors off their hinges, showerheads falling off (looked like the work of a first year apprentice). There are no curtains, just outside shutters to close. When opened in the morning, they were never hooked back, so all throughout the building you could hear doors banging all day, not good if you are here for a stopover sleep. The living areas are large enough - the bathroom tiny. All hard flooring and furniture - making it very noisy. Slippers were provided, but I think this was because the floor made my feet black from the dirt! The front desk staff were very friendly, but I felt like I was on the Titanic and they were trying to support a sinking ship. Go elsewhere.. Lisätietoja

The hotel is fairly new and has all the modern convenience. The kitchen was nice and came in handy to pack basic meals and the occassional picnic lunch. There is a bakery, 2 markets and several nice restaurants within walking distance. Nice little neighborhood. We did have a problem catching the shuttle back to the hotel after taking the train back […] to the airport. You need to be sure you have the hotel # with you so you can call for the shuttle from an airport pay phone even though they say it runs every half hour. The hotel was not as convenient for visiting Paris as I had hoped when I booked it. It is on the RER train line (which connects you to the Metro) and not the Metro line. You can figure on an hour from the hotel to downtown Paris when taking the shuttle to airport and then train into Paris. Since it is on the RER line the cost will run you 14 to 16 Euro per person (you save when you buy a 10 pack) so if you are comparing cost to a hotel within Paris you need to add $20 a night per person for transportation. The hotel is almost impossible to get to even with a map! Locals, when asked, were unsure how to get to it despite being visible. Experience taxi drivers were defeated! The bed linen looked as if had not been washed properly or at all. Trying to get food was an exercise in long distance walking - 20 mins each way. The early morning shuttle although […] booked well in advance was "full" because someone at the hotel arbitrarily put a line through my booking leaving me stranded at 05.30am. We had a very quick overnight stay, so we didn't get a chance to use the hotel as a Home Stay. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything was clean. Staff was helpful, but have a map in case the taxi driver doesn't know where it is. The place has a kitchen, but don't know if there is any access to groceries.

Nice apartment hotel, more suited for visitors with a car although there is a shuttle to the metro + airport and walking distance is a market, atm, mail and restaurants. Its in Roissy near the airport which is good for the parc des expositiones convention center. better to have a car if possible but not impossible without. very helpful and friendly […] staff. The best part of our Paris visit was the Eiffel Tower, the next best was this 1 BR apartment. It was fully furnished with living rooms, LCD TV's, balcony, comfortable bed, and best of all - a full kitchen with all utensils, microwave and refrigeratror. We stayed in this hotel for 11 nights in early December. The complex overall is pleasing and well thought out. Staff were in the main helpful and friendly. Our room was as advertised and very comfortable. Only problem was the heating which persistently failed to function and so we were provided with a space heater. Room cleanliness could have been better […] and although we had the room cleaned once during our stay the cleaner didn't do a terrific job in the kitchen. Overall though good value for money. We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for travel the next morning. The staff was very welcoming and it was an easy check in and check out. The shuttle bus was extremely convenient. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at a Residhome again.

Highly recommended. There was a kitchen and the apartment was very spacious. Free transportation to the airport and to the town of Roissy. Easy 10 minute walk to Roissy for groceries and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Located away from the large airport hotels. The walk to Roissy goes through a nice residential neighborhood.

We stayed two nights before our returning flight home. The hotel provided transportation to and from the airport, even when we were just taking the train into Paris for the day. Fantastic place to stay. Very clean, spacious by European standards and quiet considering its proximity to airport. A short walk into the cute village of Roissy. Beds were super comfortable, staff were helpful. We were very pleased with our stay and would defintiely recommend this to other travelers. The only inconveniences we encountered were a lack […] of soap in the room and an inability to reach staff from the phone in the room. We tried to reach staff to order a wake up call and we just kept getting a busy signal. The taxi driver we hired at the airport also had a difficult time finding the place even though it was very close to the airport. It is relatively new and did not show up on his GPS. Sejour tres agréable, appartments 2 pieces spacieux et bien équipés, déco moderne et sobre, literie bonne qualité. Bon petit déjeuner, mais salle un peu petite et service rapidement débordé en cas d'affluence. C'est neuf, c'est propre, l'appartement est spacieux, confortable et très bien insonorise. L'environnement n'est pas très "glamour" avec l'aéroport a cote mais c'est la cote pratique. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

vi var desværre meget uheldige at få en lejlighed, som der desværre ikke viste sig at være gjort ordentlig rent - og da vi ankom sent pga af meget lukket mortorvej var det måske ikke lige den bedste oplevelse - samt at kl 0.1.00 skulle henvende sig igen i receptionen for at meddele dette og slet ikke med 2 børn som meget gerne så en dyne og hovedpude. […] Vi fik dog straks en anden lejlighed uden diskussion - men bare ikke lige det man havde lyst og overskud til så sent. Très bien. Un peu "froid" comme ambiance mais tout est bien.

Residhome Roissy Village- Apartment er et nyt og flt hotel. De leverer en god service og er meget hjælpsomme. Hvis schuttel bussen er fyldt, kører personalet gerne i egen bil hen til stationen. Der er dog ca 1 times kørseli tog til Paris centrum, men det er dog turen værd. Alt i alt et godt sted til personer som skal have en på opleveren.
