Very nice hotel. My two day trip was very impromptu, and this hotel was a great escape. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is fairly new, so the rooms are in great condition. Breakfast each morning was full of choices. This definitely saves time when traveling with a young child. Would stay here again if I ever return to the area.

I did not find the personal at this establishment to be friendly at all. I was extremely disappointed in our reservation. I had requested adjoining rooms since we were celebrating Christmas with my daughter and 3 yr. grandchild. When we arrived I was informed that our rooms would be on the same floor, but not close. I inquired about the adjoining rooms […] and was told that it was booked. When we went to our room it had the door to the next room. Again I asked at the desk and was told unavailable. We saw no one go into the adjoining room and placed a small piece of paper in the door. When we checked out the next morning just 15 mins shy of last check-out, the paper was undisturbed. No one had gone in or out. When I inqurired at chech out about the room I was told again it had been booked. The hotel was not even 1/2 full and they couldn’t have changed rooms? Christmas celebrations are difficult out of town, not being able to be close when it was an option is not exceptable. The staff at the hotel are excellent very friendly, the rooms are very clean, I don't think the property is very old at all. The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool it is winter and cold here in WV and the kids really needed to be able to expound some energy after traveling all day. I had read reviews and the pool got quite a few good reviews. […] The room containg the pool was very warm you actually got a little too warm if you were not swimming but the water was perfect and the kids really enjoyed it, so much so that my granddaughter tried to convince me that it was actually illegal to check out before 12 as she wanted to swim. The hot tub was very nice, my wife loved it, just be careful getting in and out the steps are pretty steep. The pool area was clean the only negative that I noticed was that the chlorine odor was a little strong but then I am very sensitive to smell. I was very pleased with this hotel. Room and hotel were in very good condition and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of items. Cookies in the evening were nice as well. My only complaint would be that the beds were not quite as comfy as I like (probably just my personal preference). Overall a very nice place to stay. We stayed 3 nights.

We stayed here on a Thursday, and came back thru on the return trip on Sunday. The rooms were very nice, clean, the bathrooms are great (the shower was nice and hot, and not so short that you couldn't get under it). Rooms have a microwave, fridge, and coffepot - came in very handy. Nice flat-screen tv, and a desk and wi-fi. It has been very quiet, and […] the beds are fine. (None is as comfortable as home, but these are decent!) Easy to find, and easy to get into. Valet carts available if you need to stay on the 2nd floor. The 2nd night we were here, had a slightly larger room on the 1st floor that had a comfy armchair. Overall, very pleased, and would stay again. Definitely recommend it! Lisätietoja

This hotel was a very welcomed surprise. The lobby was welcoming as were the staff. The pool and exercise facilities were nice. The room was spacious and the sundries in the bathroom were of great quality. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was, by far, the best one we've stayed at in this area. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed. Even though it was full, it didn't seem crowded at all. Staff was very personable and pleasant.

What a surprise to enter this hotel after a long tiring trip. The lobby was very nice as was the breakfast room and the room given to us was very nice also. Very clean and with new furnishings. And a very comfortable bed! The price paid was reasonable. The breakfast the next morning was more than satisfactory with eggs, sausages, biscuits, oatmeal, […] etc. The hotel also had a nice wraparound porch with rockers and chairs. What a great hotel to stop in for your trip going north or south! This one was really a lot nicer than many of the hotels that are off the exits. Lisätietoja

For a quick, clean, convenient and comfortable stay right off I-77 in WV, this is THE place. Very welcoming staff at the desk ( kind and helpful to another patron who stopped by without a reservation too). "Awsome Get-away"
My wife and I enjoyed the last day of our anniversary here. We visited Sunday night and maybe because it was after the weekend; we were almost the only ones there. At least that's what it felt like. Arriving a few minutes before "official" check-in, We were greeted by freshly made cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. A quick phone call to make sure […] our room was ready and we were handed our room keys. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves for almost 2 hours that evening before heading off to bed. Awesome breakfast and bed was extremely comfortable. I had to drive 30 miles to get to my location each day, but this hotel was worth the extra drive.

Our stay was wonderful; the staff were friendly and efficient, the food was very good, and the rooms were very nice. I would definitely stay at another Country Inn and Suites.
"Ski trip Winter Place"
New Hotel close to ski resort. Clean room and comfortable beds. My son enjoyed the cookies. Hot breakfast was an added plus. The pool was small but big enough. We did not use the hot tub it was closed due to maitenance.

The staff and the service were excellent, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was locating the hotel itself. The address is correct in the listing, but does not appear on a freshly updated GPS. The issue is that this hotel is the only public building on an industrial road, and so we drove around for maybe 10-15 minutes before […] spotting it. I suggest a better map in the travel site, and I suggested to the management that they need a large highway sign, since this hotel is visible, but not easy to identify, from two major highways. I have stayed at this hotel chain in 4 states and have never had a bad experience. From the first time you step foot in the building until you leave everyone is helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast, evening cookies, and coffee/tea is a nice touch. They also decorate beautifully for Christmas. There was a large stain on the carpet in the room. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was unbelieveable a large selection and very delicious.
