The suite was one of the best rooms we've been to. Very big, with a kitchen, sofa, desk, good bed with prober linen, nice bathroom and lots of space. The area was next to a highway but still was very quiet and calm. Pretty little place. The lobby was great and the breakfast there very good (fruit, woffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt etc.). We have nothing to complain about this place and would definitely come back again!

I was impressed by the room (with two large flat screen TV's) and the quality of service. Everybody was really friendly. However, three out of four lamps in the room did not work, also the air condition was inoperative. A call to the bell desk brought a technician to my room in a minute or so (very fast) and these things were fixed. The complimentary breakfast was modest, just tee/coffee, some muffins etc. The location could not be better. Both Greektown and the GM Renaissance Center are just around the block.

"Not a good place"
This place was pretty horrible... located between an adult bookstore and a strip club (none of which you could tell when booking) it had everything you think would come with it. "Misleading"
The pictures of the rooms and the location were either photo shopped or taken elsewhere, The motel was located between an adult bookstore and a Strip club, The condition of the room was awful, the sheets and pillows were stained and burnt, the tub had a large hole in it and was unusable. We were quite surprised to turn the TV's on in the two rooms we […] had to see porno being streamed in at all times. And the people loitering around the hallways and rooms after we returned from the Tiger's game were either prostitutes or drug addicts. needless to say we will not be staying here ever, ever again. "*Exactly* what you would expect."
The place is a huge dive. It's definitely seedy and unsafe. However, for my buddy and I -- two young strapping dudes -- it wasn't a problem. In fact, it was kind of cool in an affordable and disaster-y way. That said, if I had a wife and kids I would not take them there. There did not seem to be any major sanitary or functional issues.

We were trnasferred from Detroit, Mi Victory Inn to the Victory Inn in Dearborn, Mi so I wouldn't have to climb stairs to 2nd floor. The managers of both Hotel were very cooperative and helpful. The faclities were very nice and clean. Breakfast the next morning very good. Thanks.

I booked a non-smoking room only to find the awful smell in the room with cigarette buts and ashes. The blanket had a cigarette burn. The neighborhood is not good at all.
