Lähellä oleva kirkko herätti aamuisin 5:00 ja kadulta kuului muutkin äänet huoneeseen. Huonekalut jne. kuluneita, suihkun hana heilui, mutta siistiä ja ystävällistä hlökuntaa. Englanninkielen taitoiset pväsaikaan töissä, retket ja kuljetukset, kartat onnistui. Hintansa arvoinen. Worth for the money. Clean and nice place. Not everyone from the staff spoke english even a bit. Church nearby woke us up every morning 5 am and you hear all the other voices from the street too. Trips and transport was like we wanted them to be. Kind and helpful staff. Some lights were broken in our room and shower wasn't newest one, but worked and did not bother us. Would recommend.

The hotel was very much worth the price. Service was prompt and friendly. Room and facilities left nothing to be desired (considering the price point.)

Hotel Features.
The hotel offers 2 restaurants along with a coffee shop/café and a bar/lounge. A complimentary breakfast is available. Complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is available in public areas and an Internet point is located on site. LOVED this hotel. When I showed up after room service hours, they offered to help me with finding delivery alternatives at similar prices. Very helpful, very nice. I would stay here again in a second.
"Boss hotel in the Old Town"
Situated right in the middle of the Old Town only a few steps from the Ho Hoan Kiem lake. We only stayed for one night. The room was small and reminded us of Sweden with all the pine details. Doors, floor and more. Rather boring actually. But the staff were nice and the room was clean.

Great value hotel, conveniently located for the old town. We had a computer with internet in our room, which was very handy as we were travelling without a computer of our own. Staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful.

단지 친절하고 깔끔하다는 소문에 예약했습니다만 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다. 하노이의 무뚝뚝한 사람들 틈에서 가장 친절한 사람들을 모아놓은 분위기 (다른호텔은 안가봐서 모르겠습니다만) 위치도 하노이 시내관광하기 좋은 위치고, 웰컴쥬스에 과일도 매번 방에 놓여있더군요. 그 중 가장 큰 장점은 호텔직원이 믿을수 있단것. (현지분들 말로는 호텔에 두거나 체크아웃후 맡겨놓은 짐으로 장난치는 곳이 간혹 있다고;;) 단점은 4층이었는데 창문이 있으나마나한 햇볕이 들지않는 것과, 굉장히 깔끔하게 치워주셨음에도 불구하고 담배냄샌지 곰팡이 냄샌지가 지끈하게 맴돌던 방? ^^; (복도는 완전 깔끔하고 향기도 돌았는데 제가 묵은 방만 그랬을수 […] 도;;) Lisätietoja
"호안끼엠 호수 근처에 위치한 하노이 보스 호텔"
3성급 호텔로 안내 데스크 분들 친절하고 상냥하네요.. 저렴한 가격도 서비스도 괸찮아요.. 위치도 여행자거리와 멀지도 않고 걸어서 2분정도면 호안끼엠 호수가 있고.. 조식부폐도 괸찮은 편 같아요..

Alt for tykke hovedpuder kunne ikke byttes. Vasketøj først tilbage efter tre forespørgsler og til en dyr pris. Morgenmadsbuffet så dårligt organiseret, at vi ikke fik noget videre at spise nogle af dagene. Dårlig lugt i gangene, der forsøges overdøvet med parfumering. Små værelser
