Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Remontti oli vielä käynnissä ja muutoin siistissä ja hyvin tilavassa huoneessamme oli melko voimakas maalin haju. Muuten ihan ok, kivat näkymät kerroksestamme (11). Voisi mennä toistekin.

Lontoolaiseksi hotelliksi erinomaisessa kunnossa ja siisti pikkuhotelli rauhallisella sijainnilla. Hyviä ruokapaikkoja aivan vieressä.(esim. italialainen perheen ylläpitämä San Marco ja loistavaa ruokaa tarjoava pub Sawyers Arms) Lähellä Paddingtonin rautatie / metroasemaa (n.200m). Nopea juna lentokentältä 15 minuutissa koko matka. Pieni huone mutta huippusiisti ja nykyaikainen siisti kylpyhuone. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

Hotelli oli siainniltaan loistavalla paikalla. Ainoa moite, missä hinta ja laatu ei oikein kohdannut oli aamiainen. Varauksen yhteydessä ei ollut mahdollista varata huonetta aamiaisella. Muuten palvelu oli toimivaa ja ystävällistä.Kuljetus tilauspalvelu kentälle toimi hienosti...
Hyvätasoinen, tilava ja siisti hotelli lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja ostoskatuja. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Suosittelen etenkin lapsiperheille superior -huonetta.

Hieno sijainti ja loisto hotelli. Tietysti tuurista kiinni minkä huoneen saa. Meillä oli näkymä London eyelle. Kannattanee kokeilla hotellin tarjousta mihin kuuluu aamupala, naposteltavaa puoliltapäivin, iltapäiväteet ja iltasella pientä purtavaa ja juomia (39 puntaa per huone).

Ehdottomasti paras sijainti Thamesin rannalla lähellä London Eyeta ja Big Beniä sekä Westminster Abbeyä. Olimme paikalla kun prinssi William ja ms. Katherine vihittiin.. Hotelli oli ehdottomasti paras valinta meille. Valitsimme Studio huoneiston: 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very helpful with information about the city. We went to one of the Theaters and got back kind of late at night and they had a late night room service. The staff was very professional and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! Overall, we were very pleased with our experience!

This hotel was excellent value, considering location and that it had a swimming pool. Employees were super-friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the price for breakfast, it was unjustifiably high, had to go out every morning to get something and missed the buzz of sitting with other guests preparing for an exciting day.

I stayed here in April 2012 with my girlfriend and had the best weekend in London, and I have been lots of times. The facilites were outstanding and the hotel overall is just amazing. My son and I stayed in a studio suite for 6 days and had a great time. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The room was plenty big enough for a small family, if the kids don't mind sharing a pull out sofa bed. Free wifi was fast and worked great in the room and in the lobby. Beautiful and modern hotel, so close to local amenities. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and have excellent facilities. We didn't dine at the hotel at all though as prices were unreasonably high, however there are plenty of local shops and cafes, and a short tube ride to an array of wonderful restaurants. Very nice hotel.Big clean room and hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. You can't ask for a better or more classic view. The hotel looks out towards Parliment. This is the view you have seen in every movie ever set in London. I will definetly try to stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in London.

Best hotel ive ever stayed at. Fantastic value too. Only gripe would be that the bed was abit uncomdortable and the Breakfast could be cheaper but thats it!

Given the location, one would have thought it would be noisy but, alas, it was the most peaceful hotels I've ever stayed in! It's the perfect place for unwinding and for conducting business! The staff were extremely polite and professional, the entire place was sparkling clean - one could eat from the floors of the bathrooms - and the restaurant & bar […] were excellent. "Great Hotel, great location breakfast a scramble"
This was a very comfortable modern hotel with good sized rooms. All the staff were very helpful, especially at reception. It was only let down a little with the queues at breakfast. The dining area was not big enough to accommodate the volume of guests. However staff worked hard to keep the flow going. However I would definitely stay here again.

One of the comfiest beds I've stayed in, with both a foam mattress and foam pillows. Very pleasant stay with an inviting pool (though can get quite overrun with children during the day at the weekends), steam room and sauna. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The only (minor) gripe is that breakfast was not included in the price. Recommended.

Beautiful, ideally situated hotel. It is just a few minutes walk to either Waterloo or Westminster tube station ( I would suggest Westminster due to construction around Waterloo). Our room had a wonderful view of Big Ben. Be aware though that there is no parking. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We ordered room service and the food was perfect. […] Excellent quality and brought precisely when we asked. We did have a problem with a faulty safe. They eventually had to drill it but they were apologetic and offered to move us to a different room. If you stay, do try the Mandarin Spa. I had an express massage there. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely and peaceful. Over all, the location is excellent, the staff exceptional, and the hotel itself beautiful and comfortable. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL TO CELEBRATE MY SISTER'S 40th BIRTHDAY. WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. VERY FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE STAFF AND THE UPGRADE TO USE THE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE WAS A TRUELY DECADENT TREAT.

It was our first visit to London and the acomodations at the Park Plaza were much better than we anticipated. We upgraded our room to a top floor with a view of the Thames River and the Parliament / Big Ben, and had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and not noisy, even though it was completely booked.
