I found the location difficult to get to due to road construction. Breakfast had a nice variety and the sitting area was very nice and clean. House keeping entered my room twice when I had the do not disturb sign out. They left a note saying they had entered, with times, but did not say why. The only difficulty I had was with the road work being done that made it hard to find the side road to the hotel.

Nice, clean rooms. Ample shower space, not cramped. Also, has all amenities needed in a hotel. Service up front was a little slow in checking in and checking out. Continental Breakfast was good and seating areas were clean. Overall, a good place to stay.
Once we figured out that the service road was 2 way it was great.

"elevator broken"
Got to the hotel to check-in, on line said they had smoking rooms. I was told they were a non-smoking hotel. Came back that night at 10:30 pm to go to bed and the elevator was not working. My room was on the top floor. Breakfast the next morning was cold eggs.

"relaxing stay"
We had a relaxing stay. Hotel was clean and kid friendly. The staff was helpful and professional. We took advantage of the hbo channels and breakfast. The endless coffee in the lobby was great. Hotel proximity to local dining .

Overall hotel was nice. Beds very soft but can be uncomfortable for those with back problems. The front desk service was very poor. No one was at the desk when we came in and had to wait a while for someone to show up. Then when they did instead of acknowledging us they answered the phone and helped the caller. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants […] around it. Close to the Blue Bell factory and miniature horse farm. Very nice free breakfast buffet. We only stayed here one night but were pleasantly surprised. The online reviews were all positive, but you never know. The hotel is new and we enjoyed being in a clean, well-maintained environment. The breakfast area was outstanding; my husband was impressed by the quality of the food. "Very new and nice and clean."
The Hampton Inn in Brenham, TX was very new, nice, and clean. It was great! The breakfast was great!! It was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Even though the room was not as requested, the front desk staff was very helpful. The lady that ran the Hot Breakfast area was wonderful. I noticed that she was very courteous and helpful toall that entered her area.
This hotel is fairly new which certainly adds to its desirability. The lobby and breakfast/lounge area was beautifully decorated and very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served was way more than expected - waffles and eggs and a great variety of breads, pastries, cereals, yogurt, etc. The room was not crowded - even with three adults - and well […] laid out.
