We had a most enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza in December. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, with a very pleasant view across the park and up to the Adelaide Hills. The fittings were modern and the bed was wonderfully comfortable - with 3 different sorts of pillows to choose from. The only slight negative was the $32 charged per night […] for valet parking - the only parking available for this hotel. We hadn't considered that this would be our only option and we had to wait about 20 minutes for our car to be brought up each time we wanted to use it. However, the staff were always polite, efficient and helpful and we quickly realised that this was the only way a hotel of this size, situated right in the heart of the city, could operate any sort of car storage. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with quick access to lots of good restaurants. Rundle Mall is just around the corner. We would definitely use this hotel again. Lisätietoja

The hotel staff were excellent, however we felt that the quality of the rooms didn't reflect the price or star rating of the hotel. We were also disappointed to find that our room was not stocked with anything. No beverages or snacks to be found at all.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. We were given a room upgrade, an early check in and a late check out without fuss or extra charge. The hotel was in an extremely convenient location for our visit to both the Fringe festival and Womad. Its right next to great cafes and restaurants and around the corner from the beautiful buildings in Nth […] Terrace, incl the art gallery, library and Ayre's mansion. Rooms are stylish, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Short walk to many dining options on Rundle Street and the Terraces. Our requirement was for a twin room and we were very please to have two double beds, whereas other CB hotels like Hilton could only offfer 2 singles. It was also great to have a large bathroom with full size bath, large separate […] shower (great water pressure), decent hair dryer and space around vanity for toiletries. "Crowne Plaza Hindmarsh Square Adelaide SA"
All staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. No request was too much trouble. Car was retrieved from overnight parking and available exactly when requested on 3 occasions. Staff also retrieved items from car at request, and bought up to our room. 1/2 hour complimentary internet was appreciated, as was a complimentary Advertiser. […] The pool and gym are very nice as was the LCD tv in our room. Alarm clock with ipod charging was also very useful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and we even had a view. Excellent location next to Rundle Mall for shopping. Plenty of eating places, convience stores, newsagent, public conveniences and parks, and all within walking distance of the hotel.
