Residence was adequate for my needs. Other than location, no superlatives, but clean, plenty of hot water and towels, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi worked in room. Again a very centrally located place to sleep, shower and use mini-kitchen.

We arrived at the hotel at about 9.00 pm and the hotel was locked and no one at the reception. They had a sign to call a number in case of emergency and we being tourist did not have a cell phone, so we waited for about 30 minutes till a girl who was staying in there as guest came and we used her password and key to get into the hotel reception and […] then used her cell phone to call the number and the receptionist answered and said he was heading out for a party and that we can just go to our room. I was very disappointed with the incident and what would have happened or where would we have gone if the girl did not show up on time and we were not able to use her password to get in. So people be aware do not arrivve late and if you do please make arrangement at some other hotel. It was very outdated and cold. The clerk was very helpful. The hotel would be good for a student perhaps. Not frills or amenities.

If you just need a cheap place to stay, this place is not aweful. It's hard to find though. However, I would never bring my family here or stay for more than a couple nights. I was a bit nervous about the cleanliness of the bed spread. The only thing it's got going for it is that it is cheap and a decent location.

You sold it as a 4 person suite but it was really one room that could in theory sleep four. When you open the couch to sleep two of those four, there is no access to the bathroom. It is blocked by the TV. Therefore it cannot sleep four and it is not even a suite if it is all one room.

This hotel has fundamental flaws-poor security and no housekeeping. The hotel room door has push button lock. No deadbolt for night. During my three night stay, no one was ever at the reception desk. If someone knew the front door keycode or followed another guest into the hotel, there was no one to monitor who is coming in and out. Although the hotel […] description says that the front desk open from 9am-9pm, I never saw anyone. No one was duty during the check in hours. I arrived at 4 pm and had to wait for over an hour for someone to answer the door bell. I called the phone number on the door and left a message. Although the description says daily housekeeping, during my stay my room was never cleaned during my stay or the trashed emptied. The plastic night stand in my room was cracked; theshower caddy rusted. And, bring your own soap. As the manager told me to go next door to buy hand soap and shampoo, he said this is a one star hotel. Overall, the issue is safety, I would never stay here again. I have no idea how many people have the key code to the front door and no idea how often the number is changed and the lack of a deadbolt for night use is unacceptable. Lisätietoja

As it has porno movies on TV, and no English/Hebrew channels, - I guess it will not fit family with kids and English/Hebrew speakers... unless they are backpackers who want to have reasonable hotel at cheap rate at Tel-Aviv center, not far from any site.

You can easily catch Bus 5 across the street to get to the bus station if you want to get to Jerusalem or bus 10 about 2 blocks away going toward the central bus/railway station. except for the great location - right in the middle of Tel-Aviv, every thing else about this hotel reflects the low price you'll pay. don't expect anything form the room or service and you'll not be disappointed.

Good value for money. Service friendly and helpful (unusual for Israel). Short walk to the beach with its excellent seafood restaurants. Lots of good restaurants/bars in Dizengoff Street. A hotel to use as a base, not a place to spend lots of time inside.

Hotel was OK...condition of the hotel was an issue (old furniture, musty blankets, rusty tub), but location was handy. Not sure if I'd return, but having the kitchenette was really helpful. Don't forget that public transportation doesn't run on Shabbat (Fri nite to Sat), and that there isn't any hotel staff available after 8pm.

There is absolutely no free street parking in this area of Tel Aviv. I drove around looking for it for a half hour. Was told by traffic officer it was ok to park at 'blue and white curb." This was incorrect advice and cost me a NIS 100 (about $28). You have to park in a structure for about $30 a day and they are not easy to find.

My hotel room was like staying at someone's small, modest and clean apartment at the best location in town while on a budget. There's a mini kitchen in each room with refrigerator and microwave, utensils etc., there is a 24-hour store and currency exchange place right next door, and even a health food store one block down (Disengoff and Frischman). […] The whole part of the town where the hotel is is very happening. The staff is very nice, I had a one night gap between two bookings for this hotel as I was spending that night in Jerusalem and there was no problem with me leaving part of the luggage I didn't need for that night I didn't have booked. We had 2 different rooms in this hotel. One of the rooms didn't have curtains, what made us wake up with sunrise at 5:30 am. Both rooms were facing the street (Dizengoff). Unfortunately the windows were not at all sound insulated and some of them didn't close properly. So impossible to sleep for people who are sensitive to noise. Wouldn't let us in when we got there at 5am, even though we had the reservation (for the night before!)- took a while for them to open the door and understand what I was trying to explain. This was hardly a hotel and more likened to a hostel. The accommodations were fine, but the value was poor. I did not feel safe in this hotel as the lock on the door was flimsy and there was not 24 hour staff on duty. I would not recommend this place or stay here again.

Convenient to urban setting, this modest hotel is a bargain for those tourists satisfied with an old-style hotel that resembles an un-upgraded Israeli apartment. Clean and comfortable, with convenient market next door and many coffee houses and restaurants on the main drag, Dizengoff.

I was there for 6 days, the location is great - 10 min to the beach. The room was quiet when the windows are closed though the hotel is next to a noisy street. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean though not newest or most modern. There was no shampoo or soap provided. Though there was a fridge, a microwave, a water kettle. There was an iron at […] the front desk when I needed one. They also offered to give me an electric top stove and a frying pan in case i wanted to make some eggs. The front desk is not open 24 hours a day. If you need a room service - ask for it, I don;t think they assume it should be done daily.
