Very convenient hotel if you need to be near the airport as you're on a flight stop or your flight might be too early. Professional and helpful staff. Good airport shuttle service with airport pick up. All needed services available.

This is the best option to stay overnight near the airport. Free shuttle to&from airport every 30 mins. Rooms are small but Ok for 1 night. Breakfast and lunch are mostly ASIAN food. No western options at all.

The property was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. There isn't much around but at least there is a 7-Eleven for getting some basic products.

To be recommended if you want to stay close to the airport. Very nice people, great service and in general good quality. Nice with an early morning swim in the out-door pool.

Although the hotel is a 15 minute ride to the airport, the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. We used this hotel because it was close to the airport since we had a 6 am flight. It is not convient for anything else. Everything was good, but they did screw up aour wake up call. Just glad I used my own alarm.

Enjoyed my brief stay. Was good value for the money for a quality place to spend the night before the early flight the next day. Great restaurant for Thai food.

Everything was good, what you can expect from 4 star rated hotel. Only complaint was, they didn't allow early check-in though hotel didn't look that busy.

At checkin: Puzzled to discuss about extra payment for extra bed when already paid Language skill of hotel personnel not adequate (check in and restaurant) Breakfast was definately not as rich as advertised. Outside facilities were closed (pool and restaurant)

the hotel was in an overall good condition and we had a very cheap deal. The taxi ride from the airport took us about 20 Minutes. unfortunately my companion had a food poisoning from a tuna steak in the hotel restaurant. Having just flown back to Bangkok from Siem Reap my flight out was the next day so I needed a hotel for one night. The best part of my experience at the Best Western Premier Amaranth was that once I notified them my arrival time by email a person with my name on their list was waiting for me as I exited the busy terminal to direct me to their free shuttle. […] Also, I must compliment the restaurant. They showed the utmost concern when I mentioned that I had a certain food allergy. The maitre d' came over personally to help me select certain dishes. The Hotel is not as close to the airport as you would think. Good Hotel but difficult to find shuttlebus at the airport

So easy to enter Thailand and get to this hotel from the airport. Less than 5 minutes away. We had a 9 hour layover. We were well rested, refreshed and "on the time zone" the next morning.

we used this hotel 3 times on our holiday for transfers.the shuttle to the airport is very good and the staff helpful.pool is clean and in good condition did not try the breakfast as we left earyl every time. all in all very good value for money

I booked a room for one night for my son and fiance who arrived late after midnight with breakfast included. later I modified the date of the booking by one day expecting the same deluxe room with breakfast included. I was told the price had gone down by a dollar. In the morning, my son and his fiance were refused the breakfast. This is very disappointing […] for them, besides being very tired, to be without breakfast. I didn't ask the rate to go down by a dollar nor the breakfast to be taken out. This mishaps is unacceptable. Hotels.com agreed after several calls to refund the rate by 10%. Still, it's not the point and also I searched again the rate of the deluxe room without breakfast is $20 less than the rate we paid. This ain't your father's Best Western. This place is modern and nice. 10-15 drive from the airport, shuttles on the half hour.

Best Western Premier Amaranth Suvarnabhumi Airport We were originally going to stay a few days in Bangkok but changed our plans due to the flooding and changed to an overnight stay here. We found the hotel as billed by the other guests -- very clean, comfortable room, congenial staff. Although it has "Airport" in the name, it is certainly not in walking […] distance. They do have a convenient shuttle, however, and even in morning traffic it only took 15 minutes (timed) to get to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people staying overnight for a morning flight. P.S. As mentioned by others, don't get turned off by the name. Everything was perfect. Room was clean, spacious, & new with high quality furnishings & fixtures. Free 24 hour shuttle to airport was a big plus.

Good location for the airport. Reception staff Very polite and helpful. Everything nice but did find odd the glass window in the bathroom through to the bedroom. Also dining room staff got order and bill wrong twice.

We stayed here for one night between flights. It was about 15 minutes from the airport, the hotel arranged to collect us from the airport and dropped us off the next this was well organised and all went well. We arrived to a surprisingly large decorated lobby. Our room was very spacious and clean. WIFI was availAble. We were just staying the night because we were flying through Bangkok but my wife loved it! Not sure in terms of touring Bangkok this would be great but I heard taxi ride dt was cheap anyways. We were due to arrive in Bangkok at 11pm, but seeing we flew with Qantas we ended up arriving at 2.30a..m On arriving to the hotel they were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful getting our tickets sorted for the flight to Phuket. The room was very trendy, yet stylish and comfortable. Big king bed and clean […] bathroom with a great roomy shower. Our stay was very brief but we really enjoyed it. It cost us 200baht from aiport to hotel with a taxi and it was only 17mins drive, but it was 2.30 in the morning. This is a nice hotel, pleasant pool and bar (where you can watch the flights take off from afar), great rooms, and delicious breakfast. Our attraction was its proximity to Bangkok Airport and the free shuttle service that facilitated a long layover after an 18 hour flight, then a 6:30 AM flight to Bhutan. I would recommend anyone wishing to have laundry done to review the costs involved with the staff before making that decision. We had 6 items 2 T-shirt's, one pair of tights, one pair of long pants, 2 pairs of shorts, all women's clothing. The bill on this came to a little over 30.00 US dollars. So be careful. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

Excellent hotel, only problem is to make sure you are paying for the breakfast when you check in. They told me that I had and then found out I hadn't.
