Very friendly staff and ok breakfast. The only con was a little untidy pool / whirlpool.

Close to the Carnival terminal, which was convenient since we were going on a cruise. My experience at the Villa Bed & Breakfast was delightful. I place a lot of emphasis on customer service. Linda is a terrific woman and in turn runs a terrific Bed and Breakfast. Me and my husband went for our honeymoon and we stayed for 5 days. She called us while we were on our way to make sure we knew where to go and as soon as we arrived she showed us around, gave us a booklet on Galveston with coupons and told us all the top places to go. Our room […] was great, we stayed in the Provence room with a patio outside and a huge bathroom with a gigantic jacuzzi tub perfect for two that we used every night. She provided plenty of towels and even things like makeup remover wipes, floss, shampoo, and anything else you need. Our room didn't have a shower, and she let us use the shower down the hall when no one was occupying the room it belonged to. She has shampoo and conditioner in the shower so I didn't even use the ones I brought. She even did some laundry for us during our stay which was very nice. Every morning at 9 we would go downstairs and she would treat us to a three course breakfast with a lovely parfait, then the main course which was usually omelettes and sausage with hashbrowns, then dessert. Dessert was different every day, we had cream puffs one day, creme brulee french toast another, it was so good! She serves everything on nice blue plates and serves you coffee, orange juice and water. She was always there if we had questions about the island and where to go and very sweet and nice.
