Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.

Asuimme perheeni kanssa pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kaikki meni yleisesti ottaen hyvin. Aamupala kuului hotellin hintaan ja oli mielestäni hyvä. Ainoat mieleen tulvat miinuspuolet liittyivät epäselvyyksiin: jäi epäselväksi, onko hotellissa lapsille matkasänkyjä vai ei, sillä saimme asiasta kahdenlaista informaatiota. Loppujen lopuksi hotelli ei niitä ainakaan meille tarjonnut, joten otimme yhden mukaan. Lisäksi siivojat vähän liiankin innokkaasti poistivat lapsillemme tarkoitetut ylimääräiset pyyhkeet ja vuodetarvikkeet, mutta asia korjaantui kun sanoimme asiasta siivousvastaavalle.

Tämä kaupungissa Webster (NASA - Clear Lake) sijaitseva Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Houston Space Center on lähellä kohteita Baybrook Mall, Challenger 7 Memorial Park ja Space Center Houston. Alueen muihin nähtävyyksiin kuuluu Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center and NASA.

"Great Hotel"
The Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh. Great location for visit to NASA. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

My room was right below the basetball court and kids were playing all day, which would have been ok but I am working nights and the noise kept me from sleeping.

"Wonderful"
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Relatively new, it was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll stay again next time we go to Webster.

"new hotel, worth the price"
this hotel cannot be more than one or two years old. Everything was in great shape and the service was good. Full breakfast bar included, nice! To me it was worth the extra money, much better than putting up with a sub par hotel nearby for less.

We went to Galveston ,Tx on Vacation. Prior to leaving, we booked a hotel room with a roll away bed, since there are 5 of us and we had my Daughters friend traveling with us. I asked the clerk every question I had, to be SURE they could accomade us, since we had not stayed there before. An hour before check in time, I received a nasty call from themanager […] telling me that they couldn't vaildate my card so they cancled my reservation and gave them away(even tho I told them I would be paying cash and was assured that it would be fine!) We were stuck miles away from home,with no hotel, so I call a local number for Baymont inn., and I reach a man named Edwin. Turn's out thus number went to Hotels.com. Edwin was a God send. That man went above and beyond t help me out. He searched and finally found us a suite for 2 nights, with a Hot breakfast and MORE than enough room for all of us, for almost $100.00 less! He also stayed on the phone with me for over an hour , and helped us find our way to the Hotel, and even stayed on the phone while I stopped at walmart to put money on a temporary credit card , to pay for the room ! I was totally stupid, the day I left I pulled almost all the money out of the bank, because I thought it would be easier to travel with cash, because of excessive cc fees. I was wrong! Anyway , Edwin took care of EVERYTHING for me !! Would I use Hotels.com again ... ABSOLUTELY!!!!! And If you get Edwin, you TOTALLY lucked out!!! The hotel was very easy to get to when we found our way to it, lol. Since, I'm a clean freak, the room was extremly clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and would highly recommend anyone visiting Kemah, Texas to stay there as well.
"Mini vacation"
The hotel staff were really nice. The room was big and comfy. We rented the king deluxe. The blankets and pillows were down and the mattress was firm. Overall the hotel was great. The only thing they did not have was a bar.

I booked this hotel by mistake thinking I was getting the east side of Bay Area Blvd. So glad!! The location map shows the hotel to be a pain to get to, but it was SO PERFECT!! Main entrance is from the feeder of I-45, but you can get to Bay Area Blvd (across from the Mall), by taking the road behind the shopping center on Bay Area. This hotel was very clean. The rooms were comfortable, staff was pleasant and the pool was amazing. The only negative was that our room was not ready by check in time. They were sold out the night before so rooms were taking a while to get cleaned. Other than that I'd definitely recommend to others.

my only complaint was the breakfast wasn't great. There was no meat at all no bacon or sausage. Besides that the rooms were spacious, nice, clean, comfortable.

My family and I stayed at this hotel June 2011. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. It appears to be a newer hotel, it had up to date features and amenities. "Couldn't Be Nicer"
The staff couldn't be nicer. I enjoyed the Manager's hospitality event on Wednesday and had some wine and pizza. The staff was cordial and helpful. I highly recommend this brand new hotel!

Overall, it was very nice and clean. Getting to it was a little challenge as it's on a one way street. Very nice breakfasts, including pancakes, and a big selection. The pool is small (5' deep).

This is a beautiful new hotel that has a focus on room and amenity quality. But their front desk and dining room staff was not exceptionally friendly. By contrast, Housekeepers were very attentive.While I was there, they were constantly placing driers in one of the two elevators - as if to air them out. New property in the heart of the Bay Area. just off Interstate half way between Houston and Galveston. Convenient location, but quiet hotel. Beautiful pool and hottub area (outdoors.) Satisfactory complimentary breakfast.

The service at this brand new hotel was top notch. Everyone took the time to make us feel welcome at their hotel. We travel to Houston every few months for a couple of nights just to get away and this will be our hotel of choice. The pool was nice and the cabanas added that little touch that sets them apart from all of the other hotels. It made it nice […] with our three small children to have a pool with cabanas to relax in. The kids would go to the pool then run back to the cabana to watch disney. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Another plus is the close proximity to excellent shopping, dining and activities. This was a great trip for our family. Hotel was bran new eveything was clean and in order. I would go back to this hotel. Great price and great people. Located in great area also.
