Contempo Vacation Homes - Davenport

This condo/villa was perfect. Clean, comfortable, gated, good area, less than 30 min from all Orlando attractions. Will use Contempo on next vacation if possible.

This was a great place to stay and the Check In staff was very friendly, helpful and courtiess. I would recommend this everyone instead of a hotel room. GT Greenville, SC

Had the worst experience when I stayed here! I only booked it because the other vacation villa we stayed at 2 years ago was a blast but that was called Magical memories villas and it was full.The pool was not heated and they charged us 30 dollars a day to heat! I had 2 kids with me that wanted to swim but the pool was freezing.The front door entrance […] had two hornets nest which was never taken care of,also the house had an anoying alarm that would go off every time you opened the entrance to the pool and my 2 year old would always get scared of the sound.Then the customer service at the office was horrible,they had 3 people working and I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone! The drive to the parks was literally 25 minutes and not 15 like someone reviewed.The Villa was okay but I would not recommend this place to anyone!! We ended up leaving a day early and stayed at Shades of Green resort in Magic Kingdom since my husband is in the military. Lisätietoja

We stayed at the Bella Piazza property. Our unit was very clean and the right size for the 4 of us. It was quiet and the pool facilities were very good. In fact the pool-man was there twice in the week. It is close to Disney and all of Orlando's major attractions. It is also only an hour drive to Tampa, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. There is a grocery […] store and other shops located within a short walk. This is a condo property. There is no hotel like house-keeping or room service. It is like living in your own home. Our week there was great! The only thing that bothered us somewhat was the couple upstairs who insisted on thumping on the floor late at night (LOL). The units could use a little more sound proofing, but given that the condo has all hard surfaces i.e. ceraminc tiles, granite counters, stucco walls, I would suspect that may be difficult to do. The home we were given in Davenport was filthy. The bathrooms were not cleaned prior to our arrival, there was dirt rings around the tub from the previous occupants. The shower in the master onsuite had an overwhelming amount of mold in it, and too was not cleaned. There was cockroaches coming in from the front door. The smoke detector was chirping […] constantly because the batteries needed changing. There was dirty napkins from the previous occupants under the kitchen table. We contacted Contempo Homes and they never sent the houskeeping people back to clean the home properly. Lisätietoja

The home we stayed in was really nice. It was 15 minutes to Disney and had all the stores we needed right around the corner. Our only complaint is that the matresses on all six beds were the worst we have ever experienced. It felt like sleeping on plywood covered with felt.

Overall it was a very good place to stay. On hte day we checked in we t told the lady at the office the master bedroom shower was not working. no one came to fix it in the 4 days we were there. so we had 8 people taking showers in one bathroom.
