We LOVED it! Great comfortable beds. Clean as a whistle. We will stay there again.

So, I booked through Hotels.com to save a few bucks. Our 'petite' room was comfortable and clean, but the 'view' ha. We looked out on 3 walls and a roof. I had to lean into the window and look up to see the sky. I think because I booked thru this website, I got the crappy view. This was not a fully booked hotel and I booked a month in advance, so that […] was not the problem. The breakfast was good! Only thing is we had to go to the front desk and ask if the room could be cleaned. The housekeeper never showed to bring clean towel ect.

Wonderful stay.

Loved this hotel. Definatly will stay here next time I'm in town. The price was very reasonable. The room was clean and large and nice. Very close to resturaunts, NASA and the mall. Loved it! Excellent customer service as well!

It was just a weekend stay, very pleased with the cleanliness and decor of the Hotel. The only complaint I have, is that the fresh fruit at breakfast, e.g. apples and oranges felt sticky to the touch (both days), like they had not been washed. I didn't have any. Everything else was great.

We chose to stay here because of all the good reviews, it was okay. Nothing to complain about, it took us a few minutes to figure out the AC/heater because there's a window unit but also a digital thermostat on a different wall. The window unit dials have been overridden by the digital thermostat so they don't work at all. Anyway, clean room but we […] also got a king sized petite room and with the crib in it, it was very tight. The channels on the TV were kind of wacky, some were pixelated and blurry. Breakfast was disappointing. It was supposed to be a nice full breakfast. But the hotel doesn't actually 'make' anything. They just heated up some home fries which were hard and cold, turkey sausage and premade omelets (which was the only edible thing). They had oatmeal with fixings, do it yourself waffle maker, cereal, some pastries and a sad looking fruit salad. The breakfast area was very well kept and maintained but they just put out sub par food. I've had better. We also left something but the hotel found it and keep it for us. I picked it up soon after. The bathroom counters in this hotel are probably set at 40 inches. For a person that is short or for children this is a total disaster because you can't get over the sink. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

this hotel was a good place for a quick overnight between the Space Center and downtown Houston on a busy Friday afternoon. It was walking distance to a number of restaurants and the breakfast was good.

Easy on and off I-45; bed was very comfortable to sleep in; area around the hotel is very quiet.

The room was comfortable and clean. We had two double beds that were quite comfortable. Also, the room had more square footage than many hotel rooms we have stayed in. Breakfast was pretty good, I would recommend the bacon!

We arrived at the hotel to find the water had been off the entire day. The front desk did give us bottled water to wash our face with and the water actually was turned back on before the scheduled 8:00pm time. The pool was nice, clean, and quiet. The rooms and lobby were modern and well appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. Comfy beds and linens!

This hotel was wonderful...the room was clean and modern and the bed was so comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great with hot items that changed daily. The hotel is surrounded by popular restaurants and just minutes from Baybrook Mall. And it's only about 15-20 minutes to Galveston. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying here  […] again. I found the Hampton Inn to be even more than I expected. Our room was comfortable and inviting. I liked that they had freshly laundered comforter every day along with the linen change. The whole room was larger than expected; the bath facility were very nice as well. The breakfast was as expected. Although the hotel is rated 3 stars but I found it comparable to a five star hotel. The breakfast buffet each morning was full of different varieties including a waffle maker. The wifi and wired internet is available complimentary throughout the hotel including the room. Clean swimming pool and spacious fitness room. The hotel was clean and very nice. If I'm in the neighborhood, I would check in again. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom very clean. For a busy place, the hotel was very quiet.

The chocolate chip cookies were great. The free breakfast was better than any other hotel I have been to. The staff was very friendly.

room was small, but very clean and had all we needed. View was terrible, but hey it is houston. The breakfast was really great, variety each day and the favorites there as well. I had hoped to sit in hot tub the first night, but found it full of 13 year old boys and decided to take a pass. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable however, the room was freezing when we entered and we never were able to get it to the temperature we wanted. Otherwise, the stay was great. The breakfast was great and the location very convenient.

Awesome hotel. Very helpful staff, clean, amazing breakfast. All around great stay.

I must say, we were quite satisfied with everything. The bed was slightly worn, but overall it was good. All the staff was very professional.

Kemah was beautiful, but packed to the brim !! We’re so glad we booked something a few miles away instead of IN Kemah. The staff was prompt, friendly, and very attentive. Our suites were spacious, and nobody wanted to get out of the beds!! Breakfast was great and the fruits were very fresh. We will definitely be back!!!

My hotel accommodations at the Hampton Inn & Suites were amazing. I enjoyed exercising in the fitness room. The pool area was awesome as well. I might mention also how thoroughly I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was wonderfully prepared. I plan to book the Hampton Suites the next time I travel to Nasa.

This hotel was such a nice surprise! It was just a couple of minutes off the highway, it was surrounded by great shopping, and every restaurant you could think of! We could go casual or fine dining. Lovely hotel, great location, although undergoing some renovation in the common areas, it was unobtrusive. Our room as lovely and the breakfast very nice each morning. We had no difficulty extending our stay one night. The location was 15 min drive to the space center. Room very clean, front desk very personable and friendly. Plenty of good towels, quiet, safe and nice breakfast set-up. Highly Recommend!!

For some reason we expected more from the breakfast buffet. Other than that, a comfortable stay. The place was neat and clean. Very close to NASA and other fast food restaurants. Highly recommended.

This was an exceptionally convenient location since my mother in-law resides at the elder care facility next door. There are more than enough restaurants within walking distance. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely fantastic.

Great room. Very spacious and modern. Comfortable beds. Service was friendly and prompt. The free WiFi was fast and reliable. They had a great breakfast every morning that was complementary. LCD TV in the room, which was nice. Overall it was a great room for the price.
