"Very peaceful serenity view."
The front desk staff really went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They were very nice. Very clean rooms and Peaceful! Also not too far from downtown. The Alpen Rose is a charming cross between bed and breakfast and motel. The rooms are very nicely decorated and individualized. The bed is quite comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the downtown area and the manager pointed out the "hidden" parking areas. The manager was very attentive to our needs. "The Alpen Rose"
Other than having a little trouble finding the hotel, the stay was wonderful. It was a room that made you feel like home (comfortable) The staff was very nice . I would stay here again if the need come up to be in Leavenworth again overnight.

We have come to Levenworth many times, the past 4 years we have stayed at the Alpen Rose. We are always made to feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast is always OUTSTANDING, coffee ia always on and the staff excellent! We look forward to returning in 2012
Very charming comoftable place--great peri
Loved this motel. It was away from the center of town and was very quiet and peaceful. The room was charming and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They went out of their way to help. The breakfast was great and they also had desert at night which was wonderful. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted something quiet and restful.

The hotel staff are wonderful to their guests. They go out of their way to make you happy during your stay there. The bed was very comfortable with a superior shower set-up. I would heartily recommend staying there.

Loved this hotel! It is more like an inn. The room was spacious enough for a roll away bed (two could have fit!). The bathtub was actually shiny it was so clean. Didn't use the fireplace in the room, but I could see how it would be a great feature in the winter. Dawn at the front desk was so gracious...came up with an alternative for a refrig for keeping […] my son's meds cool. Nice pool area in the back. "It's seen better days!"
We recently stayed at the Alpen Rose Inn in Leavenworth, as a weekend getaway. I was under the impression that it was within walking distance to the town, but it was quite a healthy walk, so we drove, instead. Parking in town is impossible, so I would book a hotel closer to it in the future. The inn is definitely in need of updating, especially the […] outside. The room and bath were older, but clean. The bed was a bit small, supposedly a queen, but seemed to be between a double and a queen. It was also very soft. But, the front desk clerk was very cheery and friendly and concerned about our welfare, which was nice. They serve dessert in the evening and ask you to sign up for it so they make sure they have enough. The hot breakfast was definitely better than a Holiday Inn Express.(scrambled eggs, a potato frittata, coffee cake, canned peaches and apple sauce).
