Loistavaa palvelua, aina oli vähintäänkin riittävästi palvelijoita, jotka olivat kaikki ystävällisiä. Hotelli on hieman vanhahko ja huoneet voisi kunnostaa hieman siisteimmiksi, mutta kokonaisuudessaan erittäin hyvä paikka.

Rannalla keskellä kaupunkia Macau sijaitseva Casa Real Hotel, Macau on lähellä kohteita Macau Forum, Macau Ferry Terminal ja Guian linnoitus. Tämä hotelli on majoitusliike, jonka läheltä löytyy Macau Fisherman's Wharf ja Kun Iamin temppeli.
Hotellin palvelut.
Casa Real Hotel, Macau tarjoaa asiakkailleen seuraavat palvelut: kuntokeskus, sisäuima-allas ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Nopea (langallinen) Internet-yhteys on ilmainen yleisillä alueilla. "Casa Real hotel Macau- optimal location"
I chose this hotel in the first place because it was so near the ferry terminal. There is really no need to take taxi to the hotel. From terminal leads a bridge directly to the hotel quarter. The service in the hotel was very polite and discreet . It's location was optimal in my opinion. All the interesting places (like light house hill and the old […] town behind it) were in walking distance, Wifi was working fine in the lobby and every room had internet connection. The only minus was that swimming pool area was under renovation. I think it was taken into account in the offer I got for five nights stay so I don't complain. "Hyvä majoitus halvempaa etsivälle"
Ilmainen bussi lauttaterminaalilta, suuret ja tasokkaat huoneet ja muutenkin erinonmainen palvelu. Ainoana miinuksena hieman syrjässä suurempiin kasinoihin verrattuna, mutta lauttaterminaali on ilman matkalaukkuja hyvän kävelymatkan päässä ja sieltä pääsee ilmaisilla kasinon busseilla eteenpäin.

"Great place, but didn't have the room I reserved"
This is a great hotel for the value. Very convenient to the ferry (HK$13 ride, you can even walk it) but pretty far away from the Casino and the old town. Not much restaurants around either. The hotel is clean and the staff went out of their way to help us (made ferry reservations for us to get back to HK, helped us find our restaurant, etc.). The […] old issue we had is that they did not have the room we reserved available (we wanted and book a room with a queen and a double) so they "upgraded" us to a larger room which was unfortunately a smoker (wasn't that bad) but also only had 2 double beds... which for three people ended up being really tight. "Value for money hotel"
Hotel exterior is deceptive of new interior. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and new, maybe due to recent renovation. However small lobby is not condusive of waiting area as smell of smoking is strong due to casino at ground level where smoking is allowed. However, there is another entrance to another set of lifts to room where it is clean and smokefree. […] Transportation is seamless as you can hop on free shuttle to and from ferry terminal every half hour and from ferry terminal to most of the big casinos via their free shuttles. Stay there 2 nights for a short trip. Overall, it's a fairly nice hotel. C/P is very high. It's just a little bit inconvenience to center downtown. The walking distance is about 10 - 15 to get to Wynn hotel.

"Casa Real is Near to everywhere"
Had a pleasant stay. Booked 3 nights but extended another night. The last night was a bit too expensive otherwise everything was perfect. The food in the casino was quite good and price reasonable. We had a few meals there as it was very convenient. Will stay there again if I were to go to the Macau Forum again.

It's a really nice Hotel... near to the ferry terminal, clean and comfortable rooms, service superb. As for location wise... requires more walks to the attractions, anyway... do take a cab... it's cheap!

"4 Star Hotel Good for Gamblers"
Nice looking 4 star room. They have shuttle service that pick/drop you off at the ferry terminal. This hotel is surrounded by many other small hotels/casinos and 15mins walking distance to Wynn and 30-40mins to the famous wall.

Very nice hotel located conveniently close-by the Hong Kong – Macau ferry terminal. Staff was friendly, well spoken and professionals. "Casa Real - close to hong king ferry terminal"
great service but our check in was delayed. Probably due to the f3 held during that week and guests were checking out later. Security wise, quite lax? I could get in from the back door lift without anyone noticing. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Nice bathtub.

The hotel is newly renovated so you will find the room clean and comfortable. If you are non smokers, better stay at the 8th floor. Quite a number of stinky smell on the other floors due to a lot of smokers. Though it is a bit far away from the centre on foot, you can take ten minutes' bus ride to the shopping mall and touirst sights. "Hotel Casa Real, Macau"
We had a bad time at the Immigration terminal in Macau where there was no proper organisation of lines leading to the immigration counters and there were more than 10,ooo people pushing and wanting to clear immigration. The Hotel Casa Real needs to put up proper Banners at the Macau terminal to let people know that they will be coming to collect them […] as no staff or banners were visible. All other hotels were properly represented and visible at the terminal which scared us whether we would get the pick up facility at all. After 25 minutes of searching and asking for the hotel bus we saw a small bus of the hotel come in. Once we reached the hotel all our worries and tensions were over as the Hotel Casa Real is REALLY nice and comfortable. Our rooms were neat and clean and adequately big. "Good but need improvement"
When we arrived the front dest to check-in, we were told to have Room No. 812. We were given a key with two breakfast tickets. We were surprised and told the staff we had not booked the breakfast, however she just gave them with the key to us. When we got to the room and tried to open the door which refused to respond. Then someone from inside opened […] the door and said they had not checked out yet. We had returned to the front desk, and the staff said she had made a mistake that our room was actually 813 and not 812. Immediately the breakfast tickets were taken back. When we got to the room and found a staff standing at the door. He asked us to hand him the breakfast tickets again. shuttle services are good. wifi only at the Lobby, should improve. Lobby is small, thus if a tourist bus comes, you will have no place to sit and go on line. May be can consider completely BAN smoking at the lobby.

"Good Hotel with excellent service"
A good hotel with excellent service. Staff always had smile on their faces.When we wished to have our dinner in a famous Chinese restaruant, one of the staff arranged all for us, including booking and calling taxis . Enjoy our stay there and will recommend it to our friends.

thumb up for the services provided by the hotel, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. However, the location is quite far away from the major tourist attractions. Besides, the strong cigarette smell at the hotel lobby is something that i couldn't tolerate.

The Casa Real Hotel, Macau is brilliant. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Clean room, spacious bath. Non smoking actually means not-at-all! The end was a little bumpy though, the checkout was odd. I stood in line, and when my turn came, twice in the midst of my transaction, the clerk turned away to service others who appeared beside me. I had read a guidebook […] review of a similar situation, and for a moment I had a sensation of dejavu!
