Loistava sijainti.; paljon tutustumiskohteita kävelymatkan päässä. Ystävällinen henkilökuta. Ainut hankaluus oli, että hotelli eli talviaikaa lämmitys päällä, eikä asiakas voinut pienentää lämmitystä. Voisin käydä tässä hotellissa toistekin. Niin olihan vielä yksi asia en saanut wi-fiä toimimaan kännykässä. Mutta muissakin hotelleissa oli sama vika. […] Se on semmoinen ranskalainen systeemi, että pitää jättää kirjautumisikkuna auki. Erinomainen sijainti ja kiva hotelli ulkoasultaan. Lyhty kävelymatka rantaan, Casinolle, Massenan aukiolle ja vanhaan kaupunkin. Huone siisti, sängyt uudet ja loistavat nukkua. Kolmen hengen huone juuri sopvian kokoinen. Kokolattiamatto oli siisti mutta muuten ei niin kiva. Aamiaispaikkoja lähellä ja hyvä supermarket kulman takana.

Big room (3 pers), clean, great location, easy access to downtown, airport bus. Personnell not that good in English. I recommend and definitely will stay here again.

Hotelin sijainti erinomainen. Kaikkialle lyhyt kävelymatka, kuten rannalle 200m, vanha kaupunki ehkä 400-500m, kauppakatu n. 400m. Ei pahaa sanottavaa hotellista muuta kuin parina päivänä hissi reistaili hiukan ja defintiointiaineet tuoksahteli nokkaan suht voimakkaasti kun tuli ulkoa sisälle, mutta siihen tottui nopeasti.

Clean 3-star hotel with excellent location close to Rue Massena, the local shopping street. Close to the beach n (200 m), parking (100 m) etc. We had a quite small room with view to the back yard. On the other hand we heard no traffic. So yes, I recommend this to you who look for a 3 star clean basic hotel. But do not expect more than that.

Hotel dé Suede - hyvä sijainti kävelykadun ja rantakadun välissä, lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin. Hotellihuoneissa melko tunkkainen haju, kuitenkin hyvän ilmastoinnin ja tuuletusmahdollisuuden vuoksi siedettävä. Huoneet siivottiin hyvin. Ystävällinen palvelu.

Hotelli on vastikään kunnostettu ja siis suht. hyvässä kunnossa. Siisti. Kokolattiamatto. Vuoteet muuten hyvät mutta petauspatjoja ei tunnuta käytettävän, mikä tekee vuoteista melko kovat. Ilmastointi ei ollut vielä päällä. Sijainti hyvä ja ääneneristys kunnossa. Aamiainen paikalliseen tapaan vaatimaton.

Mukava hotelli lähellä kaikkea. Jos haluat tehdä ostoksia tai käydä rannalla suosittelen lämmöllä tätä hotellia!

great location.. walking distance to the beach, bus stop to the airport (bus stop: Albers 1 form the 98 express bus from NCE). my complaints.. 1 english channel on the TV, poor airciculation in the room, AC that did not work, and a musky smell in the bathrooms, hallways and at time bedroom. there is no courtyard view. the courtyard is a dirty, smelly […] area in the center part of the hotel. I believe anyroom with a street view would be better, just for the fresh air option. the lighting in the rooms is pretty bad tood. however the staff was very nice and for over a value for the price. however the place is clean and does the trick if you want a well price value hotel with some ammenties. One problem might be that the bathroom door had a semi transparent window. And the other problem was that the free wifi (though with good connectivity) was configured in such a way that only one laptop/device can be connected at a time. The location is excellent, if you want to be in the center. The hotel is located in a shopping area, close to the old town and the Promande des Anglais. Of course you have to accept a certain level of noise in the evening but the windows are modern and quite sound proof. The hotel room was clean, but had a distinct smell for a cleaning detergent. Hotel de Suede is a well-functioning and charming hotel with the very best location in Nice. Close to The Promenade des Anglais, Place Massena, Cours Saleya, The old city and the shopping district. We stayed over the week end of the Nice cannes marathon, when asked at the reception for the possibility of a late check out (15pm) due to the fact that after the marathon one would need a shower, the receptionist said the cahrge foe a late check out would have been Eur80, very expensive, besides a a frequent traveller I sometimes reuqires late check […] outs and besides (fully booked situation) I am granted a late chack out for either a minimum charge or even with no extra charge. We had a room overlooking the street. It was noisy until quite late. Apart from that good value for a 2-star hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect spot. Restaurants, nightlife, 2 blocks from the beach and shopping. It is the second hotel away from the premier hotels and all of the top name clothiers. Easy walking distance from old Nice Rooms had tall ceilings with large windows that opened to the restaurants below. Nice hotel with friendly staff - great location to near the Promenade the Anglais. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Good cafe linked to hotel for breakfast in morning. Shame they cannot give you a discount for satying at hotel - they are missing a trick one thinks.

First of all the past comments about noise are no longer a factor. We were on the +1 floor, facing the street, and could not hear anything. This hotel is is a very nice location, 1 1/2 blocks from the water and in the thick of a very active street scene. A lot of dining opportunities just outside the door. There is also a grocery store a half block […] away that we used to purchase a picnic lunch for one of our day driving trips. It's also an easy walk to the old section of Nice from the hotel (about 5 blocks) also a great place at night, again with a lot of dining and shopping opportunities. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. Very good overall experience. If you have a rental car (as we did) parking is a block away in 2 directions. People at the front desk very helpfull. Stay very comfortable, but bathroom needs better maintenance on fixtures. Otherwise it was a great place for three days in perfect location near everything.

This is a great hotel in a perfect central location in downtown Nice. It is very close to the water, the central square, and other cute side streets with restaurants and plenty of shopping. A couple of common-sense logistical issues made our stay less than perfect - for example, the shower head was placed WAY too low, so that even for myself, at 5'4", […] I had to crouch down. The hotel was recently renovated so everything is nice and clean, but why choose Shag carpetting for the hotel rooms...it was clean now, but can you imagine after a year? gross. AC very poor did not fixed after our complains. One of the days they skipped cleaning the room and changing sheets without apologize. We ordered a wake up call, they did not call and we almost missed our transportation. The staff is very friendly treying to help, but part of them are not proffetinales. Great location - 5th always a good choice. Not noisy at all, comfy beds. Rooms are in need of updating a bit but clean and cozy.

Recently refurbished hotel, excellent location near to beach, shops and restaurants/cafes. However, no secure luggage storage for early arrivers (check in 1400 hrs) is a real pain - luggage is just left in the foyer accessible to anyone passing, albeit under a (sometimes) watchful eye of receptionist. We just waited until we could check into our room […] so missing out on several hours of our holiday. The room was clean, tidy and relatively spacious (three girls sharing had two double/twins). However, there was no fridge or drinks facilities in the room. Also the air conditioning didn't work that well and the room was quite warm at night. Newly renovated, clean, comfortable and a great shower. A bit small but combine great friendly service and location, as well as price you can't beat, this is a winner!

The location is definitely convenient. Hotel was renovated, but very small. General condition is OK but not very comfortable. Shower drain did not work too well. The window insulation works surprisingly well blocking the noise from the cafe in the street right down the room.

Booked this last minute for one night, great location everything looked new in the hotel and good value.

newly refurbished this hotel was great value for it's price. walking distance to the beach and the shops, good standard breakfast (extra 9 euro) and really clean room. bathroom and toilet are both really small but that's pretty typical of all french hotels and apartments, was really clean so that's what i cared about more, although shower overflows […] onto bathroom floor which is a bit of a design fault... but overall really enjoyed my stay would definitely recommend!! fuldt ud tilfredsstillende

Perfekt läge nära shopping, restauranger och sevärdheter. Buffefrukost lite snålt tilltagen, men helt okey. Rummet var lite trångt och dåligt planerat med stora otympliga möbler, men mycket tyst - välisolerade fönster! Bra. Sängarna lite för hårda - fick ont i höft och axel.

Et relativt enkelt hotel (3 star) med super beliggenhet. Dårlige sittmøbler og leselys, ikke noe sted å bo lenge på, men rent og velholdt.

El tamaño de la ducha y del sanitario realmente es demasiado pequeño, tanto que al entrar en el sanitario es imposible cerrar la puerta.

Utmärkt läge. Inga störande ljud från gatan trots det centrala läget. Stort bekvämt rum med balkong. Fräscht rent badrum. Både kylskåp och safe-box fanns. Enkel frukost, knappast prisvärd.

Utmärkt läge, mitt i centrum. P-hus i närheten. Bra standard till vettigt pris. Rekommenderas

Kan verkligen rekommendera detta centralt belägna hotell. Trevlig reception och rent rum. Hade kylskåp på rummet så frukosten intogs där. Om något var minus så var det att det var lyhört, inte så bra när grannen envisades med att snooza i flera timmar och dessutom så stängdes ibland inte ens snoozen av.

God service, rent og pent. Litt problemer med dusjen, må holde dusjen i hånden ellers spruter vann over hele gulvet. Kanskje det var bare i dette rommet? Ellers bra og rimelig hotell. Kan anbefales. PS prøvde ikke maten på hotellet siden det var så mange spennende restauranter i området.

Funkar för en kort vistelse. Nära strand promenaden, många restauranger, cafer, barer och affärer precis i anslutning till hotellet. Små men rena rum. WiFi på rummet, dålig AC.

Bra 3-stjärnigt i absoluta centrum och 1 kv från stranden. Dvs lite störigt från gatan och lyhört mellan rummen men bra isolerade fönster. Bodde 2 pers i superiorrum som är ett 3-bäddsrum med bra utrymmen. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som kan engelska men inte svenska som hotellnamnet kan antyda.
