Lähellä oleva kirkko herätti aamuisin 5:00 ja kadulta kuului muutkin äänet huoneeseen. Huonekalut jne. kuluneita, suihkun hana heilui, mutta siistiä ja ystävällistä hlökuntaa. Englanninkielen taitoiset pväsaikaan töissä, retket ja kuljetukset, kartat onnistui. Hintansa arvoinen. Worth for the money. Clean and nice place. Not everyone from the staff spoke english even a bit. Church nearby woke us up every morning 5 am and you hear all the other voices from the street too. Trips and transport was like we wanted them to be. Kind and helpful staff. Some lights were broken in our room and shower wasn't newest one, but worked and did not bother us. Would recommend.

A small and quiet hotel in the center of Hanoi. A good location if you are interested in sights such as Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter. Good service, working internet and well kept rooms. Only minus is the breakfast which is quite poor.

"Stay away."
If you are planning a trip to Hanoi and plans to stay at "Star View Hotel" my best advise to you will be: STAY HOME. This hotel really sucks. Everything is dirty and warn down. It's cheap yes, but there's a reason for that. Stay away.
"comfortable stay"
Even though its only mid-range hotel but its services were good. We are happy to have chosen this hotel. Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was good. Its centralize, good location, all within walking distant.
Value for money. Low price for big room. I book a suite and I like it. Will come back again.
"Not what it looks like"
We stayed in this hotel for one night. It does not look so bad in the picture, but it is acutally pretty old with cheap furniture and worn out carpets and bed linen. No airport shuttle bus as they advertise. Unconfortable bed. I do not recommend it at all.
